For my 1st conference- it has been GREAT! The people are great and I learned alot. I look forward to attending next year's.

Pros

Ease of functionality, able to keep employees and clients in the loop and know what is going on without multiple phone calls.

Cons

It be nice for the Crew Mobile app to have a Manager version for estimating, takeoffs, and site audits.

Sometimes changes are made that don't best serve us/my company.

It's a Love/Hate experience, depends on the day.

Pros

My CM Peggy Hughes, the live classes, meeting other users.

Cons

I wish the software could be more flexible and some areas could be customized to each individual company. Example... why do I need two contacts for one property when the two contacts are simply a Mr & Mrs. and I need an extra space for his and her email addresses?

Reason for choosing Aspire

Slice went out of business in lieu of a much needed updating.

After some trial and error, my overall experience with is good. I enjoy the fact that they are constantly improving and interested to hear what their customers would like to see.

Pros

I like the fact that everything is easily accessible and user friendly. They are also always improving the software to meet the needs of their clients. I believe once you learn the system, it is a really good software to use for our industry.

Cons

We went from one software to this software and it was extremely difficult to transition. We had many trials and errors within our first year in how to properly manage within the software in order to correctly reflect what are costs were and what we were earning.

Switched from

We made the switch because Sage was not as user friendly as we wanted. We wanted more streamlined processes instead of having to use several different modules to do one thing.

### "Aspire is a Game Changer"

It has been great. As we knew, getting started was going to be "painful" and we understood we were going to have to adjust how we did some things or how we "looked" at some things but as we have done that it has been a very good decision. We could not have scaled the business to where it is if we had not moved to .

Pros

has helped us streamline our company and helped us consolidate our processes. We can do almost everything from job costing to time management in live time.

Cons

The mobile app can be difficult in the field when cellular connectivity is an issue. They are working on a new app with "off-line" capability and if it works as they say it will it will make things 100% better.

Reason for choosing Aspire

Overall offered a better product that fit our business best.

Love the program and what it does not only for the team but it also holds people accoutntable

Pros

The program is so nice to be able to track everything and be able to monitor sales, production and then billing on a dashboard. The ease of training people as well makes the program worth it when bring them on.

Cons

When setting up properties there is too much redundcy

Pros

requires "power" users to understand and fully implement the system for the team. If has a lot of possibility and getting it to all work for you or modifying your processes to fir with Aspire take real time and effort. But for the average user who is putting this to work on a day to day basis the software is fairly easy to use.

Cons

's greatest weakness is the client facing side. The lack of easily changeable email templates is really a disappointing part of the software and certainly an area that they need to work on.

### "Good Product; Plan a Time Investment"

It has been a bit of a rough rollout for our business. I have hope that it will get better with time, as our entire organization is still learning. Fingers crossed!

Pros

I like that it has migrated us to a lot less paper usage. It also has us up better up to speed with advancing technologies.

Cons

The biggest challenge is the learning curve to acquire adequate knowledge to run effectively in the system. The amount of time that needs to be dedicated to understanding it cannot be overlooked.

I wasn't here for implementation, but learning 's processes was easy and the information you can gain from this software is second to none.

Pros

makes critical processes like scheduling and invoicing so easy and efficient, and allows us to get things done more accurately and in a timely manner.

Cons

The thing I like the least is I feel the crew mobile app has glitches and it is difficult for crews to get all the information they need (maps, info, ect) from the mobile app. It is also difficult for Spanish Speaking crew leaders to use.

Very user friendly, can access from any computer as it is web based- although mobile does not have as many functions. training library covers most of the basics

Cons

We utilize this system for multiple property services. Over night scheduling can be tough to get scheduling and work tickets completed within payroll/ end of month closing.

Pros

Scheduling has been a huge help for production and keeping track of budget hours. The ability to track these in real time is a major asset with growing labor costs.

Cons

Some functions could be a little more user friendly but generally its easy to use. Sometime clicking from work tickets to schedule back to work tickets or to the next property seems a but cumbersome

### "Very poor support"

Lots of functions do not work the way it is intended. Very buggy. Runs really slow and crewmobile is very outdated as well as the catalog still doesn't function properly.

Pros

That it is cloud based and works with iPhones.

Cons

It is very difficult to get tech support. Works like dealing with any other big corporation where the person helping doesn't know what they are doing and you have to submit help tickets. Takes a long time to get help and very likely will not be resolved.

Pros

I like that replaces 4-5 other programs and is constantly evolving and approving. The customer service is fantastic.

Cons

There is a learning curve, but once you know what you're doing it is a very effective tool. There are some features that need improvement, but they are being updated frequently and there is a portal to request features you'd like to see.

Pros

I can open and create a Proposal, print and or email it out to a client within 5 minutes, Really only took me the time to type the verbiage out. It was very easy to learn my way around and I love it.

Cons

I have to copy and print out each proposal and past it into the invoice section, so our managers can see what each invoice is for.
