Excellent, would recommend it to someone considering HOA express for their condominium association website.

Pros

Easy to get started setting up your new website. Most of the tasks you want to perform are fairly intuitive. The introductory session offered with one of their representatives was very helpful at showing the key areas to get started in.

Cons

There was nothing that comes to mind in particular that was least liked. Everything pretty much worked as expected.

Overall a fantastic site that allows us to keep everything organized for homeowners and keep records of submissions.

Pros

Being able to house all important documentation and communication features that the platform offers.

Cons

We have communities that want to purchase as many text messages as they would like rather than being capped. Some people like texting alerts more than emails.

for the value the site it reality easy to use need faster repsonse times to questions. The staff when available is great and is always helpful.

Pros

Ease of Use, Payments, User Freindly, I like that commincation is made to be simple, need an area where tenants can join but only access certain areas.

Cons

Need new features, footer area, better payments features, Need a way to send out violations letters or other notices directly to homeowner.

Great customer support, easy transition to HOA Express & Great value! Organizing pages and content is easy to learn. Very user friendly and functional. We have now 288 members with little to no problems with registrations. It was a easy process and we now have our community connected.

Pros

Easy Transition and Process! We had hundreds of documents we needed to transfer to our new site and HOA Express made it seamless and fast. This was the most daunting part of the process and they took care of it.

Cons

Some areas of customization can be improved to allow versatility and flexibility in organizing the site.

My over all experience with HOA Express has been nothing short of amazing. I extend my unequivocal endorsement for HOA Express. Their customer service is excellent. I love that HOA Express follows up with a zoom call after the initial sign up to assist and answers any questions you may have during the setup phase of your website.

Pros

I am a licensed Community Association Manager in the State of Florida. I currently have three (3) communities that utilize HOA express as their HOA website host and domain. The ease of use and the customizations available developing the website exceed my expectations.

Cons

As an owner of a community association management company, I wish HOA Express can offer specific website customizations for my company so that I could utilize them for my business website.

This has really made a difference. Not everyone has Facebook, which is where we shared info before. Now we can reach everyone.

Pros

It was so easy to set up our website and now we can communicate and provide quick access to HOA documents easily. Great value for the cost.

Cons

There weren’t any cons. They have anticipated needs and met them. Our only issue is getting our older members to participate.

Good, satisfied with what I get for the money I spend. I will recommend it to other communities. Support team is responsive.

Pros

Easy to navigate. It’s got a very modern outlook. My community likes the new site. Although partially because I injected a lot of custom CSS

Cons

Take too long to implement simple code changes. I’m a programmer, I had to inject a lot of CSS to make it easier to navigate for senior users. I think those are easy things to implement by HOA Express in the core. However, it’s taking too long for a feature request to be implemented.

Regarding feature requests, although we already release updates at an industry-leading pace, with hundreds of open feature requests in our feedback portal, we have to be selective about which ones we implement. We use a careful prioritization process to do so. We’re about to wrap up a multi-year software stack modernization, though, which will further accelerate our ability to release new features and improvements!

I think overall, it’s a great website and I use it for all of my HOAs that I manage. We like the per directories too!

Pros

Customer service is great and the website is easy to use. Owners are able to upload photos of their community and share their pets on the pet directory!

Cons

It doesn’t connect with my current HOA software so that owners can view account balances. Also, there is a fee to process HOA payments.

as above. We had an IT person review many sites before purchase. He liked this one best except for the lack of an accounting feature.

Pros

The site is super-intuitive and staff help was only a few keystrokes away. With their help, getting all the homeowners into the system was easy and uploading documents, setting security parameters, etc. was seamless. I feel the yearly fee is more than reasonable for the service provided. We have not set up the bank account yet but should by the fall. Email blasts are a great feature to get information to our neighbors.

Cons

Many homeowners have stated they did not get the emails or the HOA Express updates. I suspect spam filters and wonder why I get so much obvious spam but this gets filtered unless looked for specifically. Would love an accounting feature and would spend another $100 for that.

Our HOA transitioned to your platform last year to reduce costs, and we are very pleased with the result. The HOA Express representatives who assisted us were professional and patient. Their guidance was instrumental in helping our board members navigate the transfer process efficiently. Our HOA is very happy with the service provided by HOA Express.

Pros

Price, user friendly, great customer service, easy to follow "do-it-yourself" instructions in the 'Help' section of the website.

Cons

Website page templates have design and formatting limitations. Absence of template for board members to vote electronically.
