Pros It is easy to use. The Chrome extension makes it even easier. It is pretty accurate in terms of information. Cons I wish that it didn't disappear if you click out of a page temporarily. Pros What I like about Hunter is it's very quick and easy feedback to find leads. Once installed to Chrome, when I'm on a page that has leads it will turn from grey to orange letting me know there are leads to be gathered. Then you simply click on it and all the leads names, emails and even online posts and activity will be shown. Cons What I like the least about this software is that I would like to be able to click on it and search for certain leads not in a page but say a zip code or a specific niche. May 4, 2018 5.0 Hunter made it incredibly easy for us to determine email addresses when websites are secretive with the contact information. Prior to hunter, we would need to scour the websites and often turn to SEC form ADV (a Securities Exchange Commission advisory form) to find email addresses, and even that was hit or miss (mostly miss). The Google Chrome add-on makes it even easier as we don't even have to leave the website. Pros I like that they give you a little taste of the experience before they charge you anything. As an investment fund sales company, we frequently have difficulties ascertaining email addresses as advisor website are often secretive with that kind of information. Hunter makes it easy to figure out email formats and get in touch with the right people. If you have emails your'e unsure about, the Hunter makes it easy to determine their validity. Cons There isn't a single thing I dislike about the software. I wish that the base plan would give you a bit more requests than 1000, but I'm not sure we've ever come close to using our monthly limit. Review Source MM Max M. The flow from LinkedIn, to website, to email is so smooth once you get the hang of it. Cons I do wish they were able to keep the LinkedIn email finder button from a while back - but I know it wasn't possible to maintain. And most of their profiles are private unless you're connected with them in some way. But with Hunter, since it provides 90% accuracy, I was able to reach more people and get a good rate of response Cons The free trial has only limited features and I was only able to use the email auto generation tool which has limit of number to use. I've been able to get emails I normally would not have access to and send out email marketing campaigns with them. As well as drum up some leads with carefully crafted emails to potential customers. Pros I like how easy it makes the prospecting process for sales leads and sales teams. You can get emails for cold emails and make introductions or fill out a potential customer profile in your CRM. Cons Sometimes the emails are not accurate and the platform makes a guess on what they could be. This makes some emails possibly bounce back Reason for choosing Hunter I chose hunter because its easy to use and you can combine it with other platforms and create custom automations. " July 18, 2019 4.0 Pros It can be very daunting "cold calling" or "cold emailing" to try and speak with the appropriate person. All to often in the past - we would email the general email and hope that they past along the email to the appropriate person. With hunter - we are able to find the precise email address of the person that we are trying to contact. Using this has to led to actual conversations with the important people - much more effective than blinding emailing the general email for a company. It also has an email verifier with the confidence percentage, which is quite useful. What I would recommend is the database enrichment, when it comes to personal email addresses, as what we all need is to reach the decision makers. All the rest is perfect! Pros The software is very user friendly, it has a nice and clean interface, it is extremely quick and easy to use, and their support team is fantastic! Some extra reminders about credits expiring / end of month would be a nice to have feature too.
