It provides different functionalities that process emails, domains, and company names at once. It’s my connection to the professional world that adds benefits like developing focuses and unique marketing campaigns. Others include increasing sales figures by introducing new clients by using the proper RPC location tool. Hunter has opened a new world of limitless for my business, and I have confidence; it will increase my income. Pros I use Hunter in my side online business and I can say Sending and validating, emails may seem hard, but with Hunter, I have managed to send bulk emails flawlessly. It’s an easy to use tool that generates business emails within minutes. And it comes with CRM integration options that help me add and send emails with tracking options. It’s one of my favorite marketing sales tools that allow my sales development team to quickly and easily generate leads. I like the Hunter source meter more since it shows me the different sources to source for a business prospectus Cons Sometimes the scraped emails don’t get verified automatically forcing me to test them manually. Others times I have received wrong email addresses although Hunter said they all get confirmed, and other times it only finds generic email addresses. Review Source Jay D. I use Hunter almost daily for finding emails of people I want to contact. It usually does a good job of finding them, if not, I have other software that is right there for back-up. Pros It works well and has great UX. It's able to find the emails I want, or at least the names of the people I want to contact. Cons It doesn't always get it right. I know this largely relies on the email domain being used elsewhere on the web, but i can often find myself not getting the result I want from Hunter Review Source Justin A. It makes sure that I have a high degree of certainty that my email won't end up flagged as spam and blacklisted online. In short it helps me get my message to the right people at the right time. Pros I love how simple Hunter is to use. I have the extension for Chrome and as needed, I use Hunter to source and verify difficult to come by emails. Really, the freemium version and robust value delivered are my favorite things. Cons Not to play devil's advocate, but also what I like the least is that it sits so unobtrusively in my browser as a Chrome Extension. Perhaps if it had more ways of engaging the user whilst working, like having a tooltip pop up that says check it out with Hunter, when the appropriate fields and data are detected might drive more usage and thus more likely to potentially upgrade to a paid program. If I like a blog or website and want to reach out to them I can extract the editor's email through hunter. Pros Hunter lets you draw email ids from anywhere, I don't have to prepare a sheet and accumulate all names and domains, I can just open a website and copy email addresses from that website. They also provide the names and designation these days which is so helpful. And it counts just 1 lead for 100 emails drawn from 1 domain. I can check later which email address is active or not and send my campaign to the prospectives ones only. Cons Its a bit expensive. I try to make full use of it but 1000 emails for a month is really less. Other than that hunter is by far the greatest tool for extracting emails in bulk and individually. It is the most reliable tool for guessing email pattern of the company. It can find publicly available sources where an email address of a particular person/company was mentioned/published. So the more email addresses of the company where found on publicly available sources, the more you are confident that an email pattern suggested by Hunter.io is correct. Pros Hunter is one of the best tools to use for lead generation. If you don't know the email of the person that you want to contact always check Hunter first. It is the most reliable source for guessing patterns of emails. You just need to write domain name of the company and Hunter will find email pattern of the company. Cons Sometimes Hunter.io cannot find email patterns of a particular domain but it happens in very rare cases. So it has some limitations but no one is perfect. I have saved countless hours trying to dig up email addresses by simply entering the relevant information into Hunter and getting what I needed out of it. Their verification tool is great too. Cons There is a limit to how many searches you can do for free each month. I think it's 50? Occasionally I've needed to upgrade to the paid version if I had a project that was intense enough. February 8, 2018 5.0 My organization uses several different information sources to gain contact information so we can easily prospect them, sometimes new business and new verticals aren't easily targeted by these big data companies. Sometimes big companies are aware of these information databases so they keep their emails off them. Hunter allows you to combine social engineering over the phone and internet to quickly build email templates out. Pros I like how quickly Hunter works, pull up the website, hit the Hunter extension and BOOM got all the email templates I need. Cons You only get 100 uses out of it a month, but that is on the free version so depending on how often you use this, it's not too bad. Pros For me the Email Finder feature is the most impactful, this software helps in finding emails from a domain name, first and last name, plus it checks whether the email is deliverable or not. These features every online business basically needs... The product is very easy to use, once I find an email I click copy and it is copied to the clickboard (no email integration for the free plan). I mostly like its easiness of use, and the ability of searching up to 50 requests per month for free. Cons The available features are very basic. I have discovered recently a more effective software apollo.io that contains crazy features, some of them for example: telephone number of the person, the timezone, better it gives 50 leads per month for free! the paid plan is ways more interesting that Hunter's one: $40 for unlimited emails and up to 5 users and more other features... Also, it helps me finding new emails that I've either forgot about or didn't have previously, based on the person's first and last names and the employer's website. It's a great and useful tool that makes me life much easier when prospecting and reaching out to decision-makers. Pros Hunter offers a comprehensive tool that allows sales people to find and verify emails based on the company and title of the prospect. Their Chrome plug-in is powerful and allows you to find email from LinkedIn profiles and even from press releases. Also, their web platform allows you to test and verify different email combination based on the first and last names and the company's website. It's a must-have tool if you're in sales and prospecting areas. Cons The tool is not 100% accurate. Sometimes it isn't able to confirm the email verification or create false positives. Cons Not sure if it is integrated, we would welcome a verification tools that can confirm email would not bounce. Currently we use another software for that purpose. Being able to Verify email addresses and search by domain for formats is very useful. Cons I do wish that I could search and verify email addresses with one inquiry. Currently it takes two. It helps me to predict and verify the mail id of the prospects. It gives 100 free credits every month. The mail verified by Hunter is not always correct so one can't totally trust it, but still, most of the mail id format is correct and I am satisfied with this tool and still using it. Hope it provides a LinkedIn integration feature very soon. Pros Helps to predict and verify the email address of the given prospect. Can be easily integrated with many platforms and also it comes as a chrome extension which is awesome, now I just need to open the website of the targeted company and then hover on the Hunter chrome extension and can easily find the email id. I'd advise to 'pivot' towards sales automation and sales enablement as it's a big rising market and their data, tracking and deliverability is already stellar. Pros The quality of the data is really good. The tracking functionality is superb. The free Campaign function helps a lot. Cons There is a native integration with Hubspot but it's too simple - there's no auto-log of emails sent via Hunter not even a BCC option.
