Cons: Too many manual processes.
Reports could be better.

Comments: Because HubSpot CRM is on the same platform with HubSpot Marketing, it helps our sales and marketing alignment.

Pros: HubSpot CRM is free and comes with many different functions, it is a very good tool comparing to other paid CRM tools in the market. The intuitive user interface helps first time users to pick up the platform very easily.

Comments: Overall, we are extremely happy with this product!!! I would recommend everyone to try out their free version as it is very robust, you will be surprised that for many companies its functional is quite enough. However, the price per user is not suitable for everyone.

Pros: HubSpot CRM has a user-friendly interface that is extremely easy to use. I love that Hubspot collects all our work with marketing in one place. In addition, when you add a contact, CRM itself searches for it all the rest information on the Internet, it's very convenient. There is a large number of training materials, that will help you improve your work with this server. Also fast and friendly support team.

Cons: I do believe there is a little learning curve at first and can be a little bit complicated to understand how everything works there, but as soon as we figured out, everything was smooth.

Comments: Super friendly staff. I was told be another CRM representative that the free service is more limited than I may recognize but I haven't run into any issues yet.

Pros: Great CRM To Get Started! Free to start, great functionality, easy on boarding! Support staff that are interested/committed to making sure that you are utilizing the software to its highest capacity and growing your business as a result.

Pros: Love the integration. Works great for collaborations and keeping up with customer requests, projects, sales, and any other touch point

Cons: Slight learning curve. Some reporting features aren't as robust as I'd like, but the rest of the product's ease of use can make up for it.

Overall: Easy to use for small team working with same customers. Makes us look more professional.

Pros: It's amazing all the features this CRM has for zero price. I'm still amused that this is one of the bests CRMs on the market and you don't have to pay anything (if you only use standard CRM features)

Cons: It should have the option to do bulk emails (I know it's not Hubspot main purpose but it should be able to be done), and I think the pro features are a bit overpriced. Nevertheless, is one of the most complete CRMs even without comparing prices.

Pros: Its free!
You can start to learn Hubspot approach, if this is you thing, they also have discounts for start ups

Cons: Well, Free CRM is missing some basic features, that made Hubspot famous
I've read some cases and understood, that price would be too high when we will start to use all features.

Comments: It is great for keeping contact details organized.

Pros: It seems to integrate with just about anything. I have a buddy that controls the lights in his house (and the colors of those lights) with HubSpot.

Pros: The low price point is a big plus. It's a no-brainer solution for organizations that already use HubSpot COS and don't want to pay for a pricier solution. It has fairly robust functionality and will likely meet the needs of sales teams with simple to moderately-complex sales cycles and engagement processes. Also, the calling features, email/calendar sync, and meeting link functionality pieces are rock solid.

Cons: Lacks some of the bells and whistles of pricier platforms that would allow teams to create more-complex cadences. Other things like not being able to customize call dispositions and not being able to tie in Sales Pro functionality into COS Workflows, etc. Still, not a deal breaker for most sales teams, I think.

Pros: Ease of use, automated functions and automation tools, being able to integrate the add-on with e-mail has been one of the most used functions daily, in addition to the extension it has with Google Chrome. It's great!

Cons: The present presents faults with my inbox and my mailbox in the CRM, however it was solved by problem and worked great. Also I like to have the information organized and link the contacts that work in each company to which I must provide my professional service, save time by searching either telephone numbers, emails or any task stipulated for each of them.

Overall: In general, this is a good product. And to a great advantage, I am currently doing the courses they offer online at Huspot Academy, I recommend them because they help your company's marketing or if you want to use it in a personal way.

Pros: The HS CRM is great for anyone looking for a simple option that easily integrates into the rest of the HS platform. Marketing automation, sales leads and landing pages make the CRM shine like the beauty it is!

Cons: There are a few quirks that I'd like to see changed, however, that is more of a personal preference than an issue with the software.

Overall: hands down it's made my workload easier.

Pros: Recently we've started using Hubspot CRM for our team. We were having difficulties finding a CRM that worked well for both Project Management and Sales teams working together and Hubspot seemed like a natural transition. So far, we've found it to be quite beneficial. I really like looking at the tasks and seeing what the team is up to as a whole as they put what projects are in progress, on hold, etc.

Cons: What I like least is not being able to put an attachment with a task. I find that is something that really needs to be improved upon. Also, tasks only open up in a small tab to the side, it would be nice to be able to open it similarly to notes.

Overall: Being able to track emails, track communications between clients, find logins all in once place and the import we had from highrise to this was also super helpful.

Pros: I love being able to have the information stored, specifying its modality, be it personal or of an entire company, also it offers you the help of search in a simple way. It shows you in graphs the daily advance and facilitates the day to day with only to link your electronic mail tray, it can be followed with the extension that Google has, it is fantastic.

Overall: I currently use Hubspot Sales, which facilitates my day to day work, doing email tracking, scheduling tasks and even calls to my clients. The service is fantastic.

Pros: I really love this tool, one of it´s best features are the Dashboards with reports and the new Analytics. This really helps us know where our leads come from and how we can make the process better.

Cons: Sometimes there are bugs, but these get solved very quickly by the customer success team. I am also missing more integrations, but there are always solutions with Zapier.

Pros: I like how customizable it is - you can select custom fields to track and configure your Kanban board however you'd like. I also love the ability to track each client and the email communication that has happened throughout the year.

Cons: There are so many features that I have a hard time finding which ones would be most helpful to my team.

Pros: This CRM is very useful at the time of optimizing times, our customers whose main goal is sales, always ask us to use a tool that helped us to make sales more and more. So we found CRM HubSopt that has given us that and much more when it comes to operating sales campaigns

Cons: As for the cons, we would only like to obtain personalized data, for the moment of creating reports of campaigns that we have run.

Pros: Looking for a simple (and free CRM) to help track sales activity and report to ownership, my google search results turned up three likely solutions: Insightly, Zoho and Hubspot. I signed up for free trials of all three and just started to poke and play around in each. I was immediately blown away by Hubspot's email integration with gmail, the auto-fill of customer data from the web, and the ease of use. Within a very short period of time, it was clear to me that Hubspot was the solution for me.

Cons: We probably won't use much of the forecasting and sales performance features, so it would be nice to be able to turn those off or hide them easily.

This one kinda got thrown at me. From what I've seen it does a good job.

Pros: The graphs and charts from the overview are a great way to get a lot of information at a glance. The ease of entering in fields initially is a cinch once you have built a database of clients and or suppliers.

Cons: finding and entering in information when not already in the database takes time. some more intuition could be built in here. Also as you build you database of clients and enter in their info you have to ask yourself if this is being sold on the black market. ;)

Overall: The charts build automatically so I don't have to do it any more.

Pros: It is easy to set-up, the free version has enough basic features to be worthwhile. It is integrated with other software platforms, making sending a contract or email very easy to do.

Cons: The email opt-out functionality is limited and exposes risk. While creating new contacts the default actions can limit other team members visibility into the details for each company.

Pros: HubSpot can be customized to your business in many ways. Most features can be accessed with the Sales Starter package as well. You can mix in free users with paid users, which is nice if your boss wants basic access to view things like sales reports and only your sales reps need the more robust access. The integrations with email and your business website are also really valuable.

Cons: It took me a long time to get a response from the sales rep. Also the customer support rep only blocked 30 minutes to help get me onboarded and had to cut me off when I still had questions. When you actually have their attention though they are very nice and helpful.

Comments: After coming from an extremely expensive and cumbersome CRM, HubSpot CRM has been such a refreshing experience. I have the ability to make the necessary changes that update instantly. It has been great for my team and has increased and streamlined communication throughout all departments.

Cons: Less Compatibility with Safari Notes feature needs some updating. You are not able to directly reply to notes you are tagged in. You must start a new note to reply. \ iPhone App does not provide the ability to use all features

So far I dealt with great people from Hubspot who were always there to guide and help incase of any problem
Great templates

Cons: The Newsletters. As much as my contacts are arranged neatly and I have nice templates , I cant send a newsletter to my contacts in bulk .

Pros: I love the ease of use in tracking lead flow, contacts, deals, and companies I am working with. It is easy to import data as well, and there are some great features when adding that will repopulate certain details that might already be available. This makes it easy to add information.

Cons: Without paying more, sometimes there is a limit to pipelines that can be created. Since we have multiple teams using the software, there has been a need for numerous pipelines so the limitation has kept us from adding some pipelines that could be helpful to certain teams. We could upgrade to add more, but it doesn't make sense at this point.

Pros: Hubspot is super easy to use. I like that it also offer a free version to users. I like that most of the functionalities are is easy to find and are pretty reliable.

Cons: - Packages are not as flexible as I would prefer - Prices for packages are expensive. Small business would not be able to sustain an account

Pros: There are constantly new features being added to this and bugs that once made this hard to justify for larger organizations have been fixed.

Cons: Reporting could be better. Contact limits when connecting this to a HubSpot Marketing portal get a little annoying.

Pros: Management of marketing and sales pipelines were easy, and the visualizations were nice and easy to setup.

Cons: Lacked a lot of features that didn't go inline with their inbound marketing methodology. Cold prospecting is nearly impossible. Don't like how you have to pay extra for more metrics on your dashboard.

Comments: Overall, this is a good product. You can't expect more for the free version.

Pros: This CRM is easy to use and handles my needs. It also allows us to grow as time goes on. So far, we have had no issues with the program itself.

Cons: The customer chat service is hit or miss. I have tried three times to get assistance and only managed to get a response once.

Pros: Ease of use. Interface is clean and carrying out most tasks are usually straightforward. Support is prompt with responding to any issues or problems we've had. They really do take the time to listen and care about their customers.

Cons: I miss the drag-and-drop, modular functionality of our previous email software. HubSpot's email designer is fine (and we've really had no problems), but there are times when I'd love to cherry-pick which elements I'm going to include in an email, rather than having to create a template for it.

Pros: Great price. Easy to set up. Great feature set. Outstanding (!!!) support. These folks are head and shoulders above salesforce while being a much smaller, (much,much,much) less expensive option. Month to month billing. (again SalesForce, get over yourself.) Great Start HubSpot! Thank you for being a Human Being about supporting your paid products (I am talking to you Google, SalesForce, Zoho, etc! Yeah I said it...The age of "I am sure one our customers will support you in the forum." is over.)

Cons: Lack key features for location specific sales. For example, you can't search for a company by its address i the Global Search Bar. They seem to focus on Sales through a Marketing perspective. Feels like they lack Sales People's input in the design. They miss some obvious items.

Pros: I started using HubSpot Sales because I wanted a tool that would let me track email opens. HubSpot is great for this. I can see who opens my emails and how many times they do it. This helps me follow up with prospects a the right time. Then I explored their sales CRM and used it for a few months. It's a nice free tool to track your leads. It helped me organize my prospecting and motivated me to set (and meet) a monthly income goal.

Cons: The free CRM is not mind-blowing, but it makes sense. They paid CRM has a lot more capabilities but it would only be suitable for bigger businesses. Setting up customized reports is complicated.

Pros: We are 20 people and CRM is the cornerstone of every communication and interaction with the customer: HubSpot CRM has allowed us to rediscover the centrality of the individual - contact, without having to get lost among various software and email accounts
On the contact we find logging in automatic: the emails sent and the answers to these emails, phone calls and scheduled appointments (which also go into Google Calendar). For us, it is an out-of-the-ordinary tool for this timeline on the contact, that allows us to "know" even prospects with which other people in the company have never had anything to do.
The deals are also a very well thought out and easy to manage tool.
The fact that the basic functions are free and there is no cost per seat ... well, it makes it an extraordinary tool

Cons: In order to have access to complete and in-depth reporting, ie a Business Intelligence able to show all information and data to understand various aspects of our company, we have to go towards advanced paid-level reporting. Not bad considering that everything else is free.

Overall: We work all more aligned, we do not lose any information on the customer, we can trace the history of the various points of cotnatto that a customer or a prospect has had with the different departments, we simplify the life and work becomes less stressful with this tool under but no.
In addition, integration with the marketing side makes it fly, allowing a truly segmentation of contacts based on their behavior and interactions with our digital content.

Pros: The basic end of the software is relatively easy to use, allowing new users to be up and running in an afternoon. Integrations are quick and easy with other systems from gmail to Salesforce. Once templates and sequences are up and running, sales staff can easily and confidently manage their own marketing. The ability to create offline tasks is a great way to formalise your sales processes, and get either your outbound or inbound sales teams closing more business!

Cons: It would be nice if the sales version allowed you to send on behalf of another user. Whilst you can see stats, set up templates and add contacts, when it comes to the crunch the person signing off the emails has to send them. Also, some of the limitations are far from clear, because upgraded functionality is always visible, if you have a mix of paid and free users this can lead to a lot of confusion.

Pros: CRM is free for companies. Can't beat that. Reporting and dashbord creations are a bit more, but it's worth it. Their customer service is GREAT! They are prompt and always make sure the case is closed before moving on.
You have everything you need to (basic level) run a sales team in this software .
Easy to train for reps.

Cons: Reporting is not good, it is very limited. I am often unable to pull the metrics I need simpey due to ease of use. I feel like HS is lacking in workflow modification, ease of use in setting up reports and workflows, too many clicks to report on something, no drilling down on reports. Basically, they don't have what I need to run a sales team.

Pros: We implemented Hubspot CRM thinking it was simply a CRM but quickly realized that it is a way of thinking and interacting with all people, both internal and external to our team. Hubspot is best for teams looking to make the jump from where founders are doing all the sales to now having a professional team, even potentially distributed group, doing the sales, marketing, and anything else representing the business.

Cons: There is very little I don't like. The biggest challenge is that the system has SO MANY functions that it does take concerted effort to educate yourself and your team on how to best implement and leverage Hubspot. Fortunately, there are tremendous free resources Hubspot offers to make sure that your onboarding is smooth and ROI is high. To ensure this worked for us one person on our team worked to become facile with these resources and then was the directly responsible individual for learning and training people on our team to make sure we were efficient and effective. Don't try to learn it all, there is simply too much that is offered

Overall: HubSpot CRM handles the basics of a CRM system -- contacts, companies, deals, tasks -- very well. The user interface is easy to use and HubSpot update both the UI and the features regularly. Support is easy to deal with and quick to respond. Plenty of training materials and not that hard for users to learn on their own.

Comments: Encourage everyone to at least try this software for a couple weeks and see how well they adapt to it. Easy to use and simple approach.

Pros: Great ability to set up future "tasks" on certain dates/times. Instead of overloading a calendar with a "to-do" list, using the tasks reminders is more convenient, and straightforward.

Cons: Having "double-entry" leads and customers can be cumbersome, but easy to fix if needed. Not having email addresses can be a hurdle.

Pros: We really liked the user interface of HubSpot CRM. They created an interface that simplified the CRM processes and made it easy for our team (even those who were not so tech savvy) to easily use the platform.

Cons: There are limitations on the free version which is natural to expect, but those limitations forced us to consider upgrading to the paid version or looking for a cheaper alternative. We didn't have any problems with HubSpot CRM other than we were able to find different software that did what we needed at a freemium plan.

Overall: Saves us time and made it easy to track leads, accounts, deals and sales. One of the best features is the ability to type in a web address and the program can auto-fill the rest of the business information it finds online.

Pros: Hubspot has been our organization's first attempt at using a dedicated CRM, so my review is admittedly not going to be the most informed. With that said, I am very satisfied with the platform and its functionality, and it has allowed us to stay much more on top of leads than we ever were before - this has resulted in a significant increase in our sales volume. On top of that, I really enjoy the email tracking, and feel that this really helps our communication with clients and leads flow well.

Cons: Given that my CRM experience is limited, I have not encountered any particular cons. So far, I have just felt that our own discipline in logging into the program has been the biggest downfall, but that's our failing, not the programs.

Pros: The price and depth of functionality for their freemium version is incredible. It's simple to set up and can more easily than other systems be migrated into a more advanced CRM system.

Cons: There's some limitations in workflows and automation in HubSpot CRM at times. It's not at Salesforce prices, though, so it's worth the inconvenience if you don't want to upgrade to a solution like Salesforce.

For the most part, I've been able to create automations and integrations through Zapier, which has been helpful.

Pros: The number of different functions that you're given: templates, sequencing, custom attributes, filtering, etc. If you're smart about using them they can really help you.

Cons: Despite the great number of functionalities, they sometimes don't deliver what they promise - for example threading when sending out an automated mail sequence. There's no bulk sequencing in Hubspot CRM as well. I understand that we want to keep it personal but if you have a lot of emails to send, bulking sometimes helps a lot.

Overall: Automatizing some processes, database of client information, filtering that client information to your needs, meeting links that create a contact in the CRM when meeting is set up, automated email sequences, nice e-mail templates that integrate to gmail.

I also like how I can customize the main contact window to see when was the last time I emailed a contact, and when was the last time they opened an email from me -- very nice!

Cons: The free and paid versions both lack the ability to mass email your contacts which really slows down productivity. I was told that the paid version offers "Sequences" that allow you to send the same email to multiple people, however, you need to create a sequence, then individually add your contacts to the sequence and honestly its easier and faster to send an email one at a time with the free version. The only other feature the paid version offers are unlimited email templates, but hardly worth the seat in my opinion.

Pros: Very modern and intuitive user interface. It has all the basic functionalities you need. We are a small business and do not need a complex set up, as such I'm not able to say if this is great for larger businesses but for us this is perfect.

It also has a great chrome extension which automatically copies emails into the crm and tracks opens.

Cons: - I was not able to figure out how to customize the view that users see for their dashboards, and contact profiles. I haven't written support yet as the team is small enough that I have just set up each user's views while on their account.

Pros: Does a great job tracking people whom you are emailing. Integrates pretty seamlessly with web applications like Gmail.

Pros: Great Support; Ease of use. Addition of Sequences is a great tool - you can create email sequences. Lot's of Automation Was up and running in no time.

Cons: The email sequence doesn't work exactly correct (threading needs some work), but it is fine. Would be nice if they offered a single user professional license, so that ALL features, including workflows, were available for the single user.

Pros: I like the fact that it's free. If you're totally committed to not paying for your CRM, then HubSpot is for you. You can have an unlimited amount of contacts and companies in your database and not pay a dime. I also love the fact that you can input a company's website and it will give you a ton of data about them, including revenue, address, phone number, etc.

Cons: I wish that there was an easier way to export the addresses of my contacts. Whenever I try to do this, it either doesn't include the address at all or it includes the address of the company itself, not the contacts at the company. I also wish there was a way to exclude certain email addresses from being tracked in the CRM. If you link HubSpot with your email account, they track everything you ever send from your email account and put it in your CRM. Filtering through all that gets annoying.

Pros: I have used HubSpot several times and for a few different reasons and it worked great for each reason.

Cons: I found that it was difficult or time-consuming to parse information into the platform. I have about 9k LinkedIn connections and definitely don't want to enter each in individually.

Pros: Hubspot has an excellent CRM, I've been using the free version but seriously thinking of upgrading. Ability to export contacts, track email openings and create templates for marketing.

Cons: Only 200 free email notifications per month. Doesn't seem to always start over at the beginning of each month.

Pros: After having to put up with almost every single CRM out there from Salesforce, Pardot, Marketo, Eloqua, and Exact Target -- nobody's done it better than Hubspot. They've managed to simply and make more intuitive the tools necessary to marketers. I also found their progressive profiling capabilities incredibly smart and easy to configure

Cons: You get what you pay for with Hubspot, they are expensive -- there's no easy way to say it. I also don't like how their customer service and sales team have recently started feeling a little bit like car salesman trying to close a deal.

Comments: Really glad that they Grandfathered features from the free version since we started playing with it before their price increase!

Pros: Free version, with unlimited users. i also liked that multiple people from my company can be on at different levels, some on free version and some on paid version.

Cons: Wish there was not so much wasted space on each page and information boxes displayed more info in less space. Also wish notes, and emails that are logged were searchable. Wish it integrated with more programs, quick books for starters.

Pros: I love how everything about a contact is all in one place. From the first moment, they visit your website, to every conversion they've made on your website, all contacts with the company they've had, any meetings, calls, or emails. It's all right there in the Contact Record of the CRM.

This helps the marketing and sales team implement "Smarketing" in a seamless manner. Sales reps have all the marketing data in order to tailor their sales approach to a contact. Marketing has all the sales qualification necessities to add to their lead scoring system, so they can intelligently pass off marketing qualified leads to the sales team once they reach a specific score.

It tracks all the sales representative's performance, interactions, productivity and more. This helps sales managers know what their team is doing and how well they are doing at all times.

You also have a Deals section, where you can track all sales opportunities that have potential to become a customer and their path to either becoming a customer or a lost sales opportunity. That gives HubSpot the ability to better forecast your sales month-to-month for bottom line reports.

I love how you can call a contact directly from their contact record in the CRM, record it, take notes, and see all the information in front of you while you're speaking to them. That helps sales professionals increase their sales calls productivity and outcomes.

The HubSpot CRM can also integrate with your Gmail and Office 365.

Cons: The downside to the CRM is the limitation of integrating with your Gmail or Office 365. If you do not have your email or business hosted by Google/Gmail or Office 365, then it cannot fully integrate into your email system. The ability to have all the features of the HubSpot CRM right within your Inbox saves a lot of time and hassle of having to open up the HubSpot CRM and perform your tasks and communications there with a SQL.

There's the option to use IMAP with Microsoft Exchange if your company is hosted by another platform but still uses Microsoft 16 Exchange for your email service. But the drawback to this is that it is a bumpy road to setting up, and you do not have all the features and capabilities that you would have normally with Office 365 and a Business Gmail Account.

The price is also a common issue. HubSpot offers a free CRM but there are great limitations to this free CRM. It forces you to pay for the Sales Pro which is costly to add on to your other costs for the HubSpot platform such as the HubSpot CMS, MAP & Marketing.

With that being said, there are other CRMs that integrate with the HubSpot platform as an alternative and cheaper solution to having a robust CRM. The best one I have seen accomplish this is the BlueCamroo CRM.

Overall: Time, Insights and the most personalized communications with any Sales Qualified Leads assigned to me. I can see what website pages they have viewed, the emails they opened or click on, the content offers they have downloaded, their social media profiles and their company information.

This is really useful when you are trying to reach a contact but not come across as "salesy" or "sleazy." You can tailor your outreach to the things you know they are most interested in because the HubSpot CRM gives you all that information in one single Contact Record.

The tracking capabilities are as great as the HubSpot Marketing Platform's tracking capabilities. This makes the entire cycle of creating brand awareness and expertise to increase your sales opportunities and customers, so simple and seamless.

You can tie everything back to the overall ROI for your business, which is what most executives care about. They need bottom-line results, and the HubSpot CRM already provides you with these bottom line reports with charts, numbers and professional look.

Pros: Our Sales team can now spend their time selling! This software is user friendly and helps our entire team keep up with where the customer is in the sales process. If anyone has a question about a customer or a sale, it is all right at our fingertips. Our sales team loves the reminders to follow up so no customer goes untouched.

Cons: We really don't have any cons for this software. Our sales team would like the mobile app to work exactly like the software on their PC, but it is not a huge issue.

Comments: If you don't need printed reports or specific data exports, it would be a good option to try.

Pros: The product is web-based, making it accessible from any location with internet access. One of the best features is the ability to customize fields, field locations in the record and contact views, making it possible to quickly see the most important information about the physician and the physician's office. Another great feature is the ease of adding contacts to a company profile, which aggregates the input for all contacts in one location. It's a fairly intuitive app with good online usage processes clearly explained. Lots of integration with other software in the marketing/sales stack.

Cons: The only concern I have is the reporting capabilities. It's designed to keep all communication and reporting digital, meaning the ability to print high value reports does not exist. Data exports to a file aren't possible either for activity, notes or tasks. I understand the strategy, but there are still many execs out there who want written reports.
