spent hours and hours over the phone with customer service and got the same reply that we cannot help, we cannot fix this, it is very developer. The software made the basic calculation mistakes.

Pros

There is no pros for this software, We are using 25 years old tech in 2024.

Cons

Literally everything. This is the pathetic software i have ever used in my life , this is a nightmare. Report converted to excel and goes out of format took 20 mintues to align. the company has no solution for this, almost all the reports are useless.

Reasons for choosing Attaché BI

I have recently joined this company and noticed that how far behind we are while using attache. This software is atleast a million year behind from Xero or MYOB

Very disappointed. May I also mention that the fact manufacturing does not even appear in the industry pull down list highlights that Attache is not really in tune with manuafcturing needs in a software. Maybe software developers need to actually ask the consumers what is important.

Pros

Not much too like. I have used Attache for over 20 years and have seen a lot of transformation in this time but not much I can say about BI

Cons

The whole system is not as user friendly as it once was. Everything is more time consuming and clumsy to navigate.

It is just so difficult to use I wouldn't go near the product Attaché needs a complete overhall

The reports Although they are difficult to read

Cons

So many things I don't like The main thing is that it is not intuitive You need to contact your consultant every five mins

I have been using this program for over 14 years and in this time it has not got any easier to use actually harder.

Pros

Not much really. The reports are not easy to use it is not easy to work out if you haven't used it before.

Cons

It really is not user friendly. Nothing is simple about this program
