Pros

Translation and forwarding of voicemail messages to email.

Cons

Would like to be able to have calls automatically forwarded to another phone number (cell phone) if the call is coming from a list of favorites.

Pros

The phone system is extremely user friendly and ease to train other staff and users. The solution is simple and yet very powerful, with the help of Intulse customer service, we have tweaked the system to each need we have.

Cons

The only suggestion I would have would be a better dashboard / interface for end user changes, and control, however I understand this is coming soon and we are excited to see the new app.

The ability to monitor all the phones on our VOIP system.

Pros

The software allows me to check the status of all the phones without leaving my office. I can also check my voicemail from the app.

Cons

I wish I would be able to change some setting from the app. (Example: Turning do not disturb on or off.)
