People have trouble remembering appointments these days. It is important to be able to remind them about their appointments. Most people check text messages right away, so they see the reminder. You can have the reminders go out at any time of the day. Patients can respond to the text message if needed.

Pros

It is a quick and inexpensive way to send text appointment reminders to patients. If they do not have a cell phone it will convert the text message to a voice message reminder and call them.

Cons

I have nothing negative to say about Remindercall.com. It has everything I need to remind patients about their upcoming appointment.

From implementation and customer service, to daily use and patient engagement, we have been enjoying it very much.

Pros

My patients enjoy this feature. Many new patients ask if we offer this service. They can also cancel an appt if needed and we become aware so that we can schedule others quickly. It’s a must have for any office.

Cons

No complaints. It’s intuitive, All good.

Easy to use, easy to add different types of reminders for our multiple locations and clientele.

Cons

Limit on length of reminder message. The ability for clients to respond with more than the requested "C" or "P" without an easy way to see their complete response. It would be nice to have the reminder block any response other than the "C" or "P".

Pros

Reminercall.com was easy to access and set up. We were done in minutes. When we had questions, we called, and there was help right away! We have had no complaints from our customers.

Super easy to set up and use. It is a very client-friendly application.

Cons

It does not write back into my scheduling software; I will have to confirm the appointment manually. It makes it easier for the client to double the work for me as a business.
