The flexibility and that you can do everything from bidding to collections in one system.

Cons

The tech support could use more training, but to be fair I've used Aspire long enough I think longer than most of them have been working there.

Reason for choosing Aspire

More features, looked to be more user friendly and was on the cloud so we could login from anywhere.

### "Horrible Platform For Janitorial Services"

We had a very disappointing experience with Aspire software. The backend system is overly complicated and not user-friendly, making day-to-day operations more frustrating than efficient. Additionally, the terms of the agreement were misleading—what was presented during the sales process did not match our actual experience. When we expressed our dissatisfaction and chose not to continue with the platform, we were threatened with being sent to collections, despite our good-faith efforts to resolve the situation. It felt like we were being penalized simply for not liking the product. Overall, we cannot recommend Aspire and would advise others to read the fine print carefully before committing

Training staff was nice, we thought Aspire was a good fit initially, but boy were we wrong! I would never have signed up if I knew what I know now!!!!

Cons

System is was too complicated on the backend. We found a platform (Janitorial Manager). It's much more user friendly.

The staff at Aspire are very helpful and want it to be a great experience for us and want it to improve our business. Our CSM, Brooks, is terrific!

Pros

We love that it integrates all our business together so every department is working in a similar manner. Job costing and reporting is extremely helpful in making decisions for the future.

Cons

The implementation and buildout was time consuming and we did alot of head scratching. There are parts of the estimating portion that are clunky. No way to delete services in bulk on a template as example.

We have been using Aspire since July 2024, so we are fairly new to it. The implementation was very well organized and the people that we worked with were really good. I am learning more on a daily basis and I really kike to ease of use and reporting.

### "Read before you sign up with ASPIRE!"

The people at Aspire have been nice for the most part, but the software is not user friendly at all. I told them that I wanted to cancel since nothing is preset for janitorial, and the time and expertise required to set this up from scratch is immense. We have about 6 managers that run our 2 million dollar operation. We thought Aspire was going to walk us through the implementation, only requiring us to provide information about our clients, processes, and services. We found out however Aspire is just a blank slate requiring our team to configure everything. We pushed through for about a month, until my team just gave up. I told \[sensitive content hidden\] about everything in a one on one to cancel. She apologized for the wasted time in the trainings that had nothing to do with our industry, then in a bragging tone told me that one of their clients has hired an entire team to help buildout and maintain their Aspire account. Then I was informed that the trainer that admittedly knows nothing about janitorial is the only option. She said she would waive the next few months of fees for the implementation since our time was wasted, but if we would sit down and help them build out their platform to be more user friendly for janitorial companies, then they would help us by creating some templates. When I refused to set aside the time to help them build this out they threw the contract at me , and said they were going to force me to pay a buyout on a service that we have still not been able to use. the whole time we have been paying monthly in fees, while paying for another service that actually works. The service fees "grow with your company". The bigger that you get the bigger the annual fee gets, and ours was very expensive. Unless you have someone that is very technically computer savvy on your team, that you can lend to the implementation of this software for about 3 months do not sign up with these guys. It has truly been a drain on our team and company with nothing to show for it.

Pros

The services that they promise are exactly what we needed for our janitorial company

Cons

You must program every feature into the software yourself, and nothing is preset for the janitorial industry. The trainings that they offer are solely geared toward the landscaping industry and none of it was remotely applicable. We wasted hours doing trainings that had nothing to do with our industry.

### "Success is there if you are ON IT"

### "Game Changer & Time Saver"

It has changed our game for the better. No more manual excel spreadsheets for production, no more handwritten tickets! Administrative/data entry time has been drastically reduced for my job role with this program. Seamless integration with our payroll and invoicing processes. Estimating is a breeze once your templates, services, item catalogs and kits are uploaded.

The schedule board is where its at! The addition of time based scheduling makes it even more amazing.

### "Love Aspire"

I am amazed as to how well Aspire operates. The ability to count for everything and not allow you to forget things as unbilled or uncompleted is amazing. Their scheduling is on another dimension and job costing is amazing. Ther are so many great features but one of the best features they have is their Purchase Order system. It works amazingly well and links well with inventory system that Aspire has built within. I can go on and on talking about it. I simply love it.

Pros

Aspire is a software that grows with you. Since we first signed for Aspire, they have added countless number of features that makes our day-to-day operations a breeze and they keep improving the system tremendously. It is easy to use and understand and the support you get from Aspire team and peers is amazing. You can call any Aspire user and seek help or advise and they are more than happy to help. The culture that Aspire built is unlike anything else you will experience and if you wonder, no I am not getting paid for these comments.

Cons

Just like any system out there, there is always room for improvement. My role within the organization is closing the month and accounting. I would love it if Aspire is little more friendly especially if you have multiple branches within same instance. Little too much scrolling for my liking. I would love it if the revenue variance feature got improved. It works as is however requires some work on users end.

There was a big learning curve with the implementation and getting the teams plugged in and operational but once it all came together the benefits were apparent. We're tracking performance much better then in the past and more efficiently as well. The continuing support from the Aspire team has been great as well.

Pros

The two biggest challenges facing landscaping companies I find are 1. managing maintenance labor while delivering quality and 2. creating and tracking billable opportunities with efficiency. Aspire excels in both of these categories. The operational side of the software is excellent and gives the branch teams the tools they need to estimate, schedule and track performance. The estimating, job costing, scheduling and the crew mobile functions are all solid and perform well.

Cons

On the flip side the administrative and accounting side of Aspire has some challenges integrating smoothly with our accounting system. The inability to reverse transactions easily is an example. There are some good checks in place like the EOM checklists to keep everything balanced though. A fully integrated and functional accounting system would be a nice addition to the package. I believe Aspire is working on that.

Positive and continually improving. We are now 95% paper free and have eliminated a large percentage of manual tasks (recurring scheduling, invoice assistant, employee time tracking, route management, customer relationship management etc etc.)

Pros

We made the transition from LMN to Aspire a year ago. The ticket management system allows us to seamlessly schedule and make quick operational changes from the start of an estimate to the receivable balance. There is less room for error in each department and a system that keeps our billing on track.

Cons

Initial implementation - It took a lot of time to set up and train employees to use (customizing to our operations vs. Aspire implementation/help with setup) The cost was an investment and commitment.

We are happy we made the change. The pros have defiantly out wayed the cons. It is just a beast of a program and a lot to learn. We still need a lot of training.

CRM! It is horrible to write general notes! It took us a long time to receive a CSM.....I expected the customer service to above and beyond and it felt like we were rushed to graduate and then we had to bag for a CSM.

### "Software Solutions for the Modern Age"

It's involved a complete culture shift at our company, and it has not been an easy transition. Getting everyone 100% on board is still a challenge after 2 years. Aspire has many checks and balances, but there are certainly workarounds. With the help of some outside consultants and a wonderful CSM, we are finally on the right track. The rapid growth of Aspire offers many benefits such as an ever-expanding list of company partnerships for GPS integration, payroll integration and more.

Pros

All encompassing software that limits the amount of work you have to do in other programs. The rapid expansion means there are constant improvements made, and the community is very helpful. I enjoy the amount of control I have over different aspects of our business, from creating custom layouts for proposals and invoices, to managing required fields. It's not perfect, but it is certainly getting there. After changing software numerous times over the years, it is comforting to know we are sticking with Aspire for the long term.

Cons

Little things that are thankfully being improved upon. The mobile application feels antiquated and makes the lives of the crews difficult at times. I also really dislike how T&M pricing hierarchy is calculated. Why would it pull from the catalog pricing even though you change the amount on the purchase receipt? That's like if it just took the estimated hours and charged for them instead of the actual hours on site. It is counterintuitive and illogical for a time and material invoice type.

I have been a user for about a year now, and the experience is really what you make of it. The tools are all there, but it is up to you to maximize the utility of the system. Whether that be creating reports, dials, or other metrics.

Pros

Aspire gives you nearly every tool you would need. The support behind the system is great. I have never had to wait more than 24 hours to have a ticket worked on. Everyone I have spoken to from Aspire has been very friendly and helpful.

Cons

I do not have any complaints about Aspire at this time. I am very pleased with the capabilities.
