We had to pair it with Travel Contact to help with invoicing, which was very cumbersome to use, and we ended up cancelling our membership with both, for another program. However, I will say that it is great value for money, if you're just looking for an itinerary builder. Pros Umapped is super easy to use, very intuitive. It created very good-looking itineraries. The customer service team was also super responsive and helpful. Cons Unfortunately, just creating itineraries wasn't enough for us. We wish it had capabilities for also billing clients, so we didn't have to pair it with another program like Travel Contact. Didn't like that you can inly push itineraries from Travel Contact to Umapped, and not the other way around, as we often create itineraries first, and price them out afterwards. So the functionality for us wasn't great. Back then, it was time consuming and was not a good value. With the new Ümapped, I’m extremely satisfied with the product. I tell everyone I know that it’s the best. Pros I love the look of the finished product. My clients are very visual, and it helps them see themselves in the places I recommend. Cons It’s time consuming when you can only upload one picture at a time. I’d like to be able to select the pictures I want and upload them at the same time. Ümapped is more affordable, and the quality of the finished product is unmatched.
