The only thing I have had an issue with is getting all the field employees and managers to use it to its fullest.

Pros

Every screen is very customizable so that comes in very handy! You can filter and group everything to see exactly what you need to see, usually all in one screen!

Cons

If you are not already tech savvy it can feel a little clunky but once you get used to the software it has been easy to get the hang of everything

Overall experience has been good. The customer support is excellent. It seems like that change and update things way too often before making sure it won't cause problems with other features in the software.

Pros

There are a lot of features that are customizable to the uniqueness of your business.

Cons

There are a lot of bugs and software issues, seems like very time there is an update there is a bunch of things that stop working or are very slow.

It's been a good experience overall. We're happy we chose Aspire!

Pros

It is easy, as long as you fit into their mold. It was difficult at first to give up some of what our processes were prior, but we've made it work.

Cons

We really wish we could customize it more!

It was more user friendly. It is very important for the mobile user face to be very simple or else the labor would not use it.

Pros

Program use, set up and training were great. With the exception we lost help when we were fully live and took forever to get a CRM. But we powered through and we love the program.

Cons

Not being able to edit contracts (though understand why) and I wish invoice layout management was easier to do on our own. Aspire crew mobile could use some updates, being able to look up property names and addresses without a ticket.

I like that Aspire encompasses all aspects of business. Very robust

Cons

Terminology is different than I am use to. Finding logical direction to navigate is off to me. I haven’t learned the muscle memory yet to do things quickly. I have to ask often.

Pros

Real-time reporting on estimated vs actual hours on maintenance and construction projects.

Cons

App has some challenges loading in some locations, would be great to have estimates converted to Word as an option.

At first It’s difficult for people to use especially people with only basic computer skills. Missing some basic functionality of other programs. But by far The app is what we like the least. It’s years and years behind most other programs
