### "One year With Aspire Review"

July 14, 2026

5.0

Overall, I still believe I have a lot to learn about the system. There are many features, shortcuts, and capabilities that I do not currently know how to use. While the software is very extensive and can sometimes be confusing, my day-to-day experience with it has been positive. I especially like being able to manage nearly every aspect of landscaping operations within one system.

Pros

Creating and proposing work orders is very easy. With the production factors and pricing already built into each line item, I can prepare and send quotes to customers more quickly, which helps us win more work.

Cons

I found the subcontractor auto-expense feature difficult to use and not very accurate. When you have 50–60 sites being serviced by different subcontractors, you should be able to enter each subcontractor’s production rates and pricing factors ahead of time. Then, when the occurrence is completed and the percentage is entered on the ticket, the system should automatically calculate an accurate amount to use for the purchase order. It is possible that I was not using the feature correctly, but overall, managing subcontractor expenses and getting the purchase orders to match the exact dollar amounts was a major headache this winter.

### "ASPIRE makes my life easier and give the team better data"

July 14, 2026

5.0

Excellent. We enjoy being able to do job costing, maintain the CRM, integrate with payroll and Quickbooks.

Pros

We have the opportunity to make more data driven decisions. We have the ability to gather the data and provide the team with timely insights.

Cons

It's complicated. It takes time to learn how the pieces integrate with each other, where the data comes from, how to correct mistakes.

It did not allow us to bill efficiently, make certain that billable hours didn't fall through the cracks, or manage materials.

### "Aspire to Simplicity"

July 14, 2026

3.0

Overall I do value what aspire brings to the table. However, there is a lot of complexity to it and it needs to be simplified. I come from an IT background and thus am able to see how to flows. However, most individuals in this industry do not have extensive computer technology backgrounds thus becomes very challenging to hit the ground running. Aspire should look into revamping it to simplify it and focus on the basic needs first. For example, tons of issue with start/stop jobs when there is a way to have it automatically do it for you instead of manually. Little headaches like that can be resolved and greatly improve the customer experience.

Pros

Aspire provides insight on the business when it comes to data collection. Things like how long it takes for certain jobs, how much we are spending in materials, visually seeing our workload etc. That is very valuable to any business.

Cons

Overly complicated and not simple to understand for the average joe. It requires a level of attention that most people do not have in this industry thus some extensive hands-on training is needed.

### "Hoping for improvements, especially with line item editing..."

July 14, 2026

3.0

I use Aspire to create properties, contacts, catalog items, reports, and construction opportunity proposals and a lot of the administration. I wish Aspire was more user-friendly in terms of being able to edit certain things especially with one time only items. I have to use the one time only items 99% of the time for construction proposals because each item has different specs from each Landscape Architect's plans, and each item has to have all the specs listed per plans and when it doesn't change the item name in the box on the bottom within the item that shows in the purchasing assistant then you have to delete the item and create a new item every time since it's too hard to create catalog items that you can't edit. I also wish you could edit unit types so that you don't have to delete and re-do a new item every time because it's time-consuming and more labor-intensive while also making my work take 10x longer. I could go on forever...

Pros

I can definitely see how Aspire is an all-inclusive software that works in the field and office, which is helpful to find that one software can do it all from start to finish. Aspire is huge in terms of it offering a lot of options which is good and bad.

Cons

Aspire is very redundant and doesn't allow for flexibility when needing to edit line items, especially when using one time only items and not using catalog items; but I'm not sure it would allow for editing the line item description if it doesn't edit the bottom box which is what shows in the Purchasing Assistant. It makes you repeat so many processes which is redundant and time-consuming. It doesn't allow you to change unit types once an item is created. Even when you update the price of an item in the catalog in the bottom box for price changes/updates, it still doesn't change the item price. It doesn't allow you to delete items in the catalog that are wrong, as the only option is to "inactivate" the item which doesn't help. Also, if you create an item and accidentally save it, but you made 1 little mistake with the unit type or price, your only option then is to make the item inactive and make a new one. Also, it has a lot of time punch alerts that should prompt when the employee is clocking in and out instead of having to correct then completely exit and reopen Aspire after every time alert correction. It also doesn't have a way to create a report to track the costs/revenue/GM/etc. between construction proposals and the change orders. It's also not as easy or user-friendly to edit as Quick Books, and the proposals and invoices are not as easy on the eyes with a clean, simple format that is simple to create, edit, and format while also pleasing to the eye for clients. I could go on for awhile...

Switched from

[QuickBooks Desktop](https://www.capterra.com/p/212058/QuickBooks-Desktop-Pro/)

It was a corporate company decision. Sometimes we still have to use QuickBooks for some billing because Aspire doesn't always work with AIA billing, pay apps, and our clients requirements.

### "Dont wait to make your company efficient and profitable! "

July 15, 2026

5.0

Going from Boss LM to Aspire was a night and day difference. Not sure how a landscape company can run without this software. Well run efficiently and profitable that is. This helps in so many ways= pricing, costs, work order tracking, client issue tracking, etc.

Pros

The simple UI makes training new employees a breeze! The built in training modules and knowledge center are super helpful tools. Being able to build proposals in the field speeds things up drastically. Keep pricing and cost updated helps make sure all employees are doing things the same.

Cons

They are trying to add too much to the system which makes things break in other areas. With that said, they are always quick to push out a fix if something breaks.

### "Great software"

July 14, 2026

5.0

Very good, you will know your numbers inside and out and keeps everyone organized. We used other software and aspire is by far the most stable, accurate and organized

Pros

Knowing your numbers, the open API is great especially with the vibe coding AI trend that's happening.

Cons

Its expensive then they have add-ons that tie into the software which then increases the price more. The entire system feel like its 3 years behind the AI trend and doesn't have features that would be nice to have

Alternatives considered

[ServiceTitan](https://www.capterra.com/p/150053/ServiceTitan/)[LMN](https://www.capterra.com/p/142064/LMN/)

Reason for choosing Aspire

Like the flow better then the others. We would of used ServiceTitan but it was geared more towards HVAC and Plumbing. LMN was just so click and took so many steps todo many things

### "Very rough process/decent outcome??"

July 14, 2026

1.0

\- Sales part sold me sunshine and rainbows -Between sales and onboarding we fell thru the cracks -First onboarding rep was very rough (Wasted months of free services and time) it makes me resent aspire -Second onboarding rep \[sensitive content hidden\] was awesome and took the time to explain everything in detail and really made me motiviated again to use aspire until we found out she was no longer going to be the company (We heard something about layoffs) -Third rep is one of the lead reps and she is good and VERY thorough but I am still sad \[sensitive content hidden\] is no longer with the company -Billing is horrible in my opinion. We started at the begining of the month and later found out that month was apart of the free month.

Pros

\- Time Tracking - Estimate forms - Customer Portals -GPS tracking when clocking in and out of the day/jobs

Cons

\- Live Customer support is not offered for Aspire but is offered for Service Titan Customers - My expierence with onboarding was rough once they realized they never officially scheduled us for onboarding. Once aspire realized this they had us begin towards the end of the month and counted that month as our first free month.... - First onboard specialist was rough. Would always come into meetings asking for more information that was already on the forms. After months of chatting/meetings I was heated one day and expressed firmly that all the information is there and to input it..

Alternatives considered

[LinkedIn Jobs](https://www.capterra.com/p/172060/LinkedIn-Jobs/)

Reason for choosing Aspire

\- I picked a random comapny above but we will not divulge who we considered as an alternative company. Good software. Horrible experience. We're currently looking elsewhere

we switched from LMN, and the difference in keeping all our info in one app is game changing. The rolling budget helps us estimate, the ability for me to bill instead of just the boss.... i could go on

### "Great Software But Needs To Be More User Friendly"

July 14, 2026

3.0

Overall Aspire helps get the job done with keeping everything in one spot, but it definitely needs an update on many things.

Pros

\-All in one system for estimating, proposals, accounting and job management. -Good visibility into job costs and financials. -Keeps customer and property information organized.

Cons

\-The interface can be difficult to navigate, and some common tasks require too many clicks. -There isn't a good way to track communication while prospecting client. A CRM-style activity log that timestamps every interaction, identifies who entered the note, and tracks calls, emails, meetings, and other communications would be valuable addition. -There is not built-in follow up or reminder system for prospects, making it easy for opportunities to be overlooked. -The inability to accept credit card payments directly though Aspire. -Search functions could be easier to use. -Site audits are not very easy. It is time consuming by having to click into every single picture to type a description. It would be nice to have some form of way to know if I missed a description on a picture before I print it out. Also a reminder if a site audit is overdue. It would help to also be able to have a monthly report to track the site audits that were completed or not.

### "Not a Fan, I can see the potential but additional training is needed to master aspire"

July 14, 2026

2.0

I received one training session and got the aspire 101 but as an account manager I really would like additinoal training on aspire other than just the basics. That would make life much easier if I knew the software better. Currently it slows down my production if anything and I think partly just because I dont know how to fully use the software

Pros

Having all of this information in one software is beneficial. Creating enhancements is easy and helpful

Cons

extremely slow, endless clicking. Just moving one ticket you have to click 3 buttons. Search filters do not always work, I can look up a ticket number and the ticket does not show. This makes me so much less productive with lots of loading times

Pros

### "My experience with Aspire"

July 14, 2026

4.0

Overall, I think it has been pleasant experience. Any time I need help with anything related to Aspire, our reps are on it immediately.

Pros

I like that it holds all our portfolio information in one place. From invoicing, time entering, property information, etc. our whole team has access to the same information and can easily access all information about our portfolios. Whenever we run into issues, our Aspire care team is immediately in contract with Aspire Customer support, and often, our issues are resolved immediately. Navigating between tabs (Property, purchasing, etc) is super easy / straight forward. I never have concerns about security -- Our property information is always safe.

Cons

My least favorite part about Aspire is that it is not super easy to use as a true CRM. It's great from an operational aspect, but is not quite as savvy with customer relationship management.

### "Bennet Landscape Review"

July 14, 2026

5.0

Overall, my experience with Aspire has been positive. The software has helped improve operational efficiency by bringing scheduling, job management, and customer information together in one system. The interface is generally user-friendly, and the platform continues to evolve with new functionality. While onboarding and advanced customization require some investment of time, the long-term benefits have made it a valuable tool for day-to-day operations.

Pros

Aspire provides an all-in-one platform for managing scheduling, job tracking, customer information, and team operations. The scheduling tools are intuitive and help keep crews organized, while the centralized system improves visibility across the business. The platform has helped streamline workflows and reduce the need for multiple separate tools.

Cons

The platform has a learning curve for new users due to the number of features available. Some workflows require multiple steps, and certain reports or customizations can take time to configure. Performance can occasionally feel slower when working with larger data sets. he learning paths available are to long and i cant access specific training material i would have to go through an entire learning path or course just to see how to do small task. The Scheduling feature should be more user friendly, the crews i manage are having trouble with their time entries. I would like to be able to adjust Geofencing when necessary i can't seem to look into a real time map when i need to make a change in the properties or work tickets geofence.

### "Top Tier Landscape/Hardscape Software"

July 14, 2026

4.0

My overall experience is very satisfied with the software. I believe it is the best in our industry at this time. Continuing to make refinements and integration with PI will always make this software relevant and useful. Would highly recommend to all companies in the industry.

Pros

It does almost everything. It's a great resource for almost everything we do here in landscape and hardscape. Particularly, estimating can be very detailed and efficient. It's easy to find everything you need and customer information.

Cons

I wish there was an option for a \*discount code\* or a way to discount an invoice that makes it obvious to the client and doesn't require extra steps. Having a more detailed vendor list for invoicing would be optimal as well. Could use general refinement for hardscape.

### "Aspire: Great Product, Great People"

July 14, 2026

5.0

Overall, Aspire is a great piece of software to use, and is always seeking to improve their product from simple UI/UX updates all the way to major product additions, so the value you pay for always feels fair and relevant.

Pros

The partnerships. We've established strong professional relationship with many individuals at Aspire since implementation that has been mutually beneficial; for example, we've been invited numerous times to contribute new ideas for product improvement and feature updates.

Cons

Honestly, I feel sometimes there is too much freedom of use in the software. For example, list building across the various modules can be cumbersome and has a high learning curve to make sure a user is seeing exactly the information they need/want to see. Often our sales and operations individuals doubt the data they see because they don't trust they've made a list right. There could be a little bit more hand-holding from Aspire to make sure users see what they want to see and trust it--not everyone is a data analyst.

Pros

I love the data aspire shows. It allows me to make real adjustments in my business. I love the customer portal and how easy it is for my clients to see future visits as well as pay their bills

Cons

I don't like the onboarding process at all. I feel that the classrooms and the process of installation is extremely challenging for the businesses that range from 3-10 million. The larg companies can have multiple people tackle install. Ones smaller than 3-10 are more often than not new enough to have not just gone from paper pen to using aspire.

Aspire has been good so far. i miss some features LMN had that i used all the time. I like that every department can use it and its just as good for them

Pros

Easy tracking of progress toward goals and visibility within the team. I like that you can make kits and easily have a template for various types of work within different departments.

Cons

I had LMN before and I really miss the ability to copy a work area from a different bid into the current bid/having the prices update simultaneously. I also loved you could easily deselect work areas within the bid to send to client or view overall profit on specific work areas.

Overall, our experience with Aspire has been very positive. It has made job tracking much more efficient, simplified material allocation, and significantly reduced our reliance on paper files. Having client information, production performance, job costing, scheduling, and project details all in one centralized platform has improved organization, communication, and accountability across our team. Aspire has become an essential tool in helping us manage our operations more efficiently and keep everyone working from the same information.

Pros

Aspire has been an excellent platform for our business. It offers strong security, responsive customer support, intuitive navigation, powerful features, and great value for the money. It has helped streamline our operations and improve efficiency.

Cons

The biggest challenge we've experienced is exporting data and integrating it with other software. Some reporting and data exports require extra work, and we would love to see more seamless compatibility with third-party applications. ### "A Powerful Tool for Growing a Landscaping Business"

July 14, 2026

5.0

Overall, my experience with Aspire has been very positive. It has become an essential tool for managing our landscaping business, from estimating and scheduling to invoicing and customer management. It has helped us stay organized, improve productivity, and provide better service to our clients. I would recommend Aspire to other landscaping companies looking for an all-in-one business management solution.

Pros

Aspire is very user-friendly and has helped streamline our estimating, scheduling, and job management processes. The CRM features are excellent, and having everything in one place has improved communication and overall efficiency. Customer support has also been responsive and helpful whenever we've needed assistance.

Cons

Overall Aspire has helped our company to streamline the in field process of the business to the things that are going on in the office. It has made it possible to bridge that gap and make sure there is good communication which in turn helps the business to stay profitable.

Pros

I love that there is so much versatility for our guys to be able to make on field decisions and have the ability to do that all from the same system.

Cons

The thing that i would say is my least favorite thing actually doesn't have to do with the desktop version. It has to do with Aspire mobile. I don't feel like it is very user friendly. I have to constantly educate my guys and show them how to navigate through because thing aren't clearly mapped out in the app itself.

### "Overall Feedback on Aspire Software"

July 14, 2026

5.0

Overall, Aspire has been a helpful tool for managing our landscaping operations. It streamlines many daily tasks and keeps important information organized. Although there are occasional technical issues and some features could be more intuitive, it has made it easier to track work, manage invoices, and provide better customer service.

Pros

Makes invoicing easier – you can generate invoices directly from completed work and track outstanding balances. Client history – easy to see previous services, notes, and past invoices when customers call. Work ticket tracking – helps you see what crews did, when they were there, and what still needs to be completed.

Cons

Can be slow – pages and searches sometimes take longer than expected. Not always intuitive – certain tasks require multiple clicks or are difficult to find. Email issues – you've dealt with invoices saving as drafts instead of sending, making it hard to know if clients actually received them. Limited communica

### "Experience as Admin Assistant at a Small Business with Aspire"

July 14, 2026

4.0

Overall, Aspire has been a useful software for staying organized and managing day-to-day operations. While there are a few workflow improvements that could make certain tasks more efficient, such as invoice processing and Issue/Ticket editing, the system works well for customer payments, scheduling, and maintaining historical records. It has been a valuable tool for keeping our team organized.

Pros

Aspire is a helpful system for staying organized and keeping everything in one place. Processing customer payments is simple, scheduling is easy to update when changes are needed, and the Issues feature provides a useful history that makes it easy to look back at previous conversations and job details.

Cons

Entering invoices can be very time-consuming, especially since they require approval twice, which adds unnecessary steps to the process. Another frustration is that if you accidentally click outside the text box while writing an Issue or Ticket update, your work disappears instead of being saved, making it easy to lose what you've already typed.

Overall, I would say our company has had a positive experience with Aspire. The biggest obstacles with Aspire were: - Teaching our office staff their user roles and best utilizing their permissions. It took a lot of repetition to get them to understand how to best use the system and ensure accuracy. - Teaching our crews how to use Aspire Mobile. This includes: clocking crew members in and out, punching in and out of work tickets, adding materials to work tickets, and working around the flaws of the app. We have been able to overcome many of these obstacles with the support of our CSM and his team. This support chain has led us in our success with Aspire and greatly deepened our understanding the processes involved with the system.

Pros

I like the wide range of reports that can be generated within Aspire. These reports help with everything from scheduling, opportunity management, work tickets completion, and so on. Our CSM, \[sensitive content hidden\], has been great as well, giving us the resources we need in order to understand Aspire and connecting us with the right people.

Cons

There are some aspects, like EOM, portions of the accounting, and refund processes that take significantly longer to complete than they should. The mobile application, Aspire Mobile, is also just ok. There tends to be loading issues and a lot a frustration using the app out in the field with both managers and our crews.

Thank you for taking the time to share such detailed feedback. I really appreciate the thoughtful perspective. It’s great to hear that the reporting capabilities in Aspire have been valuable for your team across scheduling, opportunity management, and work ticket tracking. I also appreciate you calling out the areas that have been more challenging, particularly around EOM processes, some accounting workflows, refund handling, and the performance of Aspire Mobile in the field. That kind of feedback is extremely helpful and I will make sure it gets shared with the appropriate teams. Your comments around training and adoption for both office staff and crews are also very relatable. Learning roles, permissions, and field workflows can take repetition, especially when teams are adjusting to a new system. It’s great to hear tha
