I love the time clock feature and time request off because I can instead of speaking it out of my mouth what days I want off I can go through the app to do it.

Cons

The updates I really hate that it needs a two step authentication for it.

My overall experience has been wonderful, and I'm so glad a friend of mine showed me Altametrics! It makes my day-to-day easier as well as my employee's days. We love being able to keep track of everything and making sure we are organized.

Pros

I love being able to do everything from scheduling to inventory on any device. I love that I can also check in on everything while I am away from my business. It makes it easier to schedule shifts without constant communication. The app also promotes collaboration among crew members with punch visibility.

Cons

I have had a few loading issues here and there, but nothing major to worry about. It's always fixed promptly!

There is little slowness in the web application on some pages which we reported and business relationship manager were courteous enough to listen and bring in changes on next release cycle.

I’ve been using it for years now and compared to other software we’ve tried, (Hot Schedules )

Pros

Ease of use. Easy to teach. Sales projections and fairly accurate. Everything is rolled into the same site.

Cons

The only thing I don’t like is that we hide hourly wage. I don’t feel that anyone with access should be able to access wages. This causes so many problems in our organization. It should be limited to General Managers & Supervisors.

Alta Schedules is awesome! We use it every day. The server is slower than I'd like, making it tedious to make schedules. But otherwise it's overall good.

Pros

Altametrics integrates with a lot of our restaurant operations. It has an enterprise suite and an analytics side.

Cons

It can get glitchy when using the inventory app it likes to crash often. It's possible there are too many users on the server.

Goodbye, timecard! My manager just had me download this today. The format is very low-key, non-distracting, easy to navigate. With in-app tutorials, contact, FAQ, this invaluable business resource just eliminated a whole tree from my boss's mom and pop restaurant! I'm not manager material yet, but I could navigate this whole tool untutored. There's an additional pade for branded apps from the creator. I'm off to get the 'Never forget your schedule app'.

Non-distracting easy to navigate interface or menu layout and design.

Cons

Would like to see this for self-employed, multiple jobs, DIY folks.
