E-days has been a great app from an administrator perspective and employee. All of our employees love how easy and simple it is for them to use. We've not faced any issues receiving support as well when we've needed to make amends or changes from admin side. Thank you to everyone at e-days and \[sensitive content hidden\] for the amazing continued support.

Pros

It's been very easy to use, all of our employees say it's user friendly, the visuals are great, customer support

Cons

The reporting could sometimes be bit better especially on absence management to see sickness and see charts but otherwise no real issues

My experience is very good. I have learned so much of its functionality this year with the help of \[sensitive content hidden\]. The tool was previously managed by my team, but due to some leave, I had to get up to speed with using it. It can reduce the administration and allow you to be more efficient.

Pros

I have been using it for 6 years now and learn something new every week! It offers greater capabilities than I am using and thanks to our rep, he is patient, knowledgeable and provides great service!

Cons

It has many functions that I am not tapping into and not always seamless in navigating the tool if you don't use it often.

Pros

They are responsive, product works very well and it is very easy to use. The pricing is also reasonable and good value.

Cons

They haven't really done too many updates until now where there are quite a few in the pipeline so eager to see what comes next.

Pros

The simplicity of use for the whole workforce. The layout is great that it is so easy to navigate and administer.

Cons

There are not a lot of Cons for me. Most of the issues we ran into early on, we only had to tweak our settings to resolve our issues.

Excellent. There are FAQ's that you can use if you get stuck or the HELP button and the chatbox usually gives you the guidance yuo need.

Pros

The whole thing is very easy to use once you get going. The training was very good and the staff are helpful. The app is great for all our staff to easily book holiday and see who is off everyday.

Cons

There isn't anything that I don't really like about it. We are just getting started with edays so there is more for us to use in the future.

Fantastic. I'd highly recommend, the staff are amazing and friendly, nothing is too much to ask. They will always look into questions or suggestions, they made our recent transition so easy and did most things for us. The system covers everything we need.

provides benefits of filing applications much faster

Pros

This application has been a good way to notify human resources about licenses, vacations, and permits more quickly and safely. In addition, it makes it easier when there are absences from work to be able to have the notification and have a record of the days missed. With its mobile application that works perfectly, I can register requests for licenses or overtime worked from anywhere without having to be in the human resources office.

Cons

Each function has been useful in my work life and I like all the processes I can do from the application

Pros

Ease of introduction of the system and ease of use for both employees, managers and administrators. The strong user interface means that it is viewed as a strong business aid for both employees and managers rather than a burden.

After 5 years of use, we haven't came across any downsides or dislikes of E Days.

Very pleased with the usage of the platform during the year. I also liked the quick replies to my questions and concerns. But I am very displeased with contract renewal policies. Edays is not customer-oriented.

1\. The interface is user-friendly but it would be good to have a separate field where managers would see pending approvals, not in the Ring notification tab which is very small and almost invisible and contains other notifictions as well. 2. No possibility to export the leaves as an excel file.

logging recurring rota days (most times there is an issue with it and have to log out and back in for the system to recognise the change in team settings I make to be able to log these

Fantastic support from day one. Initial setup and handover was very smooth and simple to pick up. Any issues that have arisen have been dealt with quickly and competently. All the edays team are friendly and knowledgeable.

Pros

The system is very versatile and the online guides are great for training staff to use edays. Easy to learn and adapt to the company needs.

Cons

The app limitations doesn't allow staff to declare on the self-cert form.

Our overall experience with EDays is that it is a really easy system to use not only from a management perspective but also from a user perspective. The help given by \[sensitive content hidden\] and her team has been most appreciated.

Pros

When we needed help the most due to being let down by another software company EDays stepped up to the plate. \[sensitive content hidden\] our Customer Success Manager and her team's assistance was critical to Vacgen not loosing valuable data and also keep a great product available to all our staff.

Cons

The setting up of rotas and initially not having the ability to make manual changes to holiday allowances when an employee leaves.

Very, very positive! Edays has been well received by end users, with overwhelmingly positive feedback and has been formally accepted into service.

Pros

The service provide users with a new modern multi-platform solution for managing leave and provides new capabilities for managers to visualise all of their team members leave requests. Edays is be hosted in the ‘cloud’ and accessible from all our corporate that have an internet connection using Single Sign On (SSO).

Cons

There were essentially only two main issues. Firstly, out of the box Edays was unable to work with the sheer number of different rota patterns in HSE (over 500). However, with close collaboration and a degree of re-tooling, we successfully overcame this. Second, we had to work with Edays to make the application function for adaptive equipment users (JAWS/Dragon etc.), in so far as these users / line managers, were able to book and approve leave. Edays have were encouraged to seek and achieve WCAG accreditation.

### "Edays - forwarding thinking and flexible Absence Management system"

Great product, user friendly whether an employee inputting absence, a line manger approving absence, creating reports or HR applying new rules, the system is totally adaptable to apply changes. For instance, the Queens state funeral with the additional BH on 19th Sept - even before the Edays team had sent a communication out on how to apply the additional day (which in itself is excellent customer service) - our HR team had already actioned this in Edays on the morning of the announcement - this is because the system is so intuitive to use and the team felt confident in applying the change. Overall excellent product, excellent customer service who are always there at the end of the phone and we have an excellent relationship with Harry Warren, who is always at hand to talk through any issues.

Pros

The flexibility to adapt to local country nuances (such as Netherlands, Belgium, France, Hungary) these are very complex in their legislative requirements however working with Edays and the development team (shout out to Harry Warren) - we are all set up and are working brilliantly

Cons

Tenure rules and rolling absence tracking

Reason for choosing edays

Edays provided future state and innovative solutions with the flexibility to adapt to all our EMEA countries. The calendar view was also a big win for our employees and line managers. We are really looking forward to the release of the APP.

Excellent - The customer support is great. The team listen to what customers want and implement these to support your company. Employees find it easy to use and love that it can be used on their mobiles. Being able to reach other platforms we use through the e-days is a really good feature so employee only have to go to one place.

Pros

The time submission feature is great we have been able to go paperless on timesheets since we had this feature added.

Cons

Alerts to sickness trigger points so we can be reminded when meetings need to take place

You cannot customise built in forms which means we are unable to utilise some of the features ie Return to Work form.

Great experience and customer service has always been good and they offer lots of resources should you need them.

Pros

Easy to use and set up. Has good visuals and you can get an overview of absence and planned absence easily, which helps for staff planning.

Cons

The reports require a bit of user manipulation to get them where you want them to be, that said this isn't difficult to do.

I would like support to be immediate, but who doesn't want thatHowever, you can mark it up from critical (system issues) to not so critical, and they do have a number of training seminars that you can access later and FAQ's

We have 7 different shift patterns and it allows with ease to have them all monitored in one place for HR. AND the Bradford Factor we have on is in every employees "face" for them to see what points they have for absences.

Pros

Everything! :) its functions are perfect for our organisation with the many shifts and staffing

Not being able to put on retrospectively when staff forget or managers forget to authorise
