Pros: It's a fantastic tool to store data from our projects and easy to access and manage.

Cons: I don't like the inability to remove items that have been input into the wrong files. It would be great to be able to correct mistakes easier

Recommendations to other buyers: Try it out but give yourself time to learn it properly

Pros: The software has been extremely helpful for our business. All members of our business have varying levels of access, helping us keep private information private while still allowing access. The software also does so much more than just retain our files. It takes the information that we input to show data that assists us in managing our job costs. The software developer is available for questions or issues at any time. They have wonderful customer service and assist us with technical support readily.

Cons: The software has some bugs that we have to work around, but they are minor and generally resolved with one call to the vendor.

Recommendations to other buyers: Before using the product I would have a training on the software. We did have some trouble starting use of the software because we were not used to a software that was as comprehensive as this one is. It took some time to input the information, which was time that we were not planning on spending, but once we did and had real data to compare and contrast with, giving the software an edge that our previous software did not have.
