Pros Knit's monthly reminders help me to stay on top of monthly payroll, and the overview I receive of taxes, what's debited from the accounts, what the employees will receive, etc. is extremely user friendly and ease-filled. The clear communications and interface always help the process to go as smoothly as possible. Cons I wish there were more descriptions of terms. As a new payroll service user, it's not always clear how to do what I need to do / what I need to do should I have to perform something outside of the monthly payroll scope I know how to do. I use it primarily to run payroll and it's very user friendly. We have not used the vacation/time tracking aspect of Knit yet, but look forward to doing so. Pros Payroll for us used to be a time consuming, tedious task - but with Knit it's now simple and easy. Cons There were a few kinks/error messages to be sorted out when we first switched over to Knit. Reason for choosing Knit Ease of navigation of their site, the YouTube videos and price. Pros Ease of use when it comes to payroll and payroll analysis/reporting. The pricing of the software is great for SMB's. Cons There is a couple of bugs that are in this software, for instance when you log in, there is a red modal in the top right corner that asks you to please log in to continue after you've already done so.
