They are extremely reliable partners and we are glad to trust them with our business. Pros We have a custom back end system that requires very specific parameters with any integrations we want to connect it with, and VL Omni was the only partner we were able to find that could build out what we needed. They guided us through the process the entire way and have always been very open about our options, costs involved, and making recommendations based around our needs. Cons Nothing! Cons We get a large amount of duplicates that we have to sift through to make sure that orders are not getting double shipped. We then have to take all the duplicates and delete them out of our system which is a time waste. We had a critical deployment to Shopify that needed to integrate into our old ERP system that there were few solutions for. VL OMNI had the expertise to help make the transition as smooth as possible. Pros VL OMNI could handle a high frequency of order purchases in near realtime between Shopify's APIs and our Epicor ERP system for a reasonable price. The set-up was easy and the tech support team at VL OMNI were expert in getting the project up and running in a timely fashion. Cons There were a few bugs in the beginning, but the VL OMNI team was quick to investigate and solve on the fly. Perhaps the testing could have been more robust before full deployment, but the few orders that were affected were quickly identified and the orders were correctly processed. Furthermore the bugs were fixed and now things are running smoothly.
