Pros Its very easy to use, user friendly, fast and it does the work in the best way possible, times i have reached out customer service they have very fast replies to any concern i have, i have been using it for almost two years now and even if i get a free routing app now im so used to its practicity that i wouldnt change it. isnt expensive, you get what you are paying for. One day with a bad route will make you waste a lot of money on time and fuel, its worth every dollar. Cons Only thing i dont like is when i have more than 100 routes the system wont enumerate my orders on the map and it just represents them with a dot. im the kind of persons who needs to see where im standing at in relation to my route, so i keep my routes under 100 so i can have the full experience and calm my anxiety. I understand it would look like so saturated with all those numbers if its more than 100 but its just my personal opinion. I am a very visual person and like to be able to see places of which have been plotted on the map etc. The real time tracking is fantastic and the ease to change things around makes my job that little bit easire. Cons I honestly have yet to find any cons with this software. Everything from integrating with our software to being able to upload CSV's helps us. Pros the user interface is so easy to manage especially in fast paced times. customer support is always ready and willing to help with ease. We're getting more on the truck than ever before and delivering with clear proof and statistics that are easily reviewed. Pros User friendly ease of use, clever planning and simplifies any route planning. Simply to adjust plans by altering timeslots and delivery priorities. Cons The truck specific navigation still requires some work regarding the directions it provides drivers while en-route, specifically the lane selection when exiting freeway offramps with multiple lane options. Otherwise the program itself is great, I've been using it for 4 years and have never once thought to change.
