Pros This product has everything you could possibly need in the fabrication business. The people at MIE Trak are so responsive and helpful when you need them. Cons Vendor Nothing/ Product like everything can't be everything for everybody but I will say if there is something that you don't like they will work with you to find a solution. We use the product in a manufacturing environment and deal with OEM level customers, so we need a robust IT environment to support the dynamic needs of our customers. It also has a robust integration with QuickBooks that allows you to run their finance package or integrate with QuickBooks for full job costing functionality. Cons Because the product is very configurable, there are a number of options that need to be set up. It is not overwhelming, but I wish the baseline reports were more standard out of the box. Pros Powerful Management system and the staff is always there to help when/if a problem occurs. Cons Some of the bugs do not get fixed in a timely manner. (I think mid 90's we started with Fabritrak) Pros 10\. I would definitely recommend this product to a friend looking for an ERP program in the sheetmetal industry. Used the software for: ### "Mie Trak 3 year review" April 25, 2017 4.0 I have been using Mie Trak Pro for almost 3 years and it has been really useful for keeping track of all the information required to quote and process jobs. Mie Trak is a big program and I probably only use a portion of its full potential. Once trained on how to use the program I can make it work to suit our companies needs. My only complaint is the fact that its not super intuitive. Anytime I have a questions customer support is great and always quick with a response.
