Pros

The program has been most effective in advancing our clinical education program initiative by increasing concurrent access to students.

Cons

For our operational purpose the platform has effectively and comprehensively met our needs. I also have the impression that as our needs expand Lifecycle Health will be able to meet our changing needs.

Product ease of use, customer service is outstanding

Cons

The most challenging part was understanding how to adapt the software to my unique business model and complex circumstances; however, Lifecycle Health was with me each step of the way

Experience has been fair, and we are moderately happy. It is not the cheapest platform in the market, but so far it is getting the work done. Customer support is great from \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\]

Pros

Easy to use, good functionalities available. Almost works like an EMR. Have so much more to offer than a standard Telehealth software.

Cons

Limited Customization and branding available, as a white label or out of the box software. Can we slow at times. Integration was not the easiest. You will need a developer to do it for you.
