Sur le fond, à retenir, c'est une solution qui me semble bien inférieure à Beekast (mais je vous laisse juge) pour les fonctionnalités et qui, en tout cas, a des pratiques commerciales de réabonnement qui me paraissent scandaleuses car à aucun moment, dans les échanges écrits et oraux que j'ai eus avec eux, ils mettent en avant leur condition de résiliation

Pros

C'est un logiciel plutot simple d'abord, avec peu de fonctionnalités par rapport aux concurrents Beekast et Klaxoon

Cons

Je vais faire un récit factuel de ce qui m'est arrivé avec cette solution - avril 2020 : solution prise en urgence parce que Beekast avait des soucis de connexion. Abonnement d'un an - avril 2020 à juin 2020 : utilisée quelques fois, le temps de s'apercevoir que la solution est nettement inférieure à Beekast en terme de fonctionnalités meme si sa simplicité est plaisante - septembre 2020 : relance d'un commercial Wisembly pour savoir ce que je fais de la solution et lui signifie, par oral, que je ne l'utilise plus et que je préfère Beekast - septembre 2020 à mars 2021 : pas de nouvelles - avril 2021 : envoi d'une facture de renouvellement d'un an de leur part en stipulant que pour résilier "vous devez envoyer un courrier en lettre recommandée avec accusé de réception à notre adresse (66 Avenue des Champs Elysées 75008 Paris) et ce 3 mois avant votre date de renouvellement de licence" - avril 2021 à aout 2021 : tentatives pour leur expliquer que leur pratique de réabonnement (courrier avec A/R...) dont les commerciaux ne m'ont jamais parlée, me semble, pour une solution technologique, complètement datée. Wisembly ne sait qu'envoyer des emails et le seul arrangement est de me dire de payer - aout 2021 : envoi d'un AR par une société de recouvrement Rubypayeur qui ecrit : "Faute de quoi, votre retard de paiement pourra faire l'objet d'un signalement sur l'annuaire RUBYPAYEUR, accessible librement sur le site rubypayeur.com et indexé par les moteurs de recherche (Google, Bing, ..

Le fil de messages avec capacité de modération / de tags... ou pas ; Le nuage de mots, les sondages... avec résultats partagés en direct ; La simplicité de connexion aux wiz.
