Sehr gutes Produkt und seitens Hersteller viel Kundenorientierung.

Pros

Einfache Anpassung an die individuellen Prozesse im eigenen Unternehmen, deshalb sehr gute Akzeptanz bei den Mitarbeitern.

Cons

Es gibt zwar einen Webclient und native Apps, aber der Windowsclient als Powertool könnte im Design verbessert werden, aber man gewöhnt sich dran und dann überwiegt die Freude an der breiten Funktionalität.
