Our new CSM \[sensitive content hidden\] is very detailed oriented and is willing to help get the answers.

Pros

Estimating and work orders. Scheduling is outstanding, interface with Fleetsharp not so much.

Cons

start up - When we started our CSM left and conversion wasn't explained and implemented. Still seeing the results of that conversion from 2019. Need to do a better job of explaining and training of why it needs to be done in steps and implications.

All the critical data to perform daily tasks such as time entry, proposal making, etc. are all in one place.

Cons

Some areas of that we think would work a certain way do not work that way or work backwards from how we think it should.

### "I dont understand what you are asking to title"

We like the detail in which we can see data and drill into details of specific jobs and customers

Cons

Need to be able to see more customer info on a single screen that makes sense for CRM. Lots of screen hoping to find details and info on customers and jobs.

Realgreen is terrible in terms of accounting and invoicing - basically unusable. They have a great CRM set up that you should copy. Lots of good and useful automations too. LMN was good but we were taken off of LMN to pursue RealGreen. LMN also had lots of clicks and some other issues

The idea board to hopefully dream that it can meet our needs more.

Cons

I am not happy at all that there isn't an onsite implementing Manager/ person. Dedicated to us during that season up to launch.

Overall positive, just being honest that it is far from a complete and intuitive solution.

Pros

Clarity of data, staying on top of numbers and margins.

Cons

Very expensive and not easy to use. Missing massive amounts of features that every mid size software inevitably has.

Up-to-date labor and materials costing. Cloud based.

Cons

Accounting integration limited and does not function as advertised. Payroll worker's comp code integration doesn't exist. Inventory is NOT a real accounting inventory system. User Permissions is unbelievably limited for being advertised as comprehensive, critical clerical functions MUST HAVE System Admin permission...be careful here! Reporting is severely limited by Pivot Tables that do not report current data but rather are limited to data from the prior day ONLY. This software is extremely Administrative Burden heavy, many tasks should be streamlined by technology/programing but require human manipulation.

It has been a positive experience. Setting it up is a big commitment and about a year into using it you will find you made poor choices in how you built your ..... you will at that time better understand the capabilities and changes you need to make to use Aspire at a much higher efficient way.

Pros

I like the integration of all business segments. Information is on a live basis; most work is saves by the keystroke and readily available to others.

Cons

It may be "Too Capable" can be configured in so many ways it can make getting help a bit tricky as each user has built it slightly differently.

consistency within estimating & the fact that it forces you to do things the correct way

Cons

the customer support is poor which is a big deal. There needs to be either support that can be reached via phone or an account manager that you can work with and schedule a zoom meeting. there are problems i'm having but put off because getting to the answer will take so much effort

Onboarding was excellent. The product is better than anything else currently on the market.

Pros

Easy access to the details behind the reports.

Cons

The customer support seems to be more removed. They continually send videos and articles to read verses engaging the questions asked about a specific problem that has occured that isn't a normal function or process.

It takes some time to get used to, accounting side takes a lot of training and integrating into another accounting product. It would be nice if it did everything and we wouldn't have to use a separate accounting software.

Pros

Since this is one of the only companies geared toward the landscaping industry, it helps to get our customers on a schedule. Does an OK job at billing.

Cons

There are a lot of upgrades we would like to see to make it even better. is good about this.

I love and would highly recommend it to anyone in the landscaping business; however, it's especially a great tool for scalable, profitable growth.

Pros

I love that the team operates in "Continuous Improvement" mode: they are always working to create a better product for the industry. Additionally, this software provides the platform to capture so much data that can then be used to help our company manage scalable, profitable growth.

Cons

Understanding the software was created for a specific industry, my least favorite aspect of is that a lot of accounting-type functions are either not great or missing altogether. Inventory specific reports are somewhat lacking; there's not an easy way to put accounts on "credit hold" until clients bring their account current; etc.

The biggest benefit was real time results, job costing and job progress. Invoicing also became much, much easier. Overall, fantastic system.

Pros

Once you learn how to use the system, it is so comprehensive and easy to use. It has really made our business much easier to run, with the data right at our fingertips.

Cons

As with any new system, there is definitely pain with the software launch, but we've worked through all of that and now just share feedback as it comes up when we see improvement opportunities.

Cloud-based, job costing, helps us manage the majority of our processes.

Cons

The T&M Billing Calculation doesn't use actual costs unless you use a cumbersome work around. The mobile platform is limited but is being worked on.

At the time, it was the best cloud-based option.
