I like that I can import leads from elsewhere, the bulk upload functionalities and simple, intuitive interface. **Pros:** Simple and easy to use interface, spam review score for email campaigns and various bulk upload-download functionalities. **Cons:** It can be difficult to find saved leads as when searching for parts of emails they do not always show up.
