### "Horrible Platform For Janitorial Services"

We had a very disappointing experience with software. The backend system is overly complicated and not user-friendly, making day-to-day operations more frustrating than efficient. Additionally, the terms of the agreement were misleading—what was presented during the sales process did not match our actual experience. When we expressed our dissatisfaction and chose not to continue with the platform, we were threatened with being sent to collections, despite our good-faith efforts to resolve the situation. It felt like we were being penalized simply for not liking the product. Overall, we cannot recommend Aspire and would advise others to read the fine print carefully before committing

Training staff was nice, we thought was a good fit initially, but boy were we wrong! I would never have signed up if I knew what I know now!!!!

Cons

System is was too complicated on the backend. We found a platform (Janitorial Manager). It's much more user friendly.

The staff at are very helpful and want it to be a great experience for us and want it to improve our business. Our CSM, Brooks, is terrific!

Pros

We love that it integrates all our business together so every department is working in a similar manner. Job costing and reporting is extremely helpful in making decisions for the future.

Cons

The implementation and buildout was time consuming and we did alot of head scratching. There are parts of the estimating portion that are clunky. No way to delete services in bulk on a template as example.

The tech support could use more training, but to be fair I've used long enough I think longer than most of them have been working there.

### "Read before you sign up with ASPIRE!"

The people at have been nice for the most part, but the software is not user friendly at all. I told them that I wanted to cancel since nothing is preset for janitorial, and the time and expertise required to set this up from scratch is immense. We have about 6 managers that run our 2 million dollar operation. We thought Aspire was going to walk us through the implementation, only requiring us to provide information about our clients, processes, and services. We found out however Aspire is just a blank slate requiring our team to configure everything. We pushed through for about a month, until my team just gave up. I told \[sensitive content hidden\] about everything in a one on one to cancel. She apologized for the wasted time in the trainings that had nothing to do with our industry, then in a bragging tone told me that one of their clients has hired an entire team to help buildout and maintain their Aspire account. Then I was informed that the trainer that admittedly knows nothing about janitorial is the only option. She said she would waive the next few months of fees for the implementation since our time was wasted, but if we would sit down and help them build out their platform to be more user friendly for janitorial companies, then they would help us by creating some templates. When I refused to set aside the time to help them build this out they threw the contract at me , and said they were going to force me to pay a buyout on a service that we have still not been able to use. the whole time we have been paying monthly in fees, while paying for another service that actually works. The service fees "grow with your company". The bigger that you get the bigger the annual fee gets, and ours was very expensive. Unless you have someone that is very technically computer savvy on your team, that you can lend to the implementation of this software for about 3 months do not sign up with these guys. It has truly been a drain on our team and company with nothing to show for it.

Pros

The services that they promise are exactly what we needed for our janitorial company

Cons

You must program every feature into the software yourself, and nothing is preset for the janitorial industry. The trainings that they offer are solely geared toward the landscaping industry and none of it was remotely applicable. We wasted hours doing trainings that had nothing to do with our industry.

### "Love Aspire"

I am amazed as to how well operates. The ability to count for everything and not allow you to forget things as unbilled or uncompleted is amazing. Their scheduling is on another dimension and job costing is amazing. Ther are so many great features but one of the best features they have is their Purchase Order system. It works amazingly well and links well with inventory system that Aspire has built within. I can go on and on talking about it. I simply love it.

Pros

is a software that grows with you. Since we first signed for Aspire, they have added countless number of features that makes our day-to-day operations a breeze and they keep improving the system tremendously. It is easy to use and understand and the support you get from Aspire team and peers is amazing. You can call any Aspire user and seek help or advise and they are more than happy to help. The culture that Aspire built is unlike anything else you will experience and if you wonder, no I am not getting paid for these comments.

Cons

Just like any system out there, there is always room for improvement. My role within the organization is closing the month and accounting. I would love it if is little more friendly especially if you have multiple branches within same instance. Little too much scrolling for my liking. I would love it if the revenue variance feature got improved. It works as is however requires some work on users end.

### "Aspire Into Our Second Year"

There was a big learning curve with the implementation and getting the teams plugged in and operational but once it all came together the benefits were apparent. We're tracking performance much better then in the past and more efficiently as well. The continuing support from the team has been great as well.

Pros

The two biggest challenges facing landscaping companies I find are 1. managing maintenance labor while delivering quality and 2. creating and tracking billable opportunities with efficiency. excels in both of these categories. The operational side of the software is excellent and gives the branch teams the tools they need to estimate, schedule and track performance. The estimating, job costing, scheduling and the crew mobile functions are all solid and perform well.

Cons

On the flip side the administrative and accounting side of has some challenges integrating smoothly with our accounting system. The inability to reverse transactions easily is an example. There are some good checks in place like the EOM checklists to keep everything balanced though. A fully integrated and functional accounting system would be a nice addition to the package. I believe Aspire is working on that.

### "Aspire Landscape Software"

I love , overall, it's a great platform and they are continuing to develop the features. I am excited to see what's new updates are coming out each month. It's expensive and if we have made sure we are using our investment to its fullest. We still have a long way to go to be using all the features in aspire and it takes a person dedicated to overseeing it to ensure everything is flowing and utilized.

Pros

is nice because it brings all of the aspects of work to one platform. Prior to aspire we had multiple different software platforms specific to divisions.

Cons

It takes the right person to set up and implement. When we implemented, we had team members who were not on the same page and not having a clear concise plan going into implementation it caused us to have to go back and correct things that were not working as we expected.

### "Commit, Persist and Realize the Benefits of Aspire"

The customer service and assistance that you receive from the team at is the best feature of the software. We receive responses immediately to questions, layouts, and general assistance. Aspire also offers additional live training classes with Q&A sessions weekly that you can attend, making this software worth the investment.

Pros

After using the software for approximately 6 months, our entire team began to see all the time-saving benefits of using as well as the benefits of "real-time" accounting and job profits.

Cons

For us, the transition to was difficult because we switched from Sage to QB and changed our payroll carrier at the same time we moved to Aspire. This was a mistake on our part because there was too much to implement in a short period of time. The training period for Aspire is set, and there is little room for accommodations for extending the time period if needed. Once you commit to using Aspire, you need to be aware that you have to make learning the system a priority within the timetable that is set.

The sales rep for was much more persistent and truly sold us on the fact that we would receive much better customer service after purchasing Aspire. We only had one meeting with LMN and they did not follow up after the initial sales pitch for over a week. Our Aspire rep, contacted us multiple times to see if he could answer any other questions or provide more details on the features.

### "Profitability through Visibility"

Overall we have been able to identify where each service we provide is falling short or providing the best return. The insight gained into each nook and cranny of our business has been eye opening. We have found small to large gaps in estimating and production. By gaining the actual production rates we have been able to improve our estimating templates to provide accurate production metrics for our company. Increasing visibility into our actual production metrics has allowed us to systemize estimating to the point of simply measuring and selecting the appropriate property type, yielding an accurate proposal with appropriate production hours for deployment. Ensuring that we provide a proposal that the client will be happy with and yields us the appropriate realized profit.

Pros

As a company, we like the visibility that we have of every aspect of our company as it relates to the overall profitability. We have been able to determine gaps in pricing, production issues, and estimating failures. By gaining insight, we have been able to correct all these issues and increase our profitability.

Cons

Initially, the set up is the least likely part of the process. Hindsight, it was worth every minute spent and probably could have spent more time on it!

We felt that provided the most comprehensive product.

### "Great product and better service"

is invaluable to my business. I can't imagine how difficult it would be run the business without this tool. The transparency, reporting, data management and customer support make this as important a piece of my company as any one of my employees.

Pros

understands my business and has developed a tool specifically for me. Their commitment to constant improvement and customer support are second to none.

Cons

Snow removal is something only some companies in my industry do based on geography. 's snow management tools aren't the best out there but they are getting better.
