We would definitely recommend it to other HOAs and condominium associations Pros What we like most is how easy it is to manage. We use HOA Express for two properties, and it has made resident communication, document sharing, and online forms incredibly simple. It helps us stay organized without needing a complicated website. Cons I think that each address should count as one account instead of counting the members in each. Some properties have an owner but also a renter inside so it limits the amount of accounts so a property of 200 units really need 400 account usage to account for the actual owner and the renters. We had hundreds of documents we needed to transfer to our new site and HOA Express made it seamless and fast. This was the most daunting part of the process and they took care of it.
