ContentSquare has provided valuable insights to help inform us on conversion improvements and ideas for A/B testing.

Pros

ContentSquare offers many different ways to analyze the UX and provide insight into conversion improvements on our site. Zoning analysis and session replay are great features with Journey analysis being a unique way to analyze our customer's journeys.

Cons

The learning curve was a little steep with training taking a bit of time.

CS est un outil très puissant pour évaluer les parcours clients et les frictions rencontrées par ces derniers. L'entreprise évolue sans cesse avec de nouvelles fonctionnalités. Elle est réellement à l'écoute de ses utilisateurs pour permettre l'innovation. L'équipe est disponles pour répondre à toutes les questions.

Cons

CS Insight pourrait être améliorer au niveau de l'UX ( manque de repère pour l'user)

Pros

I find the heatmaps invaluable to understand how the users are navigating our site and how they are engaging with the various features. It really gives us a great insight and helps us to make customer centric product decisions.

Cons

I do find some of the journey tracking functionality confusing to use, but with training and frequent use, it is becoming easier to navigate through.

Contentsquare has allowed me to really understand all sorts of customer journeys and their behaviour while flowing around our site.

Pros

I really like how you are able to play out the customer journey, from acquisition through to last click, gaining valuable insight throughout. Contentsquare allows you to visualise this in ways that other tools do not.

Cons

The workspace feature can be a bit jumpy at times

Contentsquare has completely revolutionised the way we understand how users engage with our site - which just wouldn't have been possible with any other platform.

Pros

Contentsquare's features absolutely blow competitors like Hotjar out of the water. It offers so much more than standard heatmapping. The tool gives insight on conversion rates, dwell times, engagement scores, and more, for every individual element on a page, as well as detailed journey analysis.

Cons

The 'basics' seem to have been pushed to one side. Standard heatmaps and visitor recordings are still very helpful, but not easily available in Contentsquare.

The platform is very simple to use after doing the training. In addition, the follow-up with contentsquare team makes easier the process.

Cons

When you are not an expert using the tool, you do not know where to start an analysis (which module should you take in the first place).
