All my local files are securely replicated to my private cloud now, no more bothering about others (Google, Microsoft) having their hands on my data. Cons For the web-frontend and the apps (i.e. Cards) i see some room für improvement. Apps like Trello or ZenKit are loaded with much nore functionality, so cards isn't really an option. It solved a Pros From the standpoint of the end user, the interface is very friendly and intuitive. Our employees were able to upload and share files with minimal IT training. From an administrative standpoint, setting up the server was very easy. There are many different types of installers availible. Cons It would be nice if there were more built in document viewing/editing applications. There are times when it would be helpful to preview a file prior to downloading. It all works great. Pros Nextcloud is really reliable and easy to maintain. The web interface is intuitive and users do not need a long training to understand how it works.
