Spread est parfait pour notre gestion CRM de l'office du tourisme. Surtout que nous vendons nos propres prestation et c'est important pour nous de rester en cntact avec les visiteurs. Aussi, l'animation du site et les animation jeux concours sont un vrai plus pour nous, qui nous démarque des confrères dans le tourisme !

Pros

Ce que nous apprécions avec Spread, c'est la Relation client et support toujours à l'écoute. Un accompagnement sur mesure. Et une gestion CRM facilitée

Cons

Il manquerait pour nous de la gestion de formulaires dans le site. Ca bouclerait la boucle du parcours client

Globalement, nous sommes très satisfaits de Spread. Nous l'utilisons depuis plus de 2 ans. Cet outil nous permet de mieux connaître nos clients, de mettre en place des campagnes efficaces.

Pros

Spread est un outil intuitif, très facile à prendre en main ! Il permet à la fois de gérer sa base de données, d'envoyer des campagnes d'emailing, de gérer les animation sur son site, d'envoyer des campagnes sms... c'est un outil complet ! Le service client est toujours réactif et prêt à nous aider sur tous les sujets.

Cons

Le multistore pourrait être amélioré, surtout en terme de design. L'A/B testing email n'est pas encore disponible
