Also super efficient customer service and friendly user support what comes to new user guides, problem solving and customizing new features. They cater for all professionals working in the law office, provide clear reports that is needed for management. CSI also updates the software on regular basis and very quickly response to all inquiries. Cons It has so many features it is hard to quickly learn them all. Of course they do have a proper user guide but also give direct guidance by telephone. So even that is really not a problem. We also execute routine checks that relate to our practice by utilizing the software and its built-in features. Pros Fast to use in a cloud. Easy to learn and teach. Avaibility of a mobile version is a good bonus. I feel that our data is well secured and I am confident that the backups are secured routinely. Cons OSX (Macintosh) is not yet supported, it would be imporant to have a OSX version as well. Mobile version (iOS for ipad and iphone) is still very limited and adding more features would benefit the users. After multiple system version, I think it would be refreshing to change up the menu structure a little or divide the main menu so that users would start to use all the functions and fully utilize the software (in general a lot of users are just using the methods they have learned during version 3.0 or 4.0). For bigger firms, I would appreciate a pricing model where users after 10 users are more cost effective. At the moment pricing model does not really diffrentiate smaller or bigger firms. The software could also contain more b2b-tools for client managers/person that are in charge of the clients. Transactions can also be added using the Outlook plugin or the mobile application. The Pivot reporting enable versatile sorting and filtering of reports without separately having to create tailored reports for each individual need. The programme can be tailored to suit the needs of a company through the use of various parameters. CSI Helsinki listens to its clients and actively develops the programme in accordance with clients wishes. Cons Although the language of client or single assignment can be changed easily, the language of the interface cannot be changed on a personal or even business unit level.
