It gradually replaced 2-3 other prospecting and outreach tools, allowing for savings of thousands of dollars yearly, tens of hours of work monthly, and streamlining reporting across campaigns and accounts. Pros It's one of the easiest to use and most affordable prospecting and emailing tools for personal and business use alike. It helps you identify leads for your business, find their contact details, verify email addresses, and build complex email campaigns, also providing templates, personalization options, and spam scoring that actually works. The browser extension saves you a ton of time. Support is excellent: super fast and helpful. Cons Some of the email addresses listed are no longer in use. I wish it were able to identify contacts for social media accounts as well, not just websites. But this will change in the following 4 weeks so i'll be able to send out a lot more emails. Pros How easy and fast it is to create a mailing flow for our cold emailing. up until now i have an open rate of 45% which is more then i had when using more conventional emailing tools like mailchimp form y cold emailing. Cons The database for contacts in belgium is lower then expected in my market segment but that's okay as i have a lot of my own data, and i can still use the domains of prospects to find email adresses with hunter. It has become a core part of my daily workflow for sourcing and contacting prospects. Pros The free plan is very generous, allowing up to 400 emails, and the interface is super intuitive. It’s easy to upload lists, set up campaigns, and track performance without needing complex onboarding or extra training. Cons It would be helpful if I could import or add new leads directly from within the campaign view instead of having to leave the campaign tab and jump between different sections. Pros Hunter has streamlined our sales teams prospecting and qualifying immensely. It's incredibly difficult to source accurate contact information in the real estate space outside of phone numbers, and this is a great tool to simply go to a website and largely find all the contact information you'd need for your ICP or your potential outreach. Cons If you navigate away from the page using the Chrome Extension and somehow that chrome extension closes (say moving to a different tab to add in the contact information to your CRM), the extension closes and to look up another name using their search engine burns an additional credit, where it would not if you stayed on the same tab to my understanding. Features such as creating targeted follow-up messages, and personalisation tags allowed provided the ability to send more engaging communicaitons.
