Pros

Convenience of entering info when it is convenient for my schedule.

Cons

I hate that if you don't have EVERYTHING all ready pre-set up section and try to enter it manually it takes forever. I also HATE that if you call customer service they want you to do everything. When I purchased their system it was sold as a full service collection system and not just a software application.

It’s sometimes difficult to figure out glitches without ASF assistance.

Pros

The ease of navigating through the website is what makes me like it.

Cons

Sometimes I still have to call ASF to rectify billing/freezes etc. I'd like to be able to do these things on my own.

We can't charge when they use cash cause it messes up the system so we have to use different software for that.

Customer service has been very helpful when reviewing features and getting help with how to navigate the page

Cons

It is not as compatible with Mac devices and we only use Mac so that has been frustrating

It is fairly easy to understand. The current version is much better than the previous version which was very difficult when enrolling customers in gym memberships.

Pros

It is fairly user friendly and logical to understand.

Cons

The POS system seems to have too many steps and it takes a long time to ring something simple up.
