Patients can respond to the text message if needed. Pros It is a quick and inexpensive way to send text appointment reminders to patients. If they do not have a cell phone it will convert the text message to a voice message reminder and call them. Cons I have nothing negative to say about Remindercall.com. It has everything I need to remind patients about their upcoming appointment.
