Some have phone numbers & titles - always helpful to be able to reach someone that can point you to the right person. Comes with emails. Cons Nothing - would like to have more government contacts. Reason for choosing Hunter I chose Hunter because it is reliable and easy. It makes finding emails so much easier. So once we find a source for an email, we check back on that source every couple of months to update the email in case it can no longer be found. If you always want to make sure of the validity and accuracy of the emails found with Hunter, we do have an Email Verifier to verify the emails. I would recommend verifying your emails with our Email Verifier tool (https://hunter.io/verify) so that you can know if the emails are valid or not beforehand. Pros Finding email address on the page is super easy with Hunter, I just have to enter the name of an author and Hunter gives me his email address. We can find thousands of emails in a month with their premium package. Cons If you are using the free virsion then, it will not allow you to lookup more than 50 emails a month. Cons I was not able to find the majority of the email addresses I was looking for. It was annoying that we were charged a credit every time the system admittedly gave us their "best guess" for someone. I don't need you to charge me to guess. I can guess on my own. I was also able to find email addresses by doing enough of my own digging on the internet. We ended up going with a more robust data mining site and it's been well worth the extra money. Pros This is a really neat tool / extension that helps you find emails on pages and websites. it's actually really simple to use and if you're doing sales or focusing on lead gen this is really helpful. Cons because that the tool isn't 100% accurate rather relies on some email structure or of information found publicly not every email find is a 100% hit so just be aware of it. I used the free chrome extension with my google account. I also used their suggested emails when they couldn't find an exact match for a contact and it was pretty accurate. Cons I didn't like the limitations on how many contacts you could import or find, however I understand that all companies need to make money somehow. 😊 They have a great product! July 23, 2018 5.0 I'm able to find just about anyone's email from their website, whether or not they posted it, and that has drastically improved my outreach abilities as a student and as an employee. Pros The simplicity, design, and the fact that it's free. I love being able to simply click and copy paste a user's name into the box, and find suggestions. 90% of the time, Hunter's suggestion or guess for the email is correct, and there have been a few funny instances where people are blown away that I was able to find their email. Pros It's easy to use. It's a vital service to my company, so I appreciate it for that reason. It's also a really spacious website , and the stripped back approach to its use makes it stress-free. Cons In an ideal world, Hunter would "Find" emails, and could be set to Verify only Deliverable Emails, in addition to being able to do those 2 activities separately. Could also be cheaper (as a struggling start-up that is forever my own issue, so it is not a Con of this software.) This helped make the marketing job much easier in terms of reaching the right audience. Pros Generating leads is a challenge. Reaching the right person is always the best way to get the message across.Began using Hunter as a plugin on Chrome, which helped access email ids of potential leads on LinkedIn. It was a great way of saving time in searching for emails and helped reach the inbox of most people. Cons Overall this software was good. I just did not like that all of a sudden it wasn't compatible with LinkedIn as a free plugin. It really saves time for the whole process. Cons Sometimes Finder and the Verifier have different assessments for the same emails and this can be really confused. For example, can be completely green on Finder and still not valid on Verifier. Maybe if there was a feature for us to set what we consider a valid email, for example, could avoid double searches.
