Pros: Easy to track and view all your contacts and companies. The integrations that can be set up are easy to use and make the software much more usable.

Cons: Would love if the free version came with a few more features such as categorizing contacts. Other than that, the software is great.

Pros: The app is super easy to learn and use. Locations of things make sense and the UI is visually pleasing.

Cons: The initial setup (i.e. migrating from Highrise to Hubspot CRM) was difficult and messy at times. Fields did not translate well (e.g. any contact with more than 2 phone numbers).

Pros: This was an extremely helpful tool for tracking our customers and engaging well with them. Hubspot is a respectable company with great customer support and tutorials. I love this tool and their other tools, as well.

Cons: Though this is extremely easy to use, it's worth going through some of the training materials first.

I've used HubSpot to manage customer data & also worked with clients to help integrate/use HubSpot

Pros: HubSpot is very easy to use, even with limited technical resources and/or previous experience with CRM's. It supports a wide array of pre-built integrations with other CRM's, marketing/advertising platforms and sales/customer retention tools, so it's relatively effortless to link multiple applications and datasources. It's quite easy to create and manage workflows, and there is also a set of predefined workflows that you can use as well.

Cons: Many of the integrations are at a very high level, therefore getting more detailed information and analysis requires leaving HubSpot and going directly to the native application/platform. The workflow logic is quite basic and only support boolean yes/no logic. The plan pricing is pretty expensive compared to other CRM solutions, especially when considering the value provided.

Overall: HubSpot was as close to a turnkey CRM solution that I've worked with, and the multitude of integrations supported allowed us to easily bring in data from multiple external advertising platforms and sales tools.

Pros: We switched to Hubspot CRM from Salesforce. Now we have most of our clients on Hubspot CRM. It is very simple to use. It has a very clean interface. Also, with Zapier you can integrate with a ton of other systems.

Cons: It might lack some of the features of Salesforce. So if you are a huge enterprise client, you might need a more robust system.

Pros: It is easy to import your contacts and it makes my life easier since I have a lot of clients that I must review and contact.

Cons: I don't like fact that I must import contact email otherwise I can't upload them. Sometimes I need just to have them in one place and to contact them via phone after some time,not email

Pros: I used the free version of their CRM and it was fantastic! Most CRMs cost a fortune and this satisfied all my needs and didn't cost a penny. I was surprised with all the features and functionality given it was a free product. Not only did it store all my leads along with titles, companies and my notes, but I was able to create custom breakdowns and create different views to sort those lists. I highly recommend this product for anyone with a smaller team but still need to keep track of conversations and pipeline.

Cons: I could imagine in a larger more complex organization you would have needs this version could be too basic for (plus you would likely need additional seats) but for what I've been using it for, it has been perfect! There was a bit of a learning curve in the beginning while I was setting the system up that required me to go back a fix things multiple times, but that was all user error. I am sure there are great tutorials on their website that could have saved me some time had I utilized them.

Overall: I was able to organize all my contacts and accounts. We were utilizing Google Sheets prior and as you can imagine it was not the most efficient or effective.

Pros: Easy to use, tons of customization, and it's free! HubSpot CRM is versatile that I it can be made to work for 90%+ small businesses out there!

Cons: Sometimes the reporting functionalities on the dashboard glitch or don't sum up correctly. But other than that, it's an amazing software!

Pros: HubSpot is extremely intuitive. You can create contacts and opps then connect them together in a linked fashion. This allows for automatic logging through Gmail in addition to manually notes you make. When a deal goes dead on vine, its easy to see due to visibility.

Cons: Sales templates aren't set up the best, poor file management, dodgy font correlation, poor search function. Sometimes you don't know what the email is going to look like til it's sent.

Pros: Hubspot CRM integrates easily with Hubspot's marketing software (obviously) and allows your sales team to have an easy to use CRM. All of the basic tools are in the free version so it's easy to get clients who have never used a CRM into Hubspot to try it out. They also have the best call-in support I've ever dealt with.

Cons: While the free Hubspot CRM is a great basic tool, if you want advanced functionality like multiple pipelines, live chat, calendar integration, sales automation, etc. that costs extra. Like most freemium tools, I found I started with the Hubspot CRM and found out I needed all these extra tools that cost more money. By then, you're either too deep into using the Hubspot CRM to switch to a less costly one or you pay extra.

Overall: Easy to use CRM, basic for technologically challenged clients, helps connect sales & marketing

Pros: Hubspot is a great CRM for any small or large company who are looking for a simple way to have a workflow and saving all leads and contacts at the same time. Email templates, client tracking and much more. You will receive all of these features with the free version. Just enough to get the job done.

Cons: You have a limited amount of emails you can track on the free version. You have to upgrade your account in order to have more space to track emails, marketing tools and so on.

Overall: You can easily send welcome and follow up emails with a click of a button. This saves a lot of time for more important tasks during work hours. Another great benefit is that you can sync the software with your google email so you can do most of the work in Google rather switching back and forth from program to program.

Comments: I love the platform and have used it personally in my business, and with multiple clients. It's a great tool and it's functionality is a huge plus - if you are at the level where you need this type of support.

Pros: The platform is really large and offers a lot of functionality. The ability to manage social, email, customers, and workflows is incredibly valuable - especially if you have a very large audience (5k ppl on your list or more).

Cons: While it's terrific for large companies, it's a bit large for smaller companies or startups. The price can also be prohibitive if you have a limited budget and small audience.

Comments: I love using hubspot. It let's me maximize my performance.

Pros: It makes my prospect list easy to manage and easy to follow up. It integrates with my company's email as well which I can use for reminders on appointments.

Cons: There are times when it goes down globally, it would help if they can have a real time advisory on what's going on.

Pros: Ease of use and free. This is an application that can be used out of the box and does not require a big investment in training and learning to use it. The operations team can be up and running virtually immediately.

Cons: Free so it's limited and it would be best for a very small group to get started. This would not be a good choice of a robust and growing sales or service organization.

Pros: Hubspot seems to be user friendly for the whole staff. We use it everyday on a daily bases. It is link to our email account which makes it easier to connect to any inquiries.

Cons: I hate it when we get dumped leads, because it is hard to figure out what leads need to be taken care of first.

Comments: Worth it to check out but I would recommend other applications, especially if you plan to expand in the future.

Pros: Easy to use and an overall great UI. The free account is great for freelancers or very small businesses. An absurd amount of integrations with other software and applications. HubSpot has a fully free CRM that you can integrate as well.

Cons: Features on the free account are very limited and allow only for basic sales functions. Any paid account is very expensive, especially for small or solo businesses. I have had some issues with bugs at times (they are fixed reasonably quickly, however).

Pros: Their integration is very good. Almost all marketing tool is available in a single account. Their tutorial videos are also very good.

Cons: Their customer support is not that active. They haven't given the demo yet. Also, pricing is the issue.

Overall: Marketing integration is very smooth.

Pros: The most important feature that our startup is looking for is, how is the sales emails been targeted and reporting functionality that gives a huge leverage for the sales. We use it on almost daily basis now and looks like it's here to stay.

Cons: Also for a startup like us it's a little expensive plus the customer service are not always there on the other end. Maybe our assumption could be wrong. Free software edition should also include automation tools which can help cater to clients in business to clients hierarchy.

HubSpot has brought marketing and customer site-use into the new age, it's great!

Pros: I love the look and feel of the software, it feels very modern but still user-friendly. Statistics are displayed in a great visual way!

Cons: It does take some time to learn the lingo of hubspot, they have some different terms but it's well worth making the effort to understand, the benefits far outweigh!

Pros: Being able to look at student accounts and gather information needed to assist students. This helps when keeping a good repor with students, and what is going on and needs to be completed for enrollment. Also being able to filter out only what category of students to look at helps as well.

Cons: I really can not think of anything that I least like about this program. It is most helpful with my daily task assisting students.

Overall: Being able to keep up with daily task of assisting students. And also being able to record updates about a student's progression.

- Lists and Boolean rules are very easy to create
- Fairly slick email design capabilities and templates
- You can track the lead source of your inbounds which is really valuable in enabling you to track marketing channel ROI

Cons: - Works best if you host your website with Hubspot, if you don't you lose a lot of website insights and metrics as their tracking is not sufficient.
- Very expensive product and you can get a lot of their premium features with smaller automation software companies

Pros: Hubspot does a great job of nailing down the specifics of what you want to do when trying to sell a product. It helps automate some of the most mundane processes and allows you to work effectively within whatever other tools you are using to communicate effectively.

Cons: Some of the better features require a level of monetary commitment that isn't feasible for smaller organizations. The good news is you scale as you grow.

Pros: If you want it, Hubspot can do it. If you don't know how to do it, Hubspot can teach you. This is everything you want and expect in a CRM. It's also everything you want but don't know you want yet.

Cons: Pricing can be a problem for small businesses and early-stage startups. If that's your case, use their free resources to help grow your business until you have the cash flow to switch to theCRM.

Pros: There are lots of great CRM on the market and most of them comes with a price. I'm surprised to find out that HubSpot is free while very powerful. I can do pretty much everything I needed from a CRM like custom field, team collaboration. It works with Zapier so I can create some great automation too.

Cons: The user interface looks a bit aged and sometimes the layout is complicated for me to find something I needed on the spot.

Overall: Great CRM system and I can't believe it is free! Wow!

Pros: Cool interface, you can easily navigate the page with ease You can customize the view of your Contact or Company list by using different filter options You can make a note, call or log an activity to a Contact or Company

Cons: No major issues encountered when using this program, sometimes It doesn't load the whole contact page (probably due to connection issue or opening multiple tabs for contacts)

Pros: The more I experience Marketing Automation software things become clearer and clearer to me.

- Companies who have amazing marketing automation systems for B2B lack a proficient CRM
- Companies with an amazing CRM system lack marketing automation features

This is the tradeoff I've seen with numerous systems, either it's great for sales but sucks for marketing, or it's great for marketing but weak for sales. Rarely can you have the best of both worlds!

HubSpot CRM is okay, it has a some modern features you'd want in a CRM but leaves a lot to yearn for. Good tracking features, notifications from lead interactions, a clean U/I, a nice pipeline management feature. You can also make phone calls from the CRM itself.

Cons: What it lacks is in-depth customization for companies that sell advanced solutions. No in-depth product and services management either, it's very basic. This might work if you have a simple pricing model, but not if you sell complex systems of hardware, software, and services.

Even the sales rep for HubSpot CRM told me they use Salesforce for their sales process...I mean c'mon, how can you try to sell me on a CRM that you wouldn't use yourself?

Pros: Keeps track of all my leads and sales funnel. Likes the feature that it is filling in data for me as it saves me a ton of time.

Cons: The reporting features are very expensive. Collaboration with peers is still not as developed as Salesforce.

Pros: For me the most likable feature bout HotSpot is it's social media integration with LinkedIn, Facebook, Google+ and Twitter from where it pulls the useful details from their profiles and integrates nicely with HubSpot Sales Chrome Extension which makes all that information accessible to be used for successful outreach.

Cons: Having dozens of API's which allows other applications to pull data out of HubSpot and into other systems and that makes it open for third party developers which hampers the security.

I am a very big fan of Hubspot and all their softwares

Pros: Its tracking features and all the specific client details it keeps track of as well as all of the custom settings.

Cons: There have been a few hiccups and glitches as far as saving/remembering new info we've input as well as the integrations with sites such as hellosign and the Primary account holder managing our account settings.

Pros: I liked the former LeadIn solution, the new HubSpot CRM and I got over 100 valuable leads which eventually turned into paying customers. I also like the email reply feature, made my life much easier by allowing me to send immediate replies to potential leads captured via various forms on my site.

Cons: Accounts are not easy to manage, delete or reorganise. Also, multiple accounts are not easy to install, and some information is not disclosed until the end of the account creation (such as grouping the leads into multiple accounts).

Pros: Have used HubSpot in the past as a CRM connected to our marketing automation product. We used the free edition. Tracking and sending emails was a great feature along with foot notes and adding other team members. Fairly simple and easy to adopt.

Cons: Works well with an integrated HubSpot Marketing cloud. Don't see too many issues with the product. Also since they have a free edition it is very easy to try and then see if a purchase is required.

Overall: good CRM for inbound.

Pros: The fact of being a certified Google partner is a Plus ++, it is a solution that adapts to multiple commercial areas and industries. has no rival in terms of offering the same level of integration, great ability to track all activities, create and schedule tasks is also very easy, among other functions ... the function 'save filters', simplifies the work.

Pros: It allows you to store an unlimited amount of custom fields on your contacts. And when you have the CRM connected to your website and email platforms, you can easily track engagement.

Cons: Contact and Deal information doesn't connect well. i.e. When I export a list of all our customers, I can't see which deal names they are a part of - I can only see how many deals they are a part of.

Pros: I call HubSpot a swiss army knife -- it has everything you would need, all the tools work well, though each tool is not necessarily best in class. After years in enterprise, I am now a consultant and was wondering what I can recommend for small-mid-companies who need marketing automation. Most are using a somewhat scary mix of Mailchimp, spreadsheets, social media posting tools, and Wordpress add-ons. HubSpot is an integrated, blended tool. Best thing about it is that it enforces best practices. If you use it right, you are doing marketing right -- personas, buyer's journey, outbound, inbound, analytics, etc. Implementation teams are awesome. But make sure you are ready -- during the implementation period, you would be wise to put all your attention on this to climb the learning curve as far and fast as possible.

Cons: You need a dedicated person to run this and to manage your marketing programs. Do not think someone can be "the HubSpot guy" as a side job. Watch the costs. You need to manage your lists. Mautic is an open-source alternative -- really great but you need some technical chops in-house.

Pros: I like how easy it is to use; we use it for customer contact and can assign different tasks along the way to each member of the sales team. It is great to visualize the steps.

Cons: I wish it was a little more straightforward in adding contacts, when you go to start a log, you have to add each individual contact as a new setup, which can take some time.

Pros: Hubspot CRM's website building tool is a huge plus. Most marketing & CRM software packages offer some type of landing page building tool, but Hubspot allows us to have our entire website.

Cons: Out of the box reporting isn't that great - although it's a lot better than it used to be, and Hubspot is continuously working to improve it. There are more advanced reporting options available but they come at a cost, as expected.

Overall: Hubspot allows us to connect all of our marketing and CRM efforts - website, blog, landing pages, CTAs, email, workflow automation, and much more in one system which saves us a ton of time and effort.

Pros: Great, feature-rich CRM. The free version is adequate for most SMEs. With zapier, our workflows are automated to our proposal software, accounting software and project management software. The google web extension makes it easy to get contacts in and categorised effectively. Email tracking is easy (no manual bcc like most CRMs!).

Cons: Growing businesses needing more than what this app offers will get sticker shock from the paid add-ons Hubspot offers. Integrations with other marketing tools are (for obvious reasons) a bit clunky.

Pros: Hubspot CR is great for a lot of reasons but primarily I found it to be the strongest when it came to assigning tasks, organizing leads and contacts and putting together practical strategies within the CRM for our team. It was also a free to use platform which allowed us to get our feet wet without having a huge commitment

Pros: This software is very comprehensive as far as data tracking contacts, keeping organized with what contacts different staff is assigned, and communication methods built-in with the CRM. The ease of use is incredibly well thought out and appreciated.

Cons: My only gripe is that this software doesn't cater more to non-profits. I wish I could track financial data and more "donor-esque" information, but even some of that I am manually able to add fields for. Definitely not for donor tracking, though.

Overall: HubSpot CRM integrates other softwares like Gmail, and keeps communication seemless between staff and leads. The very friendly interface is invaluable - it's hard enough having a lot to do, I'd rather not spend weeks trying to figure out how to use a CRM well - and the software is robust. I can assign team members to leads, create deadlines, and know every interaction that a lead has had with us, all in one location.

Pros: The logging and tracking of emails with ease of use. Many different features that are nice to have and work well for team communications.

Cons: Some features are a little off, and could use adjustments. Adding a task to a note, would be nice to be able to select who the task is for. Having a created date for tasks. More visibility of tasks in records.

Pros: I have been using this software for couple months and it is great so far. it is very easy to import your contact list into this software. I also like that its user friendly and integrated with varying functionalities that allows me keep track of all customer information and communicate directly through the software.

Cons: I really don't have any cons for this software. the design could be a little more cohesive. it can be a little confusing if you don't fully understand the functions it provides.

Comments: It's a good tool for start up company. The fact that Hubspot continuously provide tips and learning information which can help enhance your Marketing strategy.

Pros: Free to use and A good tool to start your Lead Funnel...You can also save your acquired contacts and update it's status.A lot of free learning activity.

Cons: Not all features are quite useful....Limited access to Sales Navigator. Unable to integrate skype to hubspot properly if your in a free plan.

Pros: The basic free version allows a starting project or SME to kickstart their CRM without having a big budget. It still provides full control over your actions and doesnt miss any features.

Cons: Its a bit complex. The Dashboard is over complicated and can be definitely cleaned up, thus improving onboarding but also usability.

Cons: Sometimes gmail integration didn't work. it disconnected and I had to log in again. Finding a way to edit the properties in the deal menu was a nightmare.

Pros: Hubspot is...well, everything to our business. Not only does it take care of our customer and lead management, but it plays a huge part in our email marketing, content, content marketing and social media campaigns.

Cons: It's darn expensive and you seem to only get real value when you opt in for a higher plan. I'm also not a fan of all the windows that pop-up when trying to use smart content.

Pros: Personalization capabilities are up there with the best of them, letting you see exactly what you want to see about any given contact. Custom fields let you customize even further, as do custom dashboards and views. The HubSpot CRM is all about giving you and your sales team flexibility and insights.

Cons: Difficult to get the views you want by company, which is crucial with the rise of account-based marketing. There are workarounds and the add-ons help, but this should be part of the basic package.

Pros: Hubspot is cheap and pretty simple to use. If you're used to Marketo/sales force type functionality then you will be left feeling very sad.

Pros: It works well for managing leads and contacts and I use it daily to manage my work flow and connections.

Cons: Non existent customer service. I have been unable to login to my account for two days and it's impossible to get help. In fact it says, " login if you need help". Pretty cynical!

Pros: Hubspot is a versatile tool that comes with the least complex control panel and has some of the outstanding features. Its use for sales is equally profitable, as for marketing. I like the ease of use, even non-technical people can download content and use HubSpot tools. In addition, I like the user interface and step by step instructions that make it easy to use. Now we use HubSpot for everything - although we are still only exploring all the possibilities.

Cons: Landing pages can be better. Also for those who do not have knowledge of the development, it is not easy to work without a developer. Additions to reports should be really free. Our client wants these basic reports to be free, but it's not. Also, their integration with Salesforce isn't the best.

Pros: I like that most of it is free. I've never used the paid version and haven't had the need to yet. I could see reasons for upgrading, but it has everything a small business needs to manage it's sales pipeline and customers.

Cons: There isn't much I don't like. I wish there were more features on the mobile app and I wish my email read notifications were not limited to 200 per month, but you get what you pay for!

Pros: I've used Hubspot to create customer entries and track the sales for each of them. What I love about it is that you customize the pieces of information that will appear in the contact details and you can integrate your email to the CRM so that you can send emails directly from the CRM. You can also the log the details of your calls for each of your clients and prospects. It also allows you to see the current amount of deals closed so far. Hubspot allows you to track the progress of each prospects and clients. It's a great platform to track whom you should focus your efforts on.

Cons: It's a bit costly to upgrade to the Professional version which has great features for sales and marketing activities.

Pros: Implementing this product was very easy in comparison to other CRM tools. We have an Enterprise account and all of the help that was given to us made the transition painless. Their support team is phenomenal and our account rep is fantastic as well. They're making advancements all of the time to the tool which is making it better and better.

Cons: If comparing to other CRMs that are larger, it's missing a few items. However, they are constantly asking for feedback and then implementing changes to better their product. As a consumer, I like that I can see the company bettering themselves.

Pros: For my sales team, I like the task list and reminders you can create so that leads don't get lost. I like that I can see any contact that has happened, and I can see how a lead came to us, what pages they have been on, etc. It just gives me the visibility I need to hold my sales team accountable and also to really hone in our marketing efforts.

Cons: We don't pay for reporting from Hubspot, so I don't know if that would make some of the reporting easier, but I find it difficult to calculate things like close rates, and other KPIs with out doing a lot of manual work.

Overall: It keeps my sales team organized and accountable!

Pros: The ease of use, the ability to customize my view, snippets and templates under the sales upgrade are helpful too. Decent reporting

Cons: Don't like that you can't assign a task to more than one person, the formatting of the email doesn't work & don't like that you can create customized tags which would allow us to filter results based off the tag

Overall: Ties all of our sales and marketing efforts together. Great for remote teams like WebPunch. We like it but wish it had some small features/improvements.

Pros: I started using this software on the recommendation of some friends. I never imagined how it would help me improve control over the attention I give to my clients. It allows me to keep detailed control of the contacts made, dates, hours, customer data. It helps me send email directly from the application. It has helped me increase my sales and improve the satisfaction of my clients.

Cons: The software depends on a good Internet connection. Requires a URL or website to start the process. But after this step, you can count on the benefits of the system.

Overall: It has helped me improve my sales easily and simply. The software helps me control the sales management of my clients. I have improved the perception of the service of attention to my clients and this has increased my monthly income remarkably.

Pros: It's a big and mature CRM which can do pretty much everything. The UI is much nicer than in Salesforce, though I haven't used Lightning yet.
Auto-enrichment of leads worked mostly fine, though at least once it marked a 5ppl company as 100-500, so we ended up having a weird phone call.

Cons: Per user/month price is quite steep, and if you don't need a full CRM functionality, chances are, you can get away with one of the thousands of smaller niche products.
For example, we were using it primarily for email drip-campaigns, and I have a feeling that something like LeadIQ might've worked better. Not sure though, also the price is compatible.

Overall: We were able to keep track of all our contacts, we made during the marketing research.

Pros: It allows me to individually and personally manage the attention status of each client of my business. Previously I did it through a spreadsheet but it took me a lot of time and effort to keep my client database updated. By using this tool I could easily organize the situation of each client and take control of each one of them daily. Promoting my sales and improving the relationship with my clients. Additionally, it is free.

Cons: I am working hard to identify their weaknesses, but I still can not determine a disadvantage. The set of benefits offered to small and medium enterprises is great. The only thing that could generate problems is a bad Internet connection.

Overall: I am very excited about the incorporation of this tool in my company. It helped me completely change my ability to manage my relationship with my clients. My sales have increased and my clients are better and better served. It is a very versatile tool, it offers me great advantages in terms of the notification of offers, promotions and prices.

Pros: The connection to our email made it really easy to record all incoming and outgoing messages. It was good to have that history on all of our records. Templates and reports were helpful also. Modern design/interface.

Cons: Not much that we didn't like besides the fact that we often ended up with duplicate records (could have been more of an issue on OUR end) and the price was high

Pros: Each contact and company houses all the information (contacts, deals, notes, attachments, etc.) that your team will ever need to know about. Makes it very easy to reignite conversations with stale prospects long after the last touch point by sharing relevant content.

Cons: Some of the reporting features need to be optimized so that you can get a better idea of the last time a lifecycle stage or similar field were changed and not just "modified".
