The Intulse team is professional and timely. Quotes were in writing and once all phones were installed, the price was just as quoted. Our Intulse rep came out and set up everything. Additional instructions were clearly laid out so I could convey voicemail steps to the rest of our staff in an organized and easy to understand fashion.

Pros

The technology is cutting edge; I really appreciate the organized dashboard. I can access my voicemails from any computer, anywhere.. I can even forward all calls to my cell phone when away from the office, if necesary.

Cons

There was a slight learning curve, but that is to be expected with any new system.

My experience while using this product was overall great! As I stated before, I was using it alot while at a certain location. Once I moved from that location we have not yet upgraded my phone to intulse. However, I would be more than happy to whenever they determine. I also had conversations with local support and they were very willing to come in and explain things to me and setup whatever we needed within the call center building.

Pros

The mobile phone control. Being able to control by my iPhone different features was very helpful when I was using intulse all the time.

Cons

The setup was a little confusing at first. After that it was just learning all the features.

### "Integrated Call Routing"

Pros

We were able to connect our software's API with their system in order to automatically route calls based on external logic which has been extremely helpful for efficiency.

Cons

We've had a handful of issues with the phone service but it's intermittent and we're not sure of the cause.

I am constantly on the road, so having an updated email from the office line to beneficial.

Pros

I like that we get our voicemails via email as well as on the phone.

Cons

You can't redial numbers from the history tab without having to delete the '+1' first.

The ability to record calls has been a huge help with compliance issues, the ease of logging calls, saving paper on junk faxes as we can just choose which faxes to print from our dashboard.

Pros

The integration with our CRM, Redtail. Our ability to seem as if we are always available to our clients by phone, even when we are out of the office.

Cons

Our internet has been an issue but nothing with the software or phones have been an issue.

The only issues I have with this product is that I was unaware of it for so long and wasted money and time with one of the larger phone providers.

Pros

Value and ease of use. We were stuck with an antiquated voice system that resulted in countless voice mails and missed calls. This system allowed us to provide better customer support and increased efficiency by routing calls directly rather than having our receptionist do this manually.

One of my favorite features that intulse offers is the ability to transfer the phones to my cell phone. In my position I am responsible for answering the phones on a daily basis and it makes it easy for me to move around the office and not be tied down to my desk.

Cons

The dashboard and the app always take a long time to load.

We've had issues on and off with our internet and phone systems in the past. Since starting to use Intulse, the only issues we have experienced with our phone system is when our internet goes down. Support has been super helpful!

Pros

It brought our phone systems onto an easy to manage, easy to operate platform.

Cons

The only issue we have had with the software, and I wouldn't even call it an issue, is that the dashboard can sometimes be slow to load.

The experience has been great. They have explained the product and their support capability throughout the process.

Pros

The ease in the transition. We were able to be up and functioning within a couple of hours.

Cons

The down time between transition. We had to shut down for a time and did not know exactly when we would be up with voicemail and such.

Probably the support. The people we've dealt with have been very responsive and seem to take more of a consultative approach which is much appreciated!

I don't like that the seemingly only option we have for "admin" type access (things like controlling the hotkeys) is to either take full control, or none at all.

Phone system is easy to transition to, Intulse is on site to aide in set up and early instruction; answer any and all questions I had. Adam often always trouble shooting above & beyond what is required of him.

Most features of phones were easy to learn; accessing phones calls after placing on hold was toughest for everyone in office to master.

As an independent Registered Investment Advisory firm compliance is a key for our business and with Intulse we have the ability to record calls, maintain one consistent phone number across our entire staff, and add a messaging capability that allows for compliant capture and record.

Pros

The integration with our CRM system is great. the multitude of options for use of the system also makes adoption easier for all employees.

Cons

The lack of proprietary soft phone app for cellphone is a challenge as the options available do not always work perfectly.
