It gives good value for money because it saves a lot of manual work and helps us organize deliveries more efficiently. For a small or medium business doing its own delivery management, that time saving is very important. The user interface is generally clear and easy to understand, even for everyday practical use, not just for technical users. From a delivery management perspective, OptimoRoute has made our process much more structured. We can plan routes, monitor progress, and communicate better with customers. Tracking and monitoring features give us more control over the delivery day, which is especially important when delivering fresh produce where timing matters. Customer support has been helpful when needed, and the software feels reliable enough for real business use. I also appreciate that it gives a more professional impression to customers compared with manually planned deliveries. Security is also important for us because we handle customer names, addresses, phone numbers, and delivery details, so we expect route planning software to treat that information seriously. Pros What I like most about OptimoRoute is how much time it saves when planning delivery routes. We use it for our local fruit webshop deliveries, where we have many customer addresses, different delivery areas, and limited delivery capacity. Instead of manually organizing stops and trying to guess the best order, OptimoRoute gives us a clear and efficient route plan very quickly. It helps us use our delivery vehicle and driver more efficiently, reduces stress on busy delivery days, and makes the whole process more professional. In real-life ecommerce, customers often enter addresses in different formats, with missing details, small mistakes, or local variations. OptimoRoute works well when the address data is clean, but we sometimes still need to manually correct or adjust addresses before optimization. Better automatic recognition and correction of imperfect addresses would make the software even more useful. For example, Routific was more expensive for our use case, and its email notification setup required displaying a phone number, which was inconvenient because many customers would call unnecessarily instead of simply following the delivery information. Somethings I don't quite understand how they work and the explanations can be sometimes vague. But for a Lite user with basic features it is definitely the best tool hands down. Pros Optimoroute has the best UI and easy-to-understand navigational menus. I enjoy having the ability to re-order the route based on what I think it should be based on my route standards so having that flexibility is definitely my favorite. Cons For a small business like myself with only 1 truck the price to get started is a little steep. I've tried other routing tools but for us Optimoroute is definitely the best thing there is. The pin can be adjusted to precise location (ie Back Alley instead of front street (default for Google maps), It is easy to re-arrange the route as necessary Pros reliable routing system that is easy to add/ remove stops ... and is easy to 'replicate' regular stops week after week.
