I like how all I have to do is pull up the company and click on the wolf head icon, bam... emails Cons It's not perfect, but it is better than most email search software. It gradually replaced 2-3 other prospecting and outreach tools, allowing for savings of thousands of dollars yearly, tens of hours of work monthly, and streamlining reporting across campaigns and accounts. Pros It's one of the easiest to use and most affordable prospecting and emailing tools for personal and business use alike. It helps you identify leads for your business, find their contact details, verify email addresses, and build complex email campaigns, also providing templates, personalization options, and spam scoring that actually works. The browser extension saves you a ton of time. Support is excellent: super fast and helpful. Cons Some of the email addresses listed are no longer in use. I wish it were able to identify contacts for social media accounts as well, not just websites. Weak access controls — anyone with your company domain can create an account. Notifications sent to an old, unmonitored email despite updated contact info. When I only need to find one or two specific email addresses, Hunter is usually the first place I go. Cons My contractors do not use Hunter as their main workflow. But this will change in the following 4 weeks so i'll be able to send out a lot more emails. Pros How easy and fast it is to create a mailing flow for our cold emailing. up until now i have an open rate of 45% which is more then i had when using more conventional emailing tools like mailchimp form y cold emailing. Cons The database for contacts in belgium is lower then expected in my market segment but that's okay as i have a lot of my own data, and i can still use the domains of prospects to find email adresses with hunter. A vast majority of the time it is able to get me the email address of the people I want to contact. Pros I think Hunter is a great tool to make sure that you are contacting the people that you want to. Even if you can't nail down someone's contact info using Hunter, it can still point you in the right direction. Cons I think Hunter could be better if they had more comprehensive data-scraping tools. Sometimes I will be working to find the email of someone on an accept-all domain only to find it somewhere else on the internet. If Hunter could have found that, it would have saved me some time. It finds more contacts than other similar sites/ services. Their support is great; you can often get a response in the same hour you message them. In the age of outsourced CS and AI agents gatekeeping real assistance, hunter is an exception. Pros This product is great at finding key people in organizations. It's a good value for the money, and has great customer support. I would highly recommend them. Cons Nothing bad about hunter. They're really great to work with. It's incredibly difficult to source accurate contact information in the real estate space outside of phone numbers, and this is a great tool to simply go to a website and largely find all the contact information you'd need for your ICP or your potential outreach. Cons If you navigate away from the page using the Chrome Extension and somehow that chrome extension closes (say moving to a different tab to add in the contact information to your CRM), the extension closes and to look up another name using their search engine burns an additional credit, where it would not if you stayed on the same tab to my understanding.
