This in turn allows us to spend more time concentrating on increasing business instead of trying to constantly keep it organized and guessing where we are with production and materials. The software has helped us tremendously. **Pros:** I like. and depend on the visibility of each transaction that takes place. I can see which user made which transaction and when that user made the transaction **Cons:** I don't like that I have reconciliation issues at times. Sometimes my entries "disappear" and I have to call tech support to retrieve them for me. We just added multiple entities, and I am anxious to use it on new entities we created. **Cons:** Tracking costs by project and work order is not as seamless as it could be as users are not required to enter a project or work order number when processing a purchase requisition into an order.
