Overall it has been great. Only been on for about a year and I feel like we are utilizing about 30% of it's capacity.

Pros

Cloud based, all aspects of the business are in one place and can be accessed from anywhere. Connectivity with field operations is fantastic. Amount of data that can be pulled out of it is amazing. Job costing is super easy. Contract renewals take only minutes to execute.

Cons

The system is so robust it takes a long time to get familiarized with everything. Implementation is difficult and takes a lot of time. For smaller companies, the lack of a dedicated account manager to help with implementation can be frustrating. Layout change request take way too long.

### "Estate Landscaping Review of Aspire"

Overall we love Aspire and look forward to there road map with all the new features especially the AI technology.

Pros

Aspire pretty much is used to run our entore company except payroll. We have metrics and KPI set up that our Leadership monitors on a daily basis. We like the way we can propose a clinet right from the field.

Cons

Aspire continues to grow but there are some features we wish would have been resolved before some of the non-essential items were released.

We've had great help with the customer service. It takes patience to learn a new technique, and Aspire's team has been more than helpful.

Pros

I enjoy gaining the information as it happens. Being able to know where the crews are and what their availability is, is crucial for scheduling.

Cons

The mobile app has its moments when it can't be reached due to service not being available.

### "How I feel about aspire."

I think it's great. I love that more programs, i.e. Inova are able to interact.

Pros

It's still growing! You listen to concerns, you perfect your knowledge of your own software and you adapt to the concerns of your clients.

Cons

There are things like deleting contacts and looking up invoices that have been troublesome. But they have/are being addressed!

### "Aspire For Me"

Pros

Having gone through 2 other software programs before we got Aspire, I can say that Aspire was the easiest and most user friendly one. I really enjoy having the knowledge base and the Aspire support team readily available when you have any questions.

Cons

There are certain things that I feel Aspire could improve on:1) Real time labor increases throughout the system. If we have a labor or price percentage increase, it would be nice if the system was set up to update all areas that the labor or price needs to be adjusted. Currently, we have to go into each and every contract and update all prices and into each and every service on that contract. Very time consuming. 2) Having the ability to put the same service more than once on an opportunity. 3) Having more description on the mobile app than just the service on the schedule would help.

Aspire is innovative and best in class for the critical functions. I am confident they will continue to provide updates to the product.

Pros

Job costing, estimating/pricing, systemizing sales and production. Great data. It is scalable and a true enterprise solution.

Cons

All of the accounting functions are cumbersome, yet powerful. There is a sharp learning curve. Only part of the software is available on mobile. Site audits and client communication are somewhat limited.

Our experience has been a very positive one. Customer support during implementation was very good. Ongoing support for users is excellent with very fast response times and knowledgeable representatives. Aspire is constantly making improvements to the system based on user recommendations and so far, each new version release has improved our user experience.

Pros

Intuitive user interface. Logical data query format makes finding granular data very easy. Reports are easily customized and shared with other users. Customer support during implementation was very good. Ongoing support for users is excellent with very fast response times and knowledgeable representatives.

Cons

Initial concern was pricing. Aspire appears expensive when compared to similar systems but it actually saves our organization money through better management of the sales and production process, resulting in better gross margin and revenue per employee.

### "Mid-market facility services company’s Aspire experience after three years"

Two things have optimized our Aspire experience: 1) attending Ignite! conference is a must, where you meet other Aspire users and learn best practices from them and the Aspire team, and 2) Service Titan’s acquisition of Aspire has accelerated the product’s feature upgrades and UI giving us an advantage over our competitors.

Pros

Aspire pitched that transparency and accountability would lead to more profitable outcomes. This was evident after 18 months on the platform.

Cons

Implementation was complicated. Our company had been in business over 33 years when we onboarded Aspire. Changing systems and accounting procedures was not easy as Aspire has a unique way of pricing in profitability in its job costing.

Decent. Like the software but I wish the training was better. Before I recommend it I usually ask them if they have a staff that is great on computers. If they don't I probably would not recommend it.

Pros

The product seems very advanced. With the right training it is very useful.

Cons

It's not very user friendly, especially for software that does not have an extensive training program. The training would be my biggest issue with the software. The knowledge base helps but if you need anything in a hurry be prepared to wait for an answer. If you happen to get someone to help more often than not they have to ask someone above them for answers. I chalk it up to growing pains.

Overall it has helped but the financial problems with us, them, the trining we received, whatever has me feling like a stepchild instead of one of the family. We pay a lot to have this; I want that problem fixed.

Pros

The pros are definitely the connectability of everything in one place. I am able to do much more work in half the time. Implementing this has cut my office staff which really adds to the bottom line. I was able to see waste by implementing Aspire through labor over usage, overall operations, and office staff. This made me make changes to all of these areas which has really added to our bottom line profits.

Cons

The financial section is very clunky. The journal entries or moving payroll over to quickbooks does not integrate easily. I would like to run on a Cash basis. This system is all accrual. I still have yet to be able to get accurate financials so I think my business is better but I can't gauge that yet. That to me is the most ridiculous and will have me leave Aspire if we can't get it fixed asap. I would rather have nothing then messed up financials.

Pros

The ease of use in Aspire is fantastic. Almost 95% of things are intuitive when you first jump into it, but you have the support team at your fingertips for that last 5%. Also, the support team has great tips, tricks, and set up guidelines to get you off to a great start when first implementing.

Cons

In our business, we deal with a fair amount of commercial landscaping installations. There are some gaps in what Aspire can do for this, but the development team is working on improvements in 2024. I cannot wait to see them.

Ease of use from updating pricing structure to getting real time P&L information at the push of a button

Cons

Running Sales Reports and Portfolio Reoccurring Reports can be challenging at times selecting correct criteria etc.

Reason for choosing Aspire

The Development Team, particularly \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] and the Sales Team, particularly \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] were incredibly knowledgeable, resourceful and trustworthy...they were our primary influence to make the transition to Aspire. \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] made us believe in their product as well as the team behind it. We believe in them more now after all of these years!

so far our experience has had ups and downs with learning a new product which you will always have growing pains, but for a computer illiterate guy like myself its getting much easier, especially with the support staff you guys offer.

Pros

I like that it cuts our time down immensely when doing our bids using the kits and the ease of sending out our bids.

Cons

change orders suck. seems like there should be an easier way to unlock a contract other than the change order feature.

As the person responsible for the financial reporting of the company, Aspire sucks. It is TOO expensive for the kind of reporting we are getting.

Pros

Estimating, scheduling and invoicing are much improved over our old system. On the landscaping management side, Aspire has provided much needed help.

Cons

The drawbacks are numerous. There is little onsite training, as a matter of fact, we have had to pay an outside source to give us the training needed to use Aspire efficiently. Accounting integration is poor. The inventory system is non-existent from an accounting perspective and requires a lot of manual journal entries to reconcile. Aspire requires a lot of additional time to get financial reporting accurately into Quickbooks. The pivot tables within Aspire are not real time but include info up to the prior day. . DO NOT believe that you will be able to get this running in less than a year. It is very disappointing!

Cons

Can sometimes be a little glitchy and there are sometimes things that are hard to find.
