"Great experience working with Optimum"

Overall: Great feedback generation tool. Super easy to use and helps mitigate bad feedback.

Pros: Super easy to work with. The team at optimum has been great about working through our integrations and tailoring the platform to our needs. We have already seen an increase in reviews. I love that negative feedback comes to us so we can deal with issues internally rather than the review going public before we have a chance to make it right. There are no other platforms in this price range that perform at this level.

Cons: It seems like they are in a startup phase, which is both a positive and a negative. The platform itself is constantly improving, but there are a few workarounds needed by the devs. HOWEVER, the benifit is the guys at optimum will work hard to make sure your integrations are fully functional.

"How to get more Google Reviews"

Overall: The overall experience has been very good! I would highly recommend it to any business looking to get more Google reviews.

Pros: I like that the software is really easy to use, and that the customer service is second to none - if I have an issue they are always on hand. I also like that since starting with the software just over a month ago, we have already had around 22 5 star google reviews which is amazing!!

Cons: It has been tough seeing some negative feedback coming through, however I am just using it as a positive to learn from our mistakes so that we don;t make them again!

Reasons for Choosing Optimum Feedback: NA - I did not know that companies like Flyte existed prior to this

"User -friendly platform"

Pros: Information (EAP) is organized well on this site. Easy to use provider listing.

Cons: Monthly newsletters reduntantly use up 2 pages.

"Nothing short of excellent."

Overall: Let's us take a modicum of control over the process of encouraging clients to review us.

Pros: The dashboard is powerful, yet easy to use. But the customer service by sales and tech support are even better than the application.

"Great product"

Pros: Easy to use, I have rarely had any issues with this product

Cons: Sometimes cumbersome. It’s not a huge deal but could be better

"Our company has been very happy with this service. We have been getting a lot of feedback from it."

Pros: Very user friendly! Great customer service representatives! Well worth the money! Would definitely recommend to other offices.

Cons: The only negative, which really has to do with the software our office uses, is that we have to enter every patient we want to send a review to separately, which takes a little more time.
