If you do a wide variety of things it's really helpful because you don't have to guess on prices you should charge for trades you're not familiar with. It's also easy to edit your estimates and when you send it to your customer it's presented in a very professional way. It also integrates with Quickbooks for easy book keeping. Cons I wish BlueBook Pro Estimator had a mobile app. They have a mobile site but I find I always need to log in twice on my iPhone when I use it and that's a huge annoyance. I also wish the program had a scheduling feature as well as a way for clients to sign the estimate electronically. It's usually really up to date as well, so we like that feature a lot. Cons Not as collaborate and doesn't integrate with the estimating software we now use. Edits are also easy to use. Cons Can be a bit hard to use, the free trial is also very very limited. When you are provided invites to plans from someone that uses this it is again very limited. It was all downhill from there. Pros Being customizable is the biggest thing. Being able to access everything on the cloud helps me when I'm in the field. After that, the cost is a big plus with the boss. Cons I don't have any real cons. Our super sometimes has problems looking at things on his Surface while in the field, but I think that might be a connection problem.
