Overall, my experience with has been positive. The platform makes it much easier to manage office supply orders in one centralized place, rather than juggling multiple vendors and invoices. The interface is straightforward, and once you’re familiar with it, placing and tracking orders is quick and efficient. I especially appreciate the visibility into spending and the ability to create recurring product lists for frequently ordered items — those features have saved our team a lot of time. That said, there are occasional challenges with the search function and product substitutions, and sometimes orders take longer than expected to process. However, those issues are relatively minor compared to the overall convenience and efficiency the system provides. In general, Order.co has streamlined our purchasing process and reduced administrative work, making it a valuable tool for managing day-to-day business needs.

Pros

What I like most about is how much it simplifies and centralizes our purchasing process. Instead of juggling multiple vendors and spreadsheets, everything we need is in one place. It’s easy to find approved items, place orders, and track deliveries without having to follow up manually. The system also provides great visibility into spending — we can see what’s being ordered, by whom, and from which vendors, which makes budgeting and approvals much smoother. Lastly, the ability to create recurring product lists for frequently ordered items saves a lot of time. Routine office supply orders can be completed in just a few clicks, which helps keep operations running efficiently.

Cons

When an item is out of stock, the “substitution” feature sometimes picks a replacement that doesn’t match quality or specification.

Pros

has made it exceptionally easy on our AP department to pay invoices. Having one invoice a week for each lab instead of hundreds of invoices from all of the vendors we order has saved them hours a week to focus on other aspects. It has also made it a simple process to place and track orders all under one platform instead of going to each individual vendor's account.

Cons

We are a company that places large number of orders and items so there have been lapses in terms of being notified when a price has increased. There have been many times a price increase was an error on the vendor's end because the quote expired or discount was accidently removed. If I was told before the order was placed, as it states to do for our account, I would not be wasting my time to try to get this resolved. Minor things like that which add up.

### "A powerhouse in the making"

They are great and accommodate well. They listen, they iterate. They still have lots of room for improvement but they continue to get better on most fronts and are doing the right things to focus on what's important.

Pros

Convenience of one stop shopping for multiple vendors How much they listent to feedback and adjust development to customer need.

Cons

Reporting is still a work in progress. It's not intuitive or easy. They reently amde changes that amde it harder not easier to customize what you want to see.

has been a helpful step toward more structured purchasing and spend visibility, but it remains a partial solution. It works well for straightforward orders and invoice consolidation, yet Pacaso still needs a more comprehensive procure-to-pay platform that connects purchasing, vendor management, and financial workflows end-to-end.

Pros

I like that centralizes purchasing and provides clear visibility into spend across vendors. The platform simplifies approvals and consolidates invoices, which has helped reduce manual processing time and improve auditability.

Cons

It doesn’t fully solve for Pacaso’s broader procurement needs—especially around budgeting, forecasting, and integration with financial systems. Reporting can be limited, and it’s still challenging to manage complex vendor relationships or non-catalog orders efficiently.

we use it extensively for ordering. I use it moderately for insight tracking. I do not use the system for credit card payment, operating on credit, etc. We also do not use the bookkeeping functionality but that works for us. It is exclusively used as an ordering tool, and that alone is worth the $12k per year.

Pros

it consolidates all of my ordering between our 9 retail stores. Saving me about 4-5 hours per week of bookkeeping and receipt tracking

Cons

whenever we add a new location, that location combines invoices with another location, until we email our rep to fix it

Overall, has helped streamline source products and has even assisted me in finding cheaper alternatives if they notice a price jump on something I order frequently.

Pros

I really enjoy how user friendly the system is and breaks down everything I would need to evaluate regarding spending and sourcing.

Cons

Support can be a bit delayed with their responses if an issue comes up with one of my orders. Once I get the response it’s helpful, but usually can take more than a day.

The ai overview was interesting and engaging. I can't wait to get my hands on the beta platform as it was shown to be ready to tackle a bunch of initiatives that have been on my backburner for a while like subscribe and save optimization

Cons

i was listening on my phone because I was unable to be in front of my computer so that made it a little challenging but the presenters still did a good job of making sure to explain, not just show, the anticipated capabilities of the ai integration

Pros

Easy way for our 200+ unit business to seamlessly order products from a variety of vendors from one log in. easy ability to add products, see our spend on a org or smaller break down, and they are always adding new ways to make ordering easy and want our feedback.

Cons

some UI is clunky, but the team is always open for feedback and working to improve. there are features that are still manual (like bulk changing a product category over all locations) but the support team is a ticket away to help

The only drawback I’ve noticed is that shipping can take a little longer for items that usually arrive faster through Amazon, and returns are slightly more involved since they go through the platform. Overall, it’s a dependable, easy-to-use system that helps our studios stay organized and efficient.

Delivery is reliable and the communication about my orders is clear and timely. Overall, I am very satisfied with my experience. It would be even better to have a wider variety of products and styles available online, but in general I am happy with the service.

Pros

The service is fast, and we can find everything we need on your website. The ordering process is simple and straightforward, and confirmation emails arrive quickly. Delivery is usually on time and well communicated. Overall, the online shopping experience is smooth and convenient.

Cons

It would be very helpful to have a wider variety of products and more options to choose from. In addition, clearer and more searchable product names would improve the search experience, as there are times when you search for an item but cannot find it, even though you know it is available.

Overall, has been a wonderful addition to our company's toolkit. All stores can access and order what they need, while we can help control costs from a centralized budget.

Pros

I like the ease of using for multiple shipping locations and multiple cost locations. I also really like the product list feature. It's easy to use and train others on.

Cons

Sometimes it's a little slow to load and it can get overwhelming with the amount of products we have in. But it's easy to remove products. Really no major cons!

My overall experience has been fantastic! Love it and feel like it is an asset to myself with getting items for my Center.

Pros

The ease of ordering, the updates on my order, easy returns, has great customer service and it is all in my order history when I want to reorder. They also have an area where you can make a list of frequently ordered items to make it easy to find.

Cons

There really isn't anything I have experienced that I do not like. The only thing is the search button is a little picky on words. Even if the word is in the title it does not always pick up the item.

has made my workflow regarding inventory much better. Throughout the network, everyone seems to enjoy the platform.

Pros

Ordering for our lab has been exceptionally better with the use of this platform. It's easy to view who has ordered what and what is ordered most often. The learning curve is easy to overcome, and I think the features that have rolled out since using this have been beneficial.

Cons

It's not that big of a deal, but I wish "My Orders" were their own tab and not under the Purchase menu.

Excellent. The ease of use is far superior to other platforms. Having 1 supplier is a huge time saver.

Pros

Easy to use. Compare products and prices for several retailers. It's great being able to access several stores through 1 website.

Cons

Site does save search history. Once you locate something and move on, it's difficult to get back without doing another search.

Ordering from vendors with complicated ordering/fulfillment processes can be a challenge. There are several sites that I know I have to place orders through directly, where is incompatible (e.g. Uline)

has always been a great purchasing platform for our company. Each department is able to utilize the platform to their department's needs. The virtual cards have also been a massive help!

Pros

consolidated procurement platform, approval matrix and rules, the amount of rewards we are able to earn

it's sometimes hard to properly map/code your catalog of products to match your accounting software's related GL codes
