We only solicite donations for our foundation from the community members of Harbour Ridge. What we really liked about the system was the simple yet fully functional capabilities of the system and its low cost, $1,000 per year. However, the most significant benefit is the customer service that the company provides. They held our hand throughout the implementation and made it extremely easy to implement in just a few days. Pros The system was easy to understand and with Ron's assistance very simple to implement. Over the span of 2-3 days i was able to implement the system and fully test it's capabilities. Cons Perhaps the only improvement worth mentioning is the link that the system creates for donors to use. It would be even a nicer product if the users could establish a speudo name i.e. HR Donations Click Here as the text to link the donor with the system. Today there is more of a generic looking link. It's easy to recommend a product that has been easy to integrate with wonderful support as well. Pros I found the software to be user friendly and easy to navigate when getting things setup for our campaigns. It is nice to have customizable features as well. I anticipated the process would be challenging, but it genuinely wasn't. Thank you, 4aGoodCause, for a stress-free set-up and execution! We were doing everything manually on Excel spreadsheets along with mass emails via group contact v-cards I built up as our membership grew. Within a few weeks of signing up with \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] and 4aGoodCause we were able to automate our processes. The company also offers free webinars on fundraising and marketing programs for Not-for-Profit organizations. We have only begun to avail ourselves of those offerings. Lastly, \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] customer service response and ability to customize his services for us has been unbelievable. We could not be happier. I recommend 4aGoodCause unqualifiedly, and would be happy to speak to prospective clients about our experience. Pros The member and donor reporting is superb. The event software is also very handy. The 4aGoodCause \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] , \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] , also recommended we utilized Mail Chimp and integrated that software with the company's. This has made our member communications seamless and allowed us to no longer send out "mass emails" via stored group contact v-cards which was cumbersome and time consuming. Cons There is NOTHING that I dislike about 4aGoodCause software. It has been a game changer for our organization. Switched from [Free Church Kiosk](https://www.capterra.com/p/151520/Free-Church-Kiosk/) GiveHub was inflexible, not user friendly, and could not offer customized services for business focused NFP organizations. It is perfectly fine for churches, which is its primary customer base. However, its reporting capabilities were minimal and its online donation portal cumbersome and confusing. The whole process was so smooth and they were very helpful every step of the way. I truly couldn't recommend them more. Pros The ease of use with the software. If there was something I didn't understand then \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] was there within minutes to answer my question. Cons I don't know that I can say there were any cons. Any of my complaints had to do with parents/family members not understanding how to set things up or how to donate. All of which was explained thoroughly between 4aGoodCause and the school. Pros 4agc is very easy to setup and get running, so campaigns can be launched quickly and tracked very well. Cons We needed some reporting / accounting features that are not in the product yet, but we have been told they are planned for future releases, so they heard what we told them and hopefully these features make it into the next version. Switched from [ClubRunner](https://www.capterra.com/p/143367/ClubRunner/) We still use ClubRunner for their club member management, but now we use 4agc for all our credit card transactions. Reasons for choosing 4aGoodCause It integrated with Authorize.net, so that was a major factor why we started with them, but once we started to use the 4agc system for processing, we decided to add more campaigns and processing to 4agc because of their tools, ease-of-use and flexibility. Frankly, we didn't think our small Foundation could afford online giving software because we had been researching the larger Blackbaud-type, institutional giving platforms that were fairly expensive. Once we asked for referrals, we discovered plenty of Atlanta clients that we knew and they shared their positive experiences. We were surprised at how quickly everything was to set up and appreciate the automatic donor acknowledgments and emails. Appreciate the fact that they could also coordinate the merchant services, settlement part of the transactions which made everything easy for us. Pros The functionality has been exactly what our new Foundation needed to give the convenience of online donations and a positive donor experience. It's easy to see why 4aGoodCause was highly rated and recommended by other users in our market. Pros This software is so user friendly and our donors appreciate the ease of the transaction. From the initial setup process to the daily reconciliation for me is great. For donors, everything is on one page and clearly understandable. Cons There really are no cons. The whole process has been trouble free. Reasons for choosing 4aGoodCause I still use our old platform with donors that have been with us for years, we find that some tend to stop giving if you make changes, but any new customers come to us through 4aGoodCause, we use that platform for all fundraising activities.
