Any questions we have had \[sensitive content hidden\] has always answered super quick with the solution, not some of this "try this" or "try that" crap, they are straight, to the point, accurate, and correct in their solutions. Pros HOA-Express is super easy to use, it's intuitive User interface for both homeowners and admins makes it simple and professional. The thing I like the most is the access to hoa-branded email addresses. We plan to make committee branded email's also to speed up Architectural applications and other committee events. Cons We haven't set up the ability to make payments on the, it's not a con, it just makes me a little nervous because I don't know how it reports and work syet. I was able to be up and running within a few weeks, and able to map our member list within the HOA Express template and upload into the appropriate member categories. Pros HOA Express has been an easy transition for us and the customer service team has been excellent. They walked us through each step on the website and the learning curve was minimal. It's been a good value for the subscription price and I have to say one of the best features is that they helped migrate our current website over to HOA Express. I am very satisfied with the product and the service. Cons As with any platform, there are a few work arounds. I have found that the customer service team has been readily available to assist. Unfortunately, we have some technologically slow to adopt people. Pros That once it’s completely set up managing an HOA is so much easier!! I can’t wait until it’s all automated. It’s going to make my life so much easier and everyone that comes after me will have everything in one place no creating spreadsheets and members and keeping addresses an email straight. Cons Getting it all set up, but it wasn’t bad at all I had a couple of struggles and reached out to customer service a few times and they were great. Once I started getting a hang of it. It became much more easy. They are very knowledgeable about the product and extremely responsive. Their onboarding team brought guidance that was very helpful in setting up our website. Pros Overall the suite of capabilities is strong and met all of our needs at a very reasonable price. I felt comfortable working in the product very quickly. Cons I think the page editor could be more robust. Form routing capabilities are somewhat limited. It would be nice to have more flexibility in page design options. Pros We have used two other programs in the past and HOA Express is the easiest, full feature programs with great support. The learning curve is very short and ease of implenmentation is great! Pros Ability to quickly implement web pages, arrange pages in an order that is customized for our needs. Cons Some pages have a fixed format that can only be changed through HOA Express development. Reasons for choosing HOA Express We were able to implemented a professional looking website in a quarter of the time it would have taken us to develop our own.
