We use it every day. The server is slower than I'd like, making it tedious to make schedules. But otherwise it's overall good. Pros Altametrics integrates with a lot of our restaurant operations. It has an enterprise suite and an analytics side. Cons It can get glitchy when using the inventory app it likes to crash often. It's possible there are too many users on the server. It makes my day-to-day easier as well as my employee's days. We love being able to keep track of everything and making sure we are organized. Pros I love being able to do everything from scheduling to inventory on any device. I love that I can also check in on everything while I am away from my business. It makes it easier to schedule shifts without constant communication. The app also promotes collaboration among crew members with punch visibility. Cons I have had a few loading issues here and there, but nothing major to worry about. It's always fixed promptly!
