It saves me a lot of extra time and I find it to be a very useful tool for any business who has many vendors and also multiple business locations as you can access all that you need and have shared lists to pull from. Highly recommend this platform Pros I find Order.co to be a very useful source for a business who has to manage purchasing their inventory/ products from multiple vendors. Being able to have all the sites and platforms that we utilize in the business for placing orders be in just one location on Order.co saves many extra steps. Our business requires a multitude of products and in both smaller amounts and in bulk amounts. Each location of our business has access to all of the same lists and can order what is needed per location without having to jump around with multiple sites and checkouts. It’s a simple one stop shop, then check out all at once. Save time and stay organized Cons Occasionally inventory levels might not be 100% accurate for example if an item says it is “out of stock”. Understandably so, since Order.co is the liaison between them the vendors and the buyers, I would imagine it be difficult to be completely accurate unless you were directly working with the vendor/ platforms that have something that could be out of stock. Order.co might not have the most updated in the moment since having to be the middle man. So once in a while something might have replenished stock before order.co even has knowledge of it which is not to their fault but this can create small hiccups for real time ordering needs if it’s an urgent request. The workflows are straightforward, and it doesn’t take long to get productive in the system. Stable performance. rarely any glitches or downtime. Cons The platform feels dated. no open APIs, no webhooks, and limited integration options. It’s difficult to automate anything beyond what’s natively supported.
