Have been pleased and we will continue to utilize this platform

Pros

I like that the developers have been very open to customizing the software to fit our practice. When looking at other options there was not the level of customization available that Enabledocs had. Their customer support is superb and very responsive

Cons

At some point would like to be able to have them add .dot phrase feature

Very easy to use, but highly configurable. Advanced features let's me manage appointments, insurance, claims, clinical documents, MACRA, collections, labs, eprescribe, radiology orders Includes Telehealth visits Personal customer support

Cons

Requires Internet so when there is no power I can not use it. It does run on my phone, but an app might be nice also.
