From a QA Lead perspective, ACCELQ has been a useful test automation tool for supporting our regression testing activities. It allows us to automate key business workflows and reduce the amount of repetitive manual testing required during regression cycles.

Pros

We have been using ACCELQ to automate key workflows across our application, particularly areas that are frequently tested as part of regression testing. The automated scenarios help improve test coverage and allow us to execute repetitive test cases more efficiently.

Cons

Execution issues: Some tests can occasionally fail due to timing, environment, or application-related issues, which means the QA team needs to investigate whether the failure is a genuine defect or an automation issue.

I am using AccelQ since 2024. Working with AccelQ platform was super easy as it's codeless platform. The self healing mechanism is very helpful during flaky test runs. The test maintenance is made easy with the action-based architecture. We also integrated the tests to Azure DevOps. The configurations were straight forward.

Pros

The No code platform makes it room for anyone to involve in test automation . Self healing mechanism is a really useful feature for reducing script maintenance.

Cons

In some cases I needed to find a way to parameterize the attribute values of Xpath. This is something we can achieve in Selenium through code. But AccelQ does not provide a solution for this yet.

We adopted ACCELQ primarily to automate regression testing on Salesforce, and it's held up well. Implementation was easier than similar tools we've evaluated, and the combination of solid product design plus hands-on training support meant our team ramped up quickly. Their support team has been consistently helpful whenever issues came up, which has made day-to-day usage low-friction. It's become a dependable part of our testing toolkit.

Pros

ACCELQ has made automating our Salesforce testing significantly easier than I expected. The setup process was straightforward, and we were able to get test scripts running without a steep learning curve. What really stood out was the training support — the team walked us through best practices and helped us get productive quickly. Whenever we've run into an issue, their support team has been responsive and genuinely helpful, not just ticket-closing. Overall, it's been a smooth and positive experience for our QA workflow.

Cons

The biggest gap I've noticed is around learning resources. There could be more how-to videos aimed at users who are completely new to the concept of QA automation, since the learning curve can feel steep if you're not already familiar with automation frameworks. Specifically, more tutorial content focused on Salesforce automation use cases would help new users ramp up faster instead of relying so heavily on live support and training sessions.

Our experience with ACCELQ has been very positive. As an IT company delivering software solutions to a diverse client base, maintaining quality while meeting project timelines is essential. ACCELQ has helped our teams improve testing efficiency, reduce manual effort, and support faster release cycles without compromising quality. It has become an important part of our software delivery process.

What stands out most is the codeless, model-based automation, which makes it easier to build and maintain automated tests as applications evolve. The platform supports both web and API testing in one place, and the traceability between requirements, test cases, and execution results gives our teams better visibility throughout the development lifecycle.

Overall, my experience with ACCELQ has been very positive. I first discovered the platform at an AI event and later had the opportunity to use it in an enterprise proof of concept. The platform enabled me to automate business scenarios quickly while keeping maintenance effort low. I particularly appreciated the support from the Solution Engineering team, whose guidance accelerated my learning. The experience has motivated me to continue exploring ACCELQ, contribute educational content, and recommend it for enterprise automation initiatives where maintainability and rapid adoption are important.

Pros

\- The natural language, codeless approach made it easy to learn and significantly reduced the learning curve compared to traditional automation tools. - I was able to become productive quickly during an enterprise proof of concept with minimal ramp-up time. - The locator management approach reduces dependency on the application's DOM structure, making automation more maintainable as applications evolve. End-to-end business workflows can be designed in a single automation flow, making tests easier to understand and maintain. - Being cloud-based eliminates the need to maintain local automation infrastructure and enables better collaboration across distributed teams. - The Solution Engineering team was knowledgeable, responsive, and provided valuable implementation guidance and best practices. - Test execution was reliable, and the platform enabled rapid automation development, allowing our team to deliver automation faster. - As a cloud-based platform, ACCELQ reduced the effort required to manage local automation infrastructure and environment setup. - The learning license provided by the ACCELQ team gave me the opportunity to continue exploring advanced features outside of project work.

Cons

While the product documentation is good, I found that the amount of community-driven content such as blogs, tutorials, YouTube videos, and real-world implementation examples is still limited compared to more established automation platforms. Expanding the community ecosystem would make it even easier for new users to learn and adopt the platform.

Pros

Solid tool. The biggest win for us was that everyone could contribute, not just the automation folks. Self-healing keeps the tests from breaking every time the UI shifts, so we're not constantly firefighting. Regression time dropped massively. Only gripe is the reporting doesn't go as deep as I'd like.

Cons

Self-healing resolves locator changes silently, so you don't always see UI drift happening. We now pull the healing logs each sprint just to track what's actually changing in the app.

Honestly, I just wanted to see what else was out there. What we had worked fine, but it was heavily code-dependent, so only a couple of us could actually contribute. Figured it was worth trying something newer to see if I could open it up to the wider team.

We used to spend a lot of time manually checking whether new releases could handle expected demand. Since introducing ACCELQ, we've been able to validate performance much earlier and address issues before they affect clients. It's helped us release updates with far more confidence, especially during periods of high market activity.

Pros

Our trading and client portals receive a noticeable increase in activity during market hours, so performance testing is something we can't overlook. ACCELQ helped us spot slow response times before releases and gave us a clearer picture of how the system behaved as user traffic increased. Having those results available in one place made conversations between QA, developers, and operations much more productive.

Cons

Getting our first set of performance scenarios configured took a bit more time than we expected. After that initial effort, updating and running the tests became a straightforward part of our release process.

My overall experience with ACCELQ has been outstanding. The platform has consistently delivered exceptional performance, reliability, and ease of use, enabling our teams to accelerate automation efforts while maintaining high quality standards. Its intuitive codeless approach, robust feature set, and seamless integrations have significantly improved productivity, reduced testing cycles, and increased confidence in releases. The ACCELQ team has also been highly responsive to feedback and committed to continuous innovation, making the product a valuable strategic asset for our quality engineering initiatives.

Pros

ACCELQ has delivered outstanding business value through increased automation adoption, reduced testing cycle times, and improved release quality. The platform has enabled teams to achieve faster time-to-market while maintaining high quality standards. Its reliability, ease of use, and scalability have resulted in measurable productivity gains and a strong return on investment.

Cons

While ACCELQ delivers exceptional value overall, there is still an opportunity to further enhance certain advanced customization and reporting capabilities to provide even greater flexibility for complex enterprise use cases. Additionally, as the platform continues to evolve with new features, more in-product guidance and contextual learning resources could help users maximize adoption even faster. These are relatively minor considerations and do not materially impact the overall effectiveness and value delivered by the product.
