Pros Using this tool we can easily test the level of English of new employees, because through an easy set of tests that evaluate grammar, written, oral expression and comprehesion you can know if your new staff is able to work with people who uses English as a native language. This company do everthing for you, the make the tests and all the evaluations, with a very simple and easy design, get you the results in avery short time, all this through a very secure data and constant communication with the client. Cons This a great tool, but you have to customize in your own way, maybe you need a staff vinculated to communication or written, so you have to tell to the company where they have to put their effort to test the new employees, because all companies not do the same thing, an a general English maybe not can fit in what your company is looking for in a professional. Pros I did not know about this kind of tools, but I try the free version and was an amazing experience, because it consider all the aspects that a person most have to performance English for a job, the oral and reading comprehension, and the ability to write and talk, all this features evaluated through questions that can be customize depending of the clients needs. We had never worked with a platform for this type of exercises before and we have noticed a lot of improvement. Previously we had had some problems with people who we thought spoke the language better. Since we have been using it we don't have this problem. Pros The selection is 100% customizable. Our questions are about a language with very technical words where the language level is very important. These are 100% remote jobs and language and technical comprehension is very important. We were not using any platform before, and since using The English Quiz we have stopped having problems with online hiring. Cons Management of exam results in a customizable CSV file. The RRSS manager needs customized files for her CRM and we have not been able to implement it, and we are doing it by hand. It's a technical detail, but it would be great if it could be integrated in the future. Reason for choosing The English Quiz We had never thought about using a platform for this. Cons For some people is so annoying do this kind of test, becuase they do not have confidence in this can of app, but this one is very useful and very easy to use, in a very important matter as is the level of English of your employees.
