Pros: My favorite aspect of HubSpot CRM is the ability to track all activities and link it to other documents. This aspect combined with how quick and easy is to set a reminder for a follow-up call or email, helps me guarantee success with prospects and customers.

The second best aspect, in my opinion, it's the integration with the HubSpot marketing platform, since I can easily see the workflows that a potential client has had, the downloads that he has made and when he has made interactions in my websites.

But I know that for many people the fact that it is Free and that it connects to many 3rd party Apps, is it most important selling point. Though personally I've only connected it to WordPress websites and some Email Marketing platforms.

Lastly, something that I don't see people talk a lot about, is that the sales pipelines helps close more deals with less work, as it organizes and tracks every aspect and helps it grow and develop in the right direction.

Cons: Only two specific points comes to my mind.

The CRM lacks the ability to add multiple email addresses to a single contact record. Sometimes I start a conversation with a contact through a work email, but then sends some information through a secondary email address. Even though it is something small, I think it limits my capacity to contact.

And also the ability to merge companies would also be of great help, since HubSpot CRM does not have any tool to join the information of the contacts of different organizations.

Overall: I've used several instances of HubSpot CRM in jobs at different corporations as well as help set the CRM to a few clients in the past. The fact that it is Free and extremely easy to use has motivated me to recommend it to many friends, from the smallest individual contractors and freelancers to actually large companies.

Pros: Hubspot is user-friendly, attractive, and useful for different levels of expertise. We use it for the website, blog, social media, email, and CRM.

The content around the software is fantastic, with active blogs for different user groups, detailed guidance for how to use functionalities and what you could use them for, and templates to help you tackle projects. They provide a lot of resources to help you get the best out of Hubspot, and if you're stuck, the customer support is responsive and helpful.

Something I particularly like about Hubspot is how actively they are developing it. It seems to be every month that we receive an update of new features, functionality or integrations. They have recently added the ability to manage multiple currencies, which people had been really actively asking for on the community forum, and I was so pleased to see this added. Hubspot clearly listen to the feedback and suggestions from the community.

Cons: There are some things which are a bit inflexible. For example, the Industry field for Companies is very large and has a lot of industries which would never be relevant to us. I would like to be able to delete or at least hide features and information which we never use and would never use.

Our email is on Outlook Exchange, which unfortunately means we are unable to use some of Hubspot's functions, like being able to email from within the platform and the Meetings function, which I would love to be able to use.

Overall: I use it every day, and I am still constantly learning new things and finding new ways to use it and make my work easier. I am definitely a Hubspot champion.

Pros: This software has made my life so much easier! With automatic email logging and the ability to make notes, log phone calls and other important documents, Hubspot keeps all of my important information in one place. Hubspot gives me the ability to store all my clients details, their company details and all my communication with them in one bit of software. This makes it easy to look back over whenever I need to and keep up to date with what's going on. Hubspot also has the ability to have multiple team members within one account. Although this isn't something I use currently, it is something I have used in the past. This feature is wonderful for all team members to see emails both incoming and outgoing from customers / clients and is a life saver for looking back over email / telephone communications say if a team member is off ill and their client needs looking after for a few days.

Hubspot has also been updated to comply with GDPR standards.

A key positive for Hubspot for me is the knowledge that my collected data will stay in Hubspot for as long as I keep the software. As I am looking to take on employees within the next year, these new team members will be able to learn about exiting customers / clients through the information stored in Hubspot.

Cons: It can be a little pricy for individuals. Personally, I went back to the free plan after not feeling I got my moneys worth out of the more advanced plan.

Hubspot doesn't always integrate with other software you may have, or sometimes it will integrate but not as well as you would like.

I use Spark email for OS. Although Hubspot does still track my outgoing and incoming email, if I BCC clients into an email, this isn't tracked in Hubspot. This can be a little annoying but it's not a deal breaker for me.

Overall: Overall, I would definitely recommend Hubspot to any business who wants to keep records of client data and communication.

Pros: I love how everything about a contact is all in one place. From the first moment, they visit your website, to every conversion they've made on your website, all contacts with the company they've had, any meetings, calls, or emails. It's all right there in the Contact Record of the CRM.

This helps the marketing and sales team implement "Smarketing" in a seamless manner. Sales reps have all the marketing data in order to tailor their sales approach to a contact. Marketing has all the sales qualification necessities to add to their lead scoring system, so they can intelligently pass off marketing qualified leads to the sales team once they reach a specific score.

It tracks all the sales representative's performance, interactions, productivity and more. This helps sales managers know what their team is doing and how well they are doing at all times.

You also have a Deals section, where you can track all sales opportunities that have potential to become a customer and their path to either becoming a customer or a lost sales opportunity. That gives HubSpot the ability to better forecast your sales month-to-month for bottom line reports.

I love how you can call a contact directly from their contact record in the CRM, record it, take notes, and see all the information in front of you while you're speaking to them. That helps sales professionals increase their sales calls productivity and outcomes.

The HubSpot CRM can also integrate with your Gmail and Office 365.

Cons: The downside to the CRM is the limitation of integrating with your Gmail or Office 365. If you do not have your email or business hosted by Google/Gmail or Office 365, then it cannot fully integrate into your email system. The ability to have all the features of the HubSpot CRM right within your Inbox saves a lot of time and hassle of having to open up the HubSpot CRM and perform your tasks and communications there with a SQL.

There's the option to use IMAP with Microsoft Exchange if your company is hosted by another platform but still uses Microsoft 16 Exchange for your email service. But the drawback to this is that it is a bumpy road to setting up, and you do not have all the features and capabilities that you would have normally with Office 365 and a Business Gmail Account.

The price is also a common issue. HubSpot offers a free CRM but there are great limitations to this free CRM. It forces you to pay for the Sales Pro which is costly to add on to your other costs for the HubSpot platform such as the HubSpot CMS, MAP & Marketing.

With that being said, there are other CRMs that integrate with the HubSpot platform as an alternative and cheaper solution to having a robust CRM. The best one I have seen accomplish this is the BlueCamroo CRM.

Overall: Time, Insights and the most personalized communications with any Sales Qualified Leads assigned to me. I can see what website pages they have viewed, the emails they opened or click on, the content offers they have downloaded, their social media profiles and their company information.

This is really useful when you are trying to reach a contact but not come across as "salesy" or "sleazy." You can tailor your outreach to the things you know they are most interested in because the HubSpot CRM gives you all that information in one single Contact Record.

The tracking capabilities are as great as the HubSpot Marketing Platform's tracking capabilities. This makes the entire cycle of creating brand awareness and expertise to increase your sales opportunities and customers, so simple and seamless.

You can tie everything back to the overall ROI for your business, which is what most executives care about. They need bottom-line results, and the HubSpot CRM already provides you with these bottom line reports with charts, numbers and professional look.

Pros: CRM is completely free, until you want to upgrade and add more features.

Really easy way to easily keep track of all contact and see what actions they have been taking.

Very intuitive tool.

Helpful snapshot of metrics with the dashboards.

Cons: There are only a few cons to the HubSpot CRM - sometimes it can be slow at loading changes to the database and occasionally it does crash and needs to be refreshed multiple times before it returns to normal.

There is a big jump in price (from free) to adding on the additional features such as reporting features.

Overall: I am an inbound marketing exec who uses HubSpot on a daily basis. The company I work for, Strategic IC, is a B2B digital marketing agency that helps clients generate qualified leads via inbound marketing and sales, social media and open source web development. We are a Platinum Certified HubSpot partner and therefore also promote the use of HubSpot to our own clients. We use HubSpot to run various different Inbound campaigns, and create lots of landing pages, blogs, workflows etc through HubSpot. HubSpot is used throughout the whole of the company and is a very easy and intelligent tool to use.

The biggest pro is that the HubSpot CRM is completely free! It is well worth using and trying out to see if it suits all of your needs before upgrading to any other packages. I find the CRM tool to be very intuitive - it really helps when tracking what a contact has been doing, for example if an email has been delivered into their inbox, or whether they have read the email etc. Additionally, the dashboards provided by the CRM are a very helpful snapshot of your metrics, however I do feel they could provide a lot more depth.

There are only a few cons to the HubSpot CRM - sometimes it can be slow at loading changes to the database and occasionally it does crash and needs to be refreshed multiple times before it returns to normal. Also there is a big jump in price (from free) to add on the reporting features, which can put some clients off upgrading the tool further.

Recommendations to other buyers: Try before you buy! The CRM is free, only upgrade if you feel it is necessary. I think the CRM would be suitable for both small and larger businesses.

Pros: HubSpot CRM really is a one-stop shop for marketing, from email integration and project management to blogging and landing pages. There are so many functions and a great library of resources/videos (and HubSpot Academy) to learn the basics of each part. Technical support has been outstanding, as well.

Cons: While the library of resources/videos and HubSpot Academy is amazing, what lacks - sometimes significantly so - is the actual hands-on application of that learning. One example (of many): activating/including social media channels on an email. The actual ins and outs of doing that aren't fully explained in articles/videos, at least not in a way that walks you through the process. If you don't have a great understanding of templates, design manager, and similar features - at least for me - it's a real challenge. Calling or emailing support often results in receiving a link to an article or video that I've already watched a few times.

Overall: HubSpot is an excellent option for a business or marketing team that wants to benefit from automation, cutting-edge instruction and trends, and overall excellent technical support. While the above entry about what I like least about the software is lengthy, it's still possible to get the help I need by making a call or two. If there was more attention to providing practical application of academy certificates/lessons I'd be able to say HubSpot is 100 percent user-friendly.

Perhaps my perception is different from some others because I was brand-new to marketing 18 months ago after a three-decade plus career as a print journalist. I imagine that someone who already has a basic, working knowledge of CRM platforms would find this one less challenging.

I highly and gladly recommend HubSpot CRM.

Pros: You can customize the filters and save the ones that are needed in the campaign. You can create custom views so you can focus on key indicators or particular type of lead so the representatives can focus on the right people that match the potential leads or customers for your service or product. You can easily track the progress through recent email clicks, recent sales email replied date. Customize the dispositions in order to manage your leads effectively and efficiently. What's best in Hubspot CRM is you can give your representatives a goal and you can create action steps to take every week in order to maximize your sales potential and not miss on buyers. You can easily track the type of industry , type of buyers that highly match your buyer criteria. There are numerous features and when used depending on the lead status effectively, you can surely see sales progress without missing a single potential sale. Instead of working on thousands of leads, your representatives will be working on only hundreds but sure sale.

Cons: Management should all be trained on each feature and identify significant filters and customs that fit your campaign and client metrics. Your representatives should be trained well on the software. I advise you hire tech savvy Sales representatives at the same time fast learners. It takes time to perfect the system and some may not use some important features and just use common features because they need to call more people.

Pros: We are 20 people and CRM is the cornerstone of every communication and interaction with the customer: HubSpot CRM has allowed us to rediscover the centrality of the individual - contact, without having to get lost among various software and email accounts

On the contact we find logging in automatic: the emails sent and the answers to these emails, phone calls and scheduled appointments (which also go into Google Calendar). For us, it is an out-of-the-ordinary tool for this timeline on the contact, that allows us to "know" even prospects with which other people in the company have never had anything to do.

The deals are also a very well thought out and easy to manage tool.

The fact that the basic functions are free and there is no cost per seat ... well, it makes it an extraordinary tool

Cons: In order to have access to complete and in-depth reporting, ie a Business Intelligence able to show all information and data to understand various aspects of our company, we have to go towards advanced paid-level reporting. Not bad considering that everything else is free.

Overall: We work all more aligned, we do not lose any information on the customer, we can trace the history of the various points of cotnatto that a customer or a prospect has had with the different departments, we simplify the life and work becomes less stressful with this tool under but no.

In addition, integration with the marketing side makes it fly, allowing a truly segmentation of contacts based on their behavior and interactions with our digital content.

Pros: My favorite thing about this software is that it's free. It made choosing a CRM an easy decision, and we have stuck with it since we made it. I like that it's easy to customize just about anything in terms of fields and that there are no limits on doing that.

I also enjoy the templates and email tracking feature, which supposedly has a limit in the free account but I somehow continue to get notifications when people open my emails.

Another favorite aspect that keeps me coming back to it is the Deals area - having a kanban board for deals is immensely helpful, and we use that heavily along with quota and forecasting reports related to it. There isn't a better way to get a snapshot on how your business is doing than to just look a kanban board of all your open deals and where they are in the pipeline.

Cons: Some of the software can seem a bit old and clunky, like a lot of CRMs. I miss the social autofilling options that Prosperworks has, and I don't find there to be anything particularly special about the user interface. Lists of contacts and navigating through a profile doesn't look especially modern, but it does get the job done.

It's hard to be upset with any of those issues though because well, it's free. For free, it does an amazing job.

Overall: The biggest benefit is getting a fleshed out CRM without spending a dime. For a small organization, this is a huge benefit because you can start immediately implementing the CRM and getting into the habit of taking notes and managing customers. Later on you might want to migrate to a different CRM, but in the meantime, this is a no risk situation to get started and actually is better than a lot of paid CRMs out there.

Pros: I tried to like how well it worked with our hubspot automation software.

Cons: That nothing in Hubspot CRM was setup for the use of sales people.

First off, the permission settings are a joke. Either people have access to everything, or nothing. And even if they have access to nothing, they can still SEE everything, just not edit it.

Second, Tasks. A pretty standard tool of the sales rep is the tasks piece of software. Tasks in Hubspot don't really have anything to do with the sales rep. Except, that a sales rep can't call the task, unless he owns the contact. Seems simple right? But when you fire a sales rep, you can't move their contacts and tasks together. So the only way to ensure you do this correctly is one at a time. My company gets a few hundred leads a day, so this is extremely unpleasant.

Third is support. Often I call to ask how to do something, say to switch 1000 contacts and tasks over to a new sales rep. Or something simple. I'm initially told that it's easy, then put on hold. Then told it's not possible. As if nobody at Hubspot has ever actually used Hubspot.

Overall: We manage to use it day by day. But it's clear that Hubspot CRM isn't built for a fast moving, largely phone sales oriented company like ours. It's perhaps better for something with a long sales cycle. For a sales rep who has 15 prospects he's working, not 200.

Pros: The user tracking functionalities out-of-the-box are unmatched. It's very easy to track what leads do in your website and it's random-to-known lead matching technology is great. Building your website within the HubSpot ecosystem will yield a fast website that is easy to edit, that follows SEO best practices and is extremely stable all around. And the marketing automation features are simply one of the best in the industry.

Cons: The reporting functionalities aren't great. There are many small little details and limitations in different tools that doesn't make sense to most folks and makes you wonder why HubSpot doesn't allow it. Sometimes implementing conversion goal tracking from other systems isn't as easy as it could be. Lastly, some of the pricing tiers and features don't make complete sense to me and the software can get pretty expensive if you have too many contacts in your database.

Overall: I have 4+ years of experience using HubSpot, day in and day out, and have used it extensively both in-house and with multiple clients of all different sizes. I also have significant experience with other CRMs including Marketo, Pardot, and Salesforce. I say that HubSpot is still the top CRM and marketing software platform in the industry for the features listed above, but also for their responsive and fast-acting customer support team. Overall I highly recommend HubSpot.

Pros: I like that HubSpot practices what it preaches. They educate customers (and the public) in inbound marketing techniques, the very techniques they're using themselves to earn customers! The product itself is easy to use and intuitive. Whenever we think up something we want to do (a specific tactic or approach), we always know that HubSpot can accommodate that idea. What I like best is the seamless way in which we can manage all of our blogging, website, social media, and enews all in one platform and see all of the analytics in that same place. Everyday we are logging into Hubspot to schedule social media posts, blogs, edit automated workflows, and more. Other staff use the tool for a monthly touchpoint email they send to their lists of contacts. And weekly, we send our FatherSource enewsletter from within HubSpot using the email templates. Further, HubSpot integrates with our Salesforce CRM, and provides valuable information to our sales staff, which can help them better help our customers/potential customers. We assign leads that come through HubSpot and feed into Salesforce for personal follow-up from NFI staff.

Cons: As for what I like least: nothing! Seriously. We couldn't be as successful as we are today without this tool. We have two people managing our marketing and Hubspot acts as a third person. Before HubSpot we were using Constant Contact, The Raisers Edge contact database, Blogspot, and Blackbaud Net Community for our website, and posting separately on twitter, Facebook, and linked in. Now we can do all of this in one place! If I had to choose one thing I like least, it's that there is a not a plug-in for drafting, distributing, and monitoring press releases and incorporating them into overall marketing campaigns. I think HubSpot could help us be more efficient in this way. Fortunately, this deficiency isn't not really a major concern for us.

Recommendations to other buyers: I suggest considering all of the marketing tasks you and your team does on a weekly basis and evaluate whether the tool you are considering can a) save you time and b) allow you to report on all of your work in one place. HubSpot saves us tons of time, because all of the aspects of any campaign are located within one system. There's no jumping around to disparate systems to complete tasks and measure success. Also, be sure thats it's easy to use for anyone in your office, even those who are less technology-savvy.

Pros: To start off with Hubspot is Simple and Powerful. With their easy to use interface, you can get the overview and contact information you need and this is even customizable per user.

Hubspot also offers a great In-Sync with their Marketing, sales and service Hub, because all systems use the same database.

Hubspot is a great solution that offers a product for business with a growth ambition and is able to grow along with them

HubSpot CRM (and other tools) are constantly in development, so features that you miss might come soon. it's great to work with a tool that adapts to the changing demand and technology.

Cons: In my opinion there are no real cons for working with Hubspot. But there is something you have to consider (or learn to live with). Hubspot is a fast-moving company that releases new features on in a fast passed.

the downside of this is that new features are not as must buildout as you should wish they were.

Overall: HubSpot CRM it's Simple, Powerful and able to scale with your organisation, what more can you wish for? Not only the platform offers a great experience, but the support is great as well. They have great idea's and are always there to help you out.

of course, they have some small isues every once in a wile, but it's all wel wordt it

Comments: The tool is unusual in terms of use at the beginning. We have gone through a lot of pieces of training and read a lot of documentation, and finally, we have increased the number of customers by to 20 percent thanks to improved communication. The support team has helped us a lot. The program is suitable for marketing purposes only in the most expensive version, all others are only partially designed for that, so consider it when choosing the best one for you. Generally, there are no problems that can not be resolved, so give it a try.

Pros: "An excellent solution for those who want to keep everything on their eyes. Within this CRM program, you can manage communication, do marketing and collect statistics. Sales managers can monitor at which stage is the process of product promotion, how many deals are concluded, have info on them etc. You can also schedule e-mailing."

Cons: File storage is a bit complicated. They are difficult to find something using a search engine, as well as to replace files and especially attach them to messages. Emails often do not get to their addresses, therefore, we had to look for other services for correspondence. The interface causes some problems because it is not always convenient, for example, it is impossible to copy the contact information of customers. You just have to type it.

Pros: This software is very comprehensive as far as data tracking contacts, keeping organized with what contacts different staff is assigned, and communication methods built-in with the CRM. The ease of use is incredibly well thought out and appreciated.

Cons: My only gripe is that this software doesn't cater more to non-profits. I wish I could track financial data and more "donor-esque" information, but even some of that I am manually able to add fields for. Definitely not for donor tracking, though.

Overall: HubSpot CRM integrates other softwares like Gmail, and keeps communication seemless between staff and leads. The very friendly interface is invaluable - it's hard enough having a lot to do, I'd rather not spend weeks trying to figure out how to use a CRM well - and the software is robust. I can assign team members to leads, create deadlines, and know every interaction that a lead has had with us, all in one location.

Pros: I love the Hubspot sidekick in my gmail and can't imagine not having it, to be honest. Great for tracking opens of my emails and logging communication records for each contact. From a sales/account side it's a godsend. I also like the use of templates and scheduling emails for future sending. I have recommended this tool to many people (clients, etc) so far.

Cons: One of the biggest reasons I signed up for the CRM tool was the ability to add prospects to my CRM with a click from the prospect's website. The little sprocket icon would always be floating on the side of my browser and if I wanted to add the website/company to the database, I clicked it, it pulled public info about them into one panel, and I added it all to the CRM. This feature has disappeared (I believe because of Europe's GDPR law) and that is a massive disappointment. I've been looking for a replacement ever since that feature disappeared. This might be more for the "Hubspot Sales" product but they all tie together. I also used to be able to search a global database of companies by industry, size, etc and add them to my sales prospecting list but that also disappeared. If I find something like that with similar email features, I will likely switch. Also many of the sidekick features are not available in Gmail mobile, only desktop, which is a bummer.

Pros: Ease of use

Easy migration of information

Cons: You can´t have more than one owner per contact

Overall: I have been using Hubspot CRM for a year now. In my company we are seven different business units and each business unit is kind of ran like an independent company so the challenge to have them all in one CRM was compelling. Some of the business units had never have a CRM before and some other were using different ones: I had 3 using vTiger, a free Open Source CRM, and another one SAP.

I started the migration of CRM with the business unit with most experiencie on the use of vTiger CRM. The migration went on pretty smoothly for my surprise and mostly everyone was happy with the change specially because of the ease of use. I do had to create some training slides and get together all the sales group to train them, but after that session mostly everyone started working on the CRM without problems.

I then followed with the rest of the business units and Hubspot has been working perfectly, but.. I do have some complains from the users which have more to do with the way we do business than with the CRM itself.

Since we are different business units but usuaaly work with the same customers, we have a problem assigning one owner to each contact. We would need each contact to be able to have multiple owners that can help us create filters accordingly to the owner. Right now we are not able to do it and I have lots of complains about since because of it I need to have everyone being able to see or edit all contacts, not only the ones assigned to them.

Besides this, Hubspot CRM is a great tool and very easy of using.

We are still waiting for the App for Android though!

Comments: We are a professional employer organization. We have a small sales team that is spread across the country. We have a small marketing team as well. Our sales team was not using our prior CRM. It felt like a tax they had to pay in order to make sales. This CRM actually helps them sell. They love using it. They like the simplicity and they like how it reduces the amount of manual data entry they have to do. We also were trying to find a way to build our proposal information gathering process into our CRM and the flexibility of this CRM and the integrations with things like google drive and zapier made it possible. Combining this tool with the HS marketing platform is just an incredible combination. Real time fully integrated databases with our sales and marketing team make us more in-sync. It has allows us to worry about selling and marketing instead of our data.

Pros: The built in notifications. The clean design. Visual drag and drop deal stages. Custom field options. Web form integrations. Other web app integrations. Sales tools. Timeline layout is great for contextual selling.

Cons: Early on there was some challenges with importing our old data into the tool because of their email requirements, but that has been resolved.

Recommendations to other buyers: Don't make a decision about your next CRM without taking a good look at this one. If you're a hubspot marketing platform user, there's no question that you should consider this as your CRM.

Pros: It covers everything we want to do from Forms, Email Templates, and Landing Pages to Customer Surveys, Ticketing and Chatbots.

The free version offers a lot more functionality than I would expect and you can get quite far with it.

The paid features are competitively priced and are easy to pick up and use.

The support team is amazing, on chat, email or phone support, they always reply swiftly and their team all seem to be well versed with the product and able to assist with a wide range of issues.

New features are developed and rolled out regularly, and are not always at an additional cost.

Cons: The one gripe I currently have is the inability to separate viewing permissions for Contacts and Deals associated with those Contacts. In our specific context thats quite important.

However since we encountered this issue the separation of ownership of Contacts and Deals was implemented, so I am hopeful this will be amended in the near future.

Overall: The ability to track our leads from an earlier stage than we previously did is allowing us to analyse our earliest interactions with the customer and to devise new strategies to enhance that customer experience and identify which of our staff are really excelling.

We still need to take advantage of all the features available to us, but those that we have embraced have made our work a lot more simple and focussed on our core objectives.

Comments: We've been using this product since it was released. It has been constantly upgraded and new features are added all the time. For what we do, B2B sales, it is almost all we need. The fact it is integrated with the Hubspot Marketing means you do very little data entry. It takes less than an hour for us to set it up for new clients, compared to many, many months for other more complex systems we've implemented.

Strong Points:

Does a lot of work for you, keeping you from having do a lot of data entry. The meetings tool has resulted in a lot of customer engagement that would have not happened without it.

The templates and sequences are a great help and really make you think about what you want to say and how you want to say it to customers.

The ability to modify the Sales Pipeline stages is very helpful and the ability to create different sales pipelines is also very critical.

The available free training is also a great addition to the tool.

Weak Points:

The lack of a Configure, Price and Quote system means you have to buy a third party system if you want to actually be able to close deals from within the tool.

The mobile app is constantly being improved but needs a few additional pieces of functionality.

The ability to call from within the app is great however, it lacks the management systems large volume call centers require. It isn't really the same as an Inbound Call Center application and users should bear that in mind.

Pros: HubSpot is great because it's an all-inclusive software for our marketing needs. We use HubSpot for all of our emails, blogs, and landing pages. The Workflows tool allows us to easily track lead engagement. We're able to manage and track our marketing efforts like never before. I find HubSpot much easier to use than WordPress, where our website is hosted. Possibly the best part of using HubSpot is the customer support! At times the wait can be long, but I always reach an actual person, and they are so helpful and nice! If they don't know how to do something they always look into it and get back to you via email. They're lifesavers!

Cons: The software can do so much that there is still a lot to learn. When creating contacts HubSpot has a tendency to fill in the missing information with what it can find on the internet, which is not always accurate. Sometimes there are features I would like to use that HubSpot doesn't have, like it only allows one level of progressive profiling in forms, and one level of subtasks in Projects. Sometimes the Design Manager and Page Editor can be difficult to work with.

Overall: When I first started my job I took many of the HubSpot Academy courses, which was similar to taking an online marketing course in college. This helped me to gain an understanding of the software. With HubSpot we are able to easily monitor leads throughout the buyer's journey, as they move down the funnel. We can keep track of all of our tasks and deadlines, and provide content to our viewers.

Pros: Easy to use, good range of integrations, closed loop reporting, good training and support - clarity on responsibility for all our team across departments.

Cons: Not much - it would be nice to see a few more integrations with other CRM and sales platforms, and other 3rd party tools like chat, but there are always new updates such as these being rolled out by HubSpot.

Overall: As agency partners, we use and recommend HubSpot, and have been using the whole growth stack for a around 3 years.

With Hubspot we now have a fully integrated platform that it used by all members of the company across all teams - aligning sales and marketing.

With HubSpot sales everyone in the business - not just sales -gains clarity on what's in the pipeline, what the priorities are, how qualified each lead is - and we can track all nurture actions and engagements back easily.

If you're planning to do inbound marketing and sales effectively this software gives you all you need in one spot.

In addition to the sales platform and CRM, we use huspot to manage out marketing - bear in mind that everything is hubspot is closed loop so we can align out sales efforts with our content management, social management, paid ads, marketing automation, reporting and more.

Recommendations to other buyers: If you're looking to align your teams and boost the quality of your nurture and opportunities this platform can help.

Pros: I love that my interactions with a client easily can be shared with the sales team

The permission levels make sense on the sales side for access to Marketing modules as well

The emails send reliably with great tracking features

Cons: It is expensive if you are looking at it as strictly a CRM- it does take on a lot of other parts of your business development and outreach- so consider that

You do need to have at least one committed user in the software, keeping up to date on the new features and how to use it

Overall: This is a great value-added service for the Hubspot website hosting and CMS. I am not sure of how useful it would be as a stand-alone product. The add-ons for Microsoft Outlook and Google Chrome browsers are work being installed and loaded every time you start these applications.

You do get some great insights into the activity of leads, prospects, and customers. Emails sent have reports that beat most CRM and Email delivery systems in that you can see within the record how contacts are interacting with your emails and content.

The HubSpot CRM made it easy for me to suggest moving our marketing automation needs to HubSpot as it adds another level of information for my salespeople in that we are all using the same contact records and can easily share information.

Recommendations to other buyers: HubSpot makes a great product- the CRM just made it easier to convince the higher-ups that this was the CMS that we should switch to with its ability to one day replace or integrate in with the tools that the sales team is using.

Pros: HubSpot CRM is great! There's lots of options for customising contact and company properties, including the forms that appear when a user of the CRM creates or views the users.

The ability to filter by company properties to view contacts who belong to companies matching those filters is really useful for us and other systems we've tried struggled to do this.

So many products integrate with HubSpot, and the tools for managing communications really help keep the whole team up to date with what's going on with each of our clients.

Cons: As with all standard software each user invariably wants to use it differently. Especially when the users of the software are spread across different sectors, and HubSpot seems to be used across them all.

The biggest challenge we face is the way HubSpot handles contacts who are at multiple organisations. There's a partial workaround that they have developed since the problem was raised which is good, but it can cause a bit of a headache sometimes.

Overall: We were looking for a more unified solution, rather than jamming different products together to achieve our goals, and HubSpot has moved us much further along in that. The integrations we do use are quite elegant and don't feel awkward to use.

So much so that one of the criteria I'll asses when looking at products is if it has a HubSpot integration.

Pros: We switched from Zoho CRM. What I like most is that the CRM is so tightly integrated with the Hubspot marketing platform that it makes gathering context about a prospect before reaching out very easy. The interface is intuitive, and it integrates with Google Mail and Outlook, making adding and modify contacts, tasks, etc., very easy. It has a REST API so it is easy to integrate with other systems that do as well.

Cons: They need to focus on things like building quotes, adding a voicemail drop feature, and it can get to be pretty expensive with all the bells and whistles (the Enterprise edition).

Overall: We are solving forecasting, deal tracking, taking notes, assigning and completing tasks, automating workflows for things like sending emails when someone fills out a form on our website (which is also hosted on Hubspot). Overall it has been very positive and helps our team be more productive and improve the alignment of sales and marketing, which is more crucial than even as customers are travelling further and further down the buying journey before ever reaching out to a sales rep, so having good content and the ability to target prospects in a way that is more customized to their demonstrated interest its very compelling.

Comments: As a marketer, I already liked the HubSpot CRM because it made a lot of sense to me. However, I was totally sold on it the moment my sales rep said "it's just so much easier to use than everything I've used before." Seeing my sales rep actually USE the CRM and not skip inputing information in fields or anything is so great. Plus, a lot of things that are manual (even with an integrated system like HubSpot and Salesforce) are just already done for him in the HubSpot CRM. The whole HubSpot sales suite (including what was formerly called Sidekick) makes our jobs easier and saves us time. In fact, because of the way we have everything set up, every time a PPC lead comes in and my sales rep qualifies and then responds to it - I can see in the contact's timeline if the person has opened the email yet or not! Overall, it's just a really great tool that's so user-friendly the sales reps will actually use it.

Pros: The HubSpot CRM is built for the mind of a sales rep. It is meant to be usable and it truly is. I used to have sales reps forgetting fields, skipping fields, being late on reports, etc. But with the HubSpot CRM everything is seamless, easy, and we can all find what we need. Plus, with the new inbound sales certification I know my sales reps will use the software in an inbound way to sell the way people want to be sold to now.

Cons: The only cons I have are that the reporting is still lacking.. With the reports add on it's better but this should really be included with the CRM or at least included if you're using the HubSpot marketing piece already. Also, it can sometimes be difficult to differentiate offline sources from online/inbound sources unless you're looking at a report broken down by sources. There's not really an easy way that I've found to show all "marketing generated leads" that weren't prospected by sales, within your other reports.

Pros: It gives you everything you need to be a successful marketer. From social scheduling to full blown email automation, there are a handful of tools that will help you improve your marketing efforts while saving time.

On the CRM side, our sales people are truly starting to see the benefit. They are using features such as Tasks to keep themselves organized, and Sequences to automate time-consuming email follow ups. Most importantly, the CRM has helped us connect our marketing efforts to bottom-line revenue, which is why we purchased the software in the first place.

Cons: There is some useful functionality missing. For instance, it would benefit me greatly if HubSpot could track Marketing email replies. Many of my sales reps have been working with their customers for 20+ years, so instead of clicking a CTA button or link, they tend to reply to an email.

This hurts us in workflows because there have been several occasions where a contact should have been unenrolled because an email was replied to. However, since HubSpot can't track that, the contacts whom replied end up receiving the next email in the workflow instead of being unenrolled, causing them confusion and making us look crazy.

Overall: It has been great. Our department is very lean, so HubSpot helps us accomplish more than we thought we were capable of. Our sales people were a bit hesitant at first, but now they are starting to see how helpful HubSpot can be for them.

Pros: Most? Probably how it has transformed our business, starting with marketing and extending subsequently to sales and service. By adopting the inbound methodology and using the tools and instructions made available to us, we've been able to triple our website traffic, double our email newsletter subscriber list and bring in more leads (and customers) than ever before - in 2 years. I also like how intuitive, easy to use and well-supported the software is. At the same time, it's constantly being updated and becoming a more robust platform. So it could work for both novice and experienced marketers.

Cons: Hard to say, but if I had to pick something I would like to see more functionality with the automated workflows tool. Perhaps a better way to organize contacts who you want to enroll in multiple workflows.

Overall: Smooth. It was a huge upgrade from our previous (legacy) CRM which was siloed and clunky. It's great how you don't have to pay for more users to access the CRM. So anyone at our company can view contact records and activity without us having to pay for an extra seat (unless we want to give them Pro tools).

Pros: The ease of use, the ability to customize my view, snippets and templates under the sales upgrade are helpful too. Decent reporting

Cons: Don't like that you can't assign a task to more than one person, the formatting of the email doesn't work & don't like that you can create customized tags which would allow us to filter results based off the tag

Pros: I used the free version of their CRM and it was fantastic! Most CRMs cost a fortune and this satisfied all my needs and didn't cost a penny. I was surprised with all the features and functionality given it was a free product. Not only did it store all my leads along with titles, companies and my notes, but I was able to create custom breakdowns and create different views to sort those lists. I highly recommend this product for anyone with a smaller team but still need to keep track of conversations and pipeline.

Cons: I could imagine in a larger more complex organization you would have needs this version could be too basic for (plus you would likely need additional seats) but for what I've been using it for, it has been perfect! There was a bit of a learning curve in the beginning while I was setting the system up that required me to go back a fix things multiple times, but that was all user error. I am sure there are great tutorials on their website that could have saved me some time had I utilized them.

Overall: I was able to organize all my contacts and accounts. We were utilizing Google Sheets prior and as you can imagine it was not the most efficient or effective.

Pros: With all the proper advertising and product management, the growth of a business still cannot be ensured unless the visiting audience is being converted into customers. HubSpot CRM takes care of the relationship of the brand with the customers. It involves contact management, company records, calls, meetings and deals to cater to the growing needs of the customers. It also creates an opportunity for discussions and chats with the targeted audience which can be extremely instrumental for the growth of the business. It is available as a free product which is the greatest advantage over all other features. It has collaboration and integration with relevant software like Gmail and other Windows-based applications.

Cons: Other CRMs like Pipedrive displays the contact details even on the deals page but in HubSpot CRM, I have to go back to the contacts page to see the contact details. The customer service doesn't always send a response in a timely manner.

Pros: Very easy way to keep track of all leads no matter what business you are involved in. We use HubSpot to completely automate our marketing drip process. Simply put together a couple email templates (the software provides recommendations based on what you type) and build a sequence to put all those templates together into a scheduled drip process. From there you can select any prospect by email and start them in the sequence. They will continue to receive the emails you have built out along the timeline you set, allowing you to focus on other areas of your business rather than typing out multiple emails!

Cons: I wish there was a way for a user to send out a mass email easily to a group of my prospects instead of having to do it one by one. Not a big deal, but just something that would be nice to have for the purposes of prospecting.

Overall: Keep track of leads/customers, track emails to see what is getting the most opens/clicks, completely automate email drip campaigns to drive inbound traffic, etc.

Pros: I was tasked with kicking off our sales process and investigate various sales intelligence tools including a CRM. Being a prior SF user and familiar with their platform, I figured we would settle on their product. After mulling the idea, I began looking for a more "comprehensive" system that would provide more features without the need for additional add-ons. Being familiar with Hubspot and their marketing suite I was pleasantly surprised to learn they offered a free CRM as well. Because it was free I almost wrote it off thinking there was a catch but after seeing all it provided I couldn't resist giving it a try. In short, AMAZING! Not only was the UI easy to learn, we able to sync our outbound emails to automatically create new contacts based on the recipients domain. The included email tracking feature (sidekick) and customized follow up alerts have helped boost our productive 10x. It has been a while since we started using Hubspots CRM and I see no reason to go anywhere else.

Cons: Aside from the limited "opened" notifications from the tracked emails, this CRM is pretty versatile. The inability to integrate with our PBX phone system was a bummer but not deal breaker. All-in-all, this is perfect starter CRM or even one for the long haul.

Comments: I use HubSpot to manage my clients and potential clients, as well as tracking my marketing attempts. The CRM tool is amazing and my favorite piece is the integration with Gmail. Using notifications, HubSpot tells me when my messages have been opened by the recipient. It helps me keep track of the effectiveness of my messages at all times.

Pros: HubSpot's biggest pro here is the fact that their CRM product is free... always! But it gets better because HubSpot can integrate this free product with their other products such as Sales and Marketing. It's integration with Gmail gives you real-time status on what is happening with your emails. This feature is also available for Outlook users. HubSpot also provides company insights to your newly added contacts. Using some of the data you enter for your contact, HubSpot is able to mine for additional details on that contact from public records, allowing you to have a more complete view of your contact.

Cons: There is a slight learning curve to how the program works. Not that it is difficult, but that it is not as intuitive. But fear not, their support and resources are great in assisting with that, should you encounter any issues.

Pros: I love having different portals for each client so no confusion happens. My other favorite thing about HubSpot is the education it provides. I've gotten multiple certifications through the HubSpot Academy and plan to continue. I would suggest it to any upcoming Marketing/Advertising employee. I love being able to create, schedule, and measure my company/client social media posts all in one place. Landing pages are easy to make and the metrics are even better.

Cons: The only thing I can complain about when it comes to HubSpot is the design. As a designer, when working with things like blog posts or landing pages it can be very frustrating. Its almost like they made the simple things harder.

Overall: There are too many benefits to list in the 2500 word count, as a social media director, I love being able to create, schedule, and measure my social media posts all in one place. Knowing that a client converted from a certain Instagram post is a great insight and has made our social media marketing not only easier but more successful as well. I love the education side as well. I've taken advantage of a ton of the certificates which have been a great learning experience but they are an even better talking piece when at a networking event. Also, they have built up my certificate resume tremendously. I even participated in the FB messenger social media quiz and thought that was a great idea to get users involved!

Pros: It allows me and my small team to accomplish a lot of tasks all in one place, and then track the results of our efforts. Prior to having this software, we needed at least 4 other platforms - none of which talked to eachother - to get the same things done without the ability to track them all together. This is a huge time saver, and money saver, since we can evaluate results easier and faster.

Cons: I wish I had the time to really understand all of the benefits the software offers. The company provides amazing educational resources, but I feel that I'm only using 75% of what I could be because I can't seem to make the time to dive deeper into the material. With that said, it's more of a problem with me than the software!

Overall: HubSpot CRM has allowed us to reach a larger audience, and then better understand that audience through analytics. The software has made it faster and easier to tailor messaging and focus our attention on activities that drive the most results.

Comments: As a HubSpot Partnered Agency we were already using HubSpots marketing suite. However our sales team were not quite aligned with marketing and were not given insights on the leads that our marketing team had. There was a lot of manual work needed to ensure our database remained accurate and this was sometimes frustrating. With the release of the Hubspot CRM it meant our sales team could work more closely with marketing. Our marketing team could nurture leads to be sales ready, assist a sales team member to a lead allowing sales to be notifed straight away and jump into the CRM with all its tools and insights to help progress the sale. It has been the perfect solution for us.

Pros: With its gmail integration, our sales team have been able to continue to contact leads as they normally would. When tracked, our emails are recorded within a contacts record in the CRM along with this leads interactions with us, from page views, to form submission as well as surveys completed and events attended, just to name just a few of the available interactions. We can then associate these contacts with any given deal within the CRM. The deals app within the CRM allows us to visually move our deals along a workflow until closed. The beauty of having contacts associated with these deals is that once the deal is closed, the lead then automatically becomes a customers which then allows us to report with a greater level of accuracy.

Cons: Sometimes the main contact database can take a lot of getting used to. It is as if my screen is sometimes too small for the CRM itself which means I need to scroll a lot of the time.

Pros: Hubspots crm is the #1 CRM of choice. We have used both the free and paid version and highly recommend either option! If you need a call option than the paid version will suit your needs.

Cons: The crm is great but you will not receive the best support unless you're a paying customer. Makes sense but we were looking to become a paid customer and they wouldn't answer my questions because I was on the free plan at the time.

Pros: HubSpot offers a variety of tool for everyone. Even if you've never ventured outside of email marketing, HubSpot can guide you through the process of learning other inbound marketing techniques to truly help grow your business.

There support team is the best I've seen in years of CRM software. Our organization used salesforce as a tool for engaging with leads, and there was nothing worse than having to get in touch with their support team. HubSpot is just the opposite. There are friendly people that pick up the phone in just seconds, and can point you in he right direction. Their guidance is clear and they are easy to understand.

Best software ever! We are never going back!

Cons: It takes some time to get to know the ins and outs of the software. But no need to worry because HubSpot offers training sessions for its members to learn the skills they need in order to succeed.

Comments: My team and I invested in Salesforce quite some time ago. We found the tool to be a bit too complicated to use and just generally more than what we needed. It became a very expensive place to store our sales data. Since becoming a HubSpot customer, we migrated over to the HubSpot CRM and have loved it. In the tool we can track the progress we are making on the marketing side along with the sales actions taken. It is beyond helpful having all that information in one place.

Pros: Anyone can log in and have the tool figured out in minutes (especially if you are already used to how the HubSpot tools work). It is very visual, fun even, to use and track deals. It integrates with google docs, which is what we use to send out estimates to clients and prospects. Again, all that information then collects in one place. Anyone on my team can log in and see exactly where we are at in the sales cycle.

Cons: I work on a sales team of 4 people, of which, I am the only full-time sales/marketer. I cannot vouch for the tool on an enterprise level. If you are needing a super robust tool, this may not be the best fit. Although, I can't forsee there being anything that I would need to do that I couldn't use this tool for.

Recommendations to other buyers: If you are a HubSpot customer, this is a no-brainer. If you are not and need an easy to use CRM that integrates with email tracking and other awesome sales tools, its worth the free install.

Pros: HubSpot really does deliver a host of neat features in a free package - from basic CRM functionality to store contacts, but also customer support tools, such as live chat and support tickets. Its extensive, and growing, range of features continually adds additional benefits.

It is a simple to use platform for the most part, with an easily understood layout of Contacts and Deals.

Cons: Anything outside of small usage can add up to huge costs fairly quickly, especially tools such as e-mail tracking. So while it is largely promoted as being free, for anyone wanting a little more out of HubSpot, it can easily become an expensive tool.

For small businesses who are used to using spreadsheets as their CRM, a move to HubSpot can prove challenging, as it lacks inline editing tools, instead requiring a user to click into multiple steps to modify simple details about a contact.

Overall: Overall, HubSpot offers a great array of features to support growing businesses and offers the opportunity for it to grow with them and scale easily. While it can come at a cost, its tools are often very useful, both as a CRM and a sales tool, making it a key tool to have in your backpocket.

I recommend HubSpot for small businesses who need easy integrations and a fairly simple interface to work with.

Pros: I like that Hubspot has a sense of humor, it helps make this easy and fun to use. Snippets and templates and sequences are so helpful! Even when there are issues, your team handles it very quickly and we're back to work in no time!

Cons: You can't see info for your contacts if you're in the deals section. phone connectivity is spotty - it randomly stops working often.

Overall: This has helped me reach out to many clients. the tools help me manage my time much better and work SMARTER, NOT HARDER. I look forward to using this software for my personal side business as well.

Hello Brittany!

We really appreciate you taking the time to write this review - it is great to hear that you find the software to be not only helpful, but also fun!

I personally love the snippets and templates tools so I am glad to hear that you do too!

As far as the glitches you have been encountering periodically - when these do occur do you typically find that you call into Support or will file an email ticket? If you do both do you have a preference?

If you think of any other comments or concerns please feel free to send them our way at the email provided.

Thank you again for taking the time to write this review Brittany!

We absolutely love our HubSpot, and are active users of the marketing, CRM, and sales tools.

Pros: Visually appealing and minimalistic solution, after many years of using Salesforce and SAP solutions with their clunky overdone '100 fields on a page' type interfaces. The integration of marketing and CRM alone is a key reason to use HubSpot - everything flows together as it should and is so important for small and large companies alike. We enjoy the drag and drop abilities, template features, and ability for anyone to create workflows and sequences that add value and pull prospects through the funnel.

Cons: The 'visual upsell' aspect of the solution seeking more money for certain items (reporting, Sales Pro, etc.) although I do respect that fact that for a free product you must convert them somehow, it just seems a little too 'in your face'.

Overall: The ability to run a coordinated sales and marketing effort for a small company is priceless, think they have beat all the competitors in this regard.

Comments: This product greatly increased my sales volume, being able to see when my email was read, and when links in the email were clicked was really a priceless tool.

Pros: Easily track emails in Microsoft Outlook or Gmail. - customer service responds to your issues, tries to help resolve in a timely matter I remember that I had an issue with their notifications once, where they wouldn't show up on my phone unless I turned my computer off; I submitted a request for them to fix this, explained that I didn't turn my work computer off ever, but still needed to get notifications on my phone, and they fixed the issue within a few weeks from my original request! I was completely shocked that they took care of this for me, all of my co-workers said they were now getting notifications as well!

Cons: There was a short period of time where they didn't have a cell phone app, but that's not the case any longer. There's really not anything not to like if you pay for the service; my work paid for my premium account, and Hubspot quickly resolved any issues I had.

Pros: HubSpot is fairly easy to use and pick up from scratch, the support line is responsive.

Cons: - Not a big fan of the new update on the platform, I find myself consistently want to switch to the older version

- The lead scoring tool needs more work, it is not very powerful

- Phone support line is responsive and professional, however some of the agents need knowledge training, a lot of the time I find myself providing guidance to the agents

- Certification expires too soon

- The design tool for email and landing page needs to be much easier to use, compared to Marketing cloud for example

- The GDPR feature is very disconnected from time to time, for example, importing a new list doesn't require subscription type anymore and therefore cause a trouble later for sending emails

Overall: I find HubSpot overall a good tool. However compared to Marketing Cloud, it has a lot to improve.

Pros: I started using this software on the recommendation of some friends. I never imagined how it would help me improve control over the attention I give to my clients. It allows me to keep detailed control of the contacts made, dates, hours, customer data. It helps me send email directly from the application. It has helped me increase my sales and improve the satisfaction of my clients.

Cons: The software depends on a good Internet connection. Requires a URL or website to start the process. But after this step, you can count on the benefits of the system.

Overall: It has helped me improve my sales easily and simply. The software helps me control the sales management of my clients. I have improved the perception of the service of attention to my clients and this has increased my monthly income remarkably.

Pros: As deeper relationships you have with the client, as more he trust you and continue to work with your company and the chance that he can choose some other offers even with better conditions is minimized. So Hubspot can give you a chance to build such relationships through prompt reminds to contact the client in time, you will always see all the information of the certain profile not to forget anything during the communication with the customer to show him that your company really cares about him!

Cons: We had one a bit disappointed occasion with one of our managers. He said that he set the notification to do one important thing for the client, but the system did not remind him about that and eventually, we lost that client. Maybe it was a mistake of that person, but he was very upset too, so I do not think that he lies.

Pros: Very easy to use, intuitive, easy to learn, provides all the basics anyone could want out of the box. You start to benefit day 1, without any customization or expensive consulting setup or support.

Cons: May be limited in certain situations, like sharing an opportunity with competing distributors, or integrating to ERP systems when that's really critical as part of forecasting process.

Overall: We've been a HubSpot partner for 6 years, and started using the HS CRM 18 months ago. I don't know what we did without it! For us it's almost purely a PRM (Prospect Relationship Management) tool, because that's what we use it for. There's almost no burden involved in using it, nothing but keeping in mind the features that allow us to all keep current on each prospect's context. I would heartily recommend it to anyone who knows they could improve with a tool that isn't a burden or a huge financial commitment. And HubSpot keeps improving the product based on user input. I couldn't be happier with it!

Recommendations to other buyers: You can try it free! HubSpot gives it away as "gateway drug" to its marketing product, which is paid subscription-based. So anyone can find out for themselves with no penalty or strings attached.

Pros: - Integration with the HubSpot marketing platform. This gives you the ability to analyze the lifestyle and activity status of contacts.

- Tasks allow you to be reminded when you need to follow up with people or other next steps that need to be done to continue moving prospects through the pipeline.

- Super intuitive, the UX of the product as well as any tutorial videos makes it very easy to learn and remember.

Cons: - Analytics will occasionally go down/stop working and there won't be any warning as to when it happens.

- No ability to merge contacts/companies. This would be useful for duplicate instances of contacts due to email variations.

- Better tools for help in forecasting deals.

Overall: Ability to track what our contacts are doing so we are easily able to qualify, segment, and properly move people down the funnel based on their actions.

Pros: HubSpot has allowed us to transform our web presence in all aspects of the game. We have grown so much over the years and one of the biggest things we have done is tied actual sales to different actions on HubSpot. Our brand recognition has increased, our new contacts to market has significantly increased and our web is sooo much better

Cons: Things change a lot and not all features are available in HS that are available through the original platform. Such as different features when you post on Facebook directly are not available in HS. The customer service has gone down a tad. I used to have regular calls with my account manager who would help with campaigns we would run. She would reach out to me proactively. They switched to a team feel January 1st and I have only heard from the team once and that was an issue we had.

Comments: In our final analysis, our company has greatly benefited from Hubspot Sales software's keenly constructed systems for contact, habit behavior as well as for predicting future customer activity regarding our product. Demonstration and free evaluation of Hubspots feature rich software is available and we highly recommend their product.

Pros: Hubspot's "messages" feature allows prospects to directly access any team members expertise by placing alerts on our companies' website pages. We really like their application''s ability to both let us know in real time which customer contacts are arriving immediately as well as building reports in the back round which then gives our company further insight into potential client behavior.. Hubspot's templates feature will compile useful customer profiles which then allows our team the capability to predict which demographics are most suitable for future prospecting.

Cons: The cost of operation for current feature set is higher than some competitive rival solutions. That said , this condition we believe is mitigated by some specific and most useful features like "sequences" which allow for in depth grouping of customer behavior.

Comments: Since we started using this CRM it has not only enabled our department to better our communication with our prospects and customers but also create useful content that we are able to track through CTAs, forms and better our lead stream. It is hard to believe what our marketing strategy used to look like before this CRM. I strongly recommend anyone looking for a CRM to do their research and see what options are out there. HubSpot was the perfect fit for us and our growth has been amazing in the few short years we have had it.

Pros: This CRM allows you to better target your audience(s) and easily segment prospects, customers and engaged leads. This platform is the brains for any marketing strategy and is a must-have tool for those wanting to streamline and automate their efforts. Establishing great email campaigns, gating content with forms and creating a blog presence are just a few of the many benefits to having this CRM. You are also able to work with directly with HubSpot account managers to help with your growth and any questions you may have.

Pros: I can't say enough positive things about Hubspot. I work in a fast-paced tech company that still operates with the start-up mentality. So resources and time are usually limited. Hubspot levels the playing field through connecting all parts of the buyer's journey to the web experience and allowing for smart, humanized automation. Because of our ability to target and execute smart if/then sequencing, we're able to allow our b2C experience be nearly entirely self-service. The conversion rates have been out of this world!

Cons: I do think it can be a tad expensive at times, especially when we haven't purged our unengaged contacts. However, when compared to the cost of building out a full team to create, manage and monitor the content, journey and user experience, it's still a great value.

Pros: We implemented Hubspot CRM thinking it was simply a CRM but quickly realized that it is a way of thinking and interacting with all people, both internal and external to our team. Hubspot is best for teams looking to make the jump from where founders are doing all the sales to now having a professional team, even potentially distributed group, doing the sales, marketing, and anything else representing the business.

Cons: There is very little I don't like. The biggest challenge is that the system has SO MANY functions that it does take concerted effort to educate yourself and your team on how to best implement and leverage Hubspot. Fortunately, there are tremendous free resources Hubspot offers to make sure that your onboarding is smooth and ROI is high. To ensure this worked for us one person on our team worked to become facile with these resources and then was the directly responsible individual for learning and training people on our team to make sure we were efficient and effective. Don't try to learn it all, there is simply too much that is offered

Overall: HubSpot CRM handles the basics of a CRM system -- contacts, companies, deals, tasks -- very well. The user interface is easy to use and HubSpot update both the UI and the features regularly. Support is easy to deal with and quick to respond. Plenty of training materials and not that hard for users to learn on their own.

Overall: I liked the ability to track the emails however not very accurate. I have been a loyal client even before becoming big and they have cut my account because apparently have been invoices unpaid. The system is automatic so the payments were taken automatically from the card. I was not aware of payment issues as they haven't sent any email or alert. They cut my account without even being aware of it and when I noticed limits on the emails I found out I was no longer on pro account I was on the free account. When I took the matter to billing they simply ignore me and just say I need to register again on the expensive plan. Nobody wants to help and I get in dead end with both sales and billing. I feel frustrated as I am one of the customer who helped hubspot grow and have invested in them to have to be left and thrown like that. NO SUPPORT WHATSOEVER!

Pros: The HubSpot CRM is one of the most intuitive and easy to use CRMs I have ever used! The user interface and experience has been designed to maximize the productivity for a sales person and it really delivers. The ability to have one screen/application to prioritize your phone calls, take notes on those calls, set up future calendar meetings, tasks and send emails is incredibly powerful.

From an administrator point of view, I really appreciate the decision to not allow multiple leads to be created with the same email address inside HubSpot. Duplicate leads is a tough challenge that plagues many CRMs and their administrators, so I am very thankful for this decision by HubSpot.

Cons: Currently the HubSpot CRM does not have an "Account" object, but rather a "Company" object. For our business we would rather have an "Account" object that can support multiple accounts under one higher Company or Account.

Pros: I like it since it is quite intuitive when using it, it takes a really detailed control of the potential buyers and the business opportunities, in turn it has an extension that allows to synchronize the emails with the software and in this way work easily, has reminders that are very useful when you have many contacts, in general terms it is very good and practical.

Cons: The free version is quite limited compared to the pro version, I think it should be a bit more flexible or have more plans.

Overall: The benefit is that you have control of the users and thus effectively attack potential buyers for the product being marketed.

Pros: I have used HubSpot for the past 5 years across 3 companies and was responsible for implementation and onboarding at one. At all three we paired the CRM with HubSpot Marketing to get a clear read on how our marketing activities are driving returns. For me, that's the best part about hubspot. Instead of tracking marketing and sales across multiple platforms, I have one login that shows it all on an easy to read dashboard.

Cons: The thing I like least is how contact driven it is. Everything starts and ends with the contact, which can be tricky when you do a high volume of transactional deals.

Overall: Overall, Hubspot has made it easier for me to track the individual efforts of my teams. It has also made it easier to drive and close business without sucking time from people who are already low on bandwidth.

Pros: Modern UI, not terribly expensive, does just everything I really need.

Cons: Not as widely used, so new hires have to learn it. That's ok though, because it's easier than what they're used to. They grumble at first, but after the transition, love it more than whatever they were using before.

Overall: Hubspot CRM feels like a tool you'd build if you'd been using bloated CRM software and were fed up with it. It has a much more modern approach that equates to better usability, and ultimately better results. It is a young product relative to others, but they seem to focus on what's most important to customers FIRST and so new useful features are added constantly. It's rare I run into a situation where I want to do something with Hubspot CRM but there is a limitation in the software but it has happened. I'd gladly trade this for a bloated, more complex and more expensive solution. I also love that it integrates with Hubspot's marketing tools.

Comments: Most of the brands I manage are Startups with a limited marketing budget, more often than not, I start marketing their brand using free services such as MailChimp, HootSuite etc. We needed a CRM and our options were AgileCRM, ZohoCRM, Bitrix24, and Hubspot. The requirements were simple, it had to be free, it had to play well with other integrations or at the very least have several Zap options on Zapier, it needed to allow multiple users, at least five people including myself, it needed to support tasks planning and scheduling. Another major need was that it needed to have an option for us to see all our interaction with each lead and track their lifecycle. Other features which we wanted but could live without were; email tracking, inbuilt email function, email campaigns and the ability to create and share documents within the software. Bitrix24 was a close second but Hubspot email tracking feature using Sidekick, and it's Clearbit integration through Zapier was a win. Another reason while I consider Hubspot CRM an investment to startups and small businesses are the inbuilt sales tools such as: Template, Sequences, Documents, Prospects, Meetings and Call Queue. Hubspot makes it easy for new users to acquaint themselves with the software through the inbuilt mini-tutorial. The simple and clean dashboard and organized tabs/dropdown options makes it easy to navigate the CRM. For features such as live messages and Reports, you'd need to upgrade to sales PRO at $50 monthly, but they offer a 30-day trial.

Pros: Email tracking feature Integrates with a wide range of marketing and sales softwares Task planning and management In-built Sales tools Ease of use with clean UI Low cost

Recommendations to other buyers: I think Startups and small businesses who are looking into low-cost CRM softwares must try this first and perhaps Bitrix24

Pros: Ease of use, automated functions and automation tools, being able to integrate the add-on with e-mail has been one of the most used functions daily, in addition to the extension it has with Google Chrome. It's great!

Cons: The present presents faults with my inbox and my mailbox in the CRM, however it was solved by problem and worked great. Also I like to have the information organized and link the contacts that work in each company to which I must provide my professional service, save time by searching either telephone numbers, emails or any task stipulated for each of them.

Overall: In general, this is a good product. And to a great advantage, I am currently doing the courses they offer online at Huspot Academy, I recommend them because they help your company's marketing or if you want to use it in a personal way.

Pros: I love the user interface, how seamless the experience is between marketing and sales, and how helpful the HubSpot team is. Whenever I'm trying to accomplish something, they're right there to help.

Cons: I have one complaint. Lead distribution. It takes 10 minutes to assign a new lead to an individual because the system is hunting for conflicting assignments. I like that part, but not that it takes 10 minutes.

Overall: As an early adopter of the HubSpot CRM, it's been awesome watching new features roll out. What started as a light CRM is now full-fledged. I had previously thought we would outgrow it, but after the last two years using the platform, I see no reason why that would happen.

I've previously used HubSpot's Marketing platform with a Salesforce integration, and the experience is night and day. For an inbound-focused organization, it's a much richer experience (especially for our BDRs) with HubSpot CRM. Everything we do is available on one pane of glass -- all social, email, landing page engagements, emails and calls. All in one system.

Recommendations to other buyers: Give it a try.

Pros: Hubspot is a great CRM for any small or large company who are looking for a simple way to have a workflow and saving all leads and contacts at the same time. Email templates, client tracking and much more. You will receive all of these features with the free version. Just enough to get the job done.

Cons: You have a limited amount of emails you can track on the free version. You have to upgrade your account in order to have more space to track emails, marketing tools and so on.

Overall: You can easily send welcome and follow up emails with a click of a button. This saves a lot of time for more important tasks during work hours. Another great benefit is that you can sync the software with your google email so you can do most of the work in Google rather switching back and forth from program to program.

Pros: Overall, HubSpot is a robust platform for professional marketers looking to boost inbound leads. Here are the HubSpot features most importance to me: 1. Visitor domain tracking: The "Prospects" view shows you the latest traffic from known domains, which is a great asset for us as B2B marketers. 2. Referring domain tracking: With all that great content we're generating, it's important for us to know where cross-links get nested and where are next wave of leads may be emanating from. 3. Social media scheduling/campaign assignment across channels. HubSpot essentially has a Hootsuite built right into it - but no link shortener. I still meander over to bit.ly for that.

Cons: My primary gripe is the inability to do simple HTML template imports and editing for emails. There are CSS sheets (which is beyond my skill-set and interest level to futz with) and templates for purchase, but sometimes I find it easier to slide over to MailChimp for some campaigns to use my HTML existing templates. Then there are the little nit-picky items that could use their attention: column sortability, for example, or being able to clear through from a report to view a visiting domain summary - not just the known contacts summary. Also, the dashboard claims to be customizable, but there are limits to what a person can set as dashboard elements. There's no internal link shortener for social media blasts. Those are pretty drill-down user requirements, though not deal-breakers.

Recommendations to other buyers: Tip number one: remember that the nice people at HubSpot are inbound marketing evangelists, and they believe with all their hearts in a set methodology. If you are looking only for an email marketing platform, you may find yourself in over your head. To take advantage of HubSpot, you will need to think actively about campaign after campaign - and content, content, content! - that attracts inbound leads. But really, you should be doing that anyway, right?

Pros: The low price point is a big plus. It's a no-brainer solution for organizations that already use HubSpot COS and don't want to pay for a pricier solution. It has fairly robust functionality and will likely meet the needs of sales teams with simple to moderately-complex sales cycles and engagement processes. Also, the calling features, email/calendar sync, and meeting link functionality pieces are rock solid.

Cons: Lacks some of the bells and whistles of pricier platforms that would allow teams to create more-complex cadences. Other things like not being able to customize call dispositions and not being able to tie in Sales Pro functionality into COS Workflows, etc. Still, not a deal breaker for most sales teams, I think.

Pros: HubSpot is used across our organization. The main departments that use it frequently are marketing, sales & design. It is also used to create content, analyze its performance, manage emails, post on social accounts, and provide insight on marketing activities and lead generation. The biggest advantage of this system is its functionality and the ability of the client to refuse from a large number of third-party services. HubSpot is the solution all in one. If you add here a cool and free CRM-system from HubSpot, you will get one of the best services for e-commerce. Also better support among competitors. HubSpot is easy enough to create and measure content on, but I think there is an opportunity to do more with in-depth analysis that HubSpot allows us. They are always innovating and adding new features. I really like this service.

Cons: There is no built-in search for the blog, but there is a Google search module available. At first, navigation may seem a bit confusing, but you quickly get used to it.

Pros: The basic end of the software is relatively easy to use, allowing new users to be up and running in an afternoon. Integrations are quick and easy with other systems from gmail to Salesforce. Once templates and sequences are up and running, sales staff can easily and confidently manage their own marketing. The ability to create offline tasks is a great way to formalise your sales processes, and get either your outbound or inbound sales teams closing more business!

Cons: It would be nice if the sales version allowed you to send on behalf of another user. Whilst you can see stats, set up templates and add contacts, when it comes to the crunch the person signing off the emails has to send them. Also, some of the limitations are far from clear, because upgraded functionality is always visible, if you have a mix of paid and free users this can lead to a lot of confusion.

Pros: HubSpot CRM's features have been cleverly selected to maximise the utility for SMEs without unnecessarily inflating the complexity of set up, admin or use. It supports and drives sales activity, without becoming a data-entry chore for sales people. The user interface is fast and intuitive, which is great when looking up contacts, companies and deals to progress opportunities. It is easy to customise the various objects with unique properties and values. And it tries to do as much for you as possible, like pulling in company data and associating contacts and companies automatically, saving you so much time.

Cons: The only thing missing right now that would be valuable is multi-currency support.

Pros: I mainly use the social media, blog, email and reporting capabilities in Hubspot. They are user friendly and intuitive. The testing and integrations are great!

Cons: Occasionally there are features or capabilities that I expect that aren't there, and when I want to request that functionality I'm asked to post on a forum that I would rather not do. I'd like the customer service agent to run it up the ladder rather than having clients throw out ideas and then have other clients vote on whether or not it should be done. The things that I generally am wanting improvements on are the reporting and list generating capabilities.

Overall: In general I'm happy with the experience. I used Eloqua before this and Hubspot is definitely more intuitive and user-friendly.

It's seriously the best.

Pros: We were able to consolidate 5 other systems into one when we switched to Hubspot. Our company was using an email marketing software, social scheduling software, wordpress for landing pages & blogging, a form software, and an SEO software. It has been a total game-changer to have everything consolidated into one platform.

Another bonus is Hubspot Academy. This has been an excellent resources to my team. Each time a new person starts we make them go through various training modules.

Cons: There have only been very minor pieces of functionality that Hubspot cannot do. But I remember posting something about adding campaign reporting to the developer forum, and a few months later it was added!

Pros: integration marketing sales

quick time-to-market

Cons: importing & exporting data

only one primary key

Overall: At our Organization Sales & Marketing are using HubSpot, and the integration between the CRM and the marketingapp is perfect. Our sales can instantly see the interactions with our website, mails, social,... So they can see what marketing has been doing with a specific contact and how to reach out to this specific contact. That's a very usefull feature to get that customer intimacy!

We are using the CRM from the moment it launched. Every problem or bug that we encountered we reported to HubSpot. In a couple of weeks thos bugs were gone, so thats wonderfull! Today the tool is becoming more mature. It offers more functionalities and its getting easier to use and to monitor. The only problem with the app is the possibility to have double contacts very easily. The only primary key is the email and the domain. It would be helpfull if it would be possible to decide which field we want to use as the primary key when doing an import into the database...

Pros: We use both sales and marketing modules, and align our leads to deals. Since our sales cycle is long, we like seeing the activity of all visitors, lets us know our reach/social/pushes are making a difference. The results show in our increased form completion rate.

Cons: Our deal stages are not exactly likely the lead cycles defined in HS.

Overall: Lead to Deal stages are a unique and somewhat tricky for any organization. We have really made solid strides in creating transparency between marketing and sales. There is no smoke and mirrors, marketing can provide evidence that someone clicked on our social advert THEN completed a form on our site for say a webinar, contact us and so on. THIS completion rate generates a positive churn for our sales team, which is the goal of any marketing effort.

Pros: Workflows, ease of blog publication, UI, their support team

Cons: Text editor has some flaws. I've found the reporting tool lacking at times.

Overall: I have been using Hubspot for the last 6 months as part of a new role within my organization. Having never used the product before I was amazed how easy it was to complete the majority of the tasks within Hubspot.

Hubspot has world class customer support. Any time I ran into a problem I couldn't solve on my own, their team was only a phone call away and they would do everything they could do solve my problem. In the rare instance, the representative wasn't able to immediately find a solution, they'd tell me they were on it and get back to me a few hours later with an answer. As a bonus, they're not only dedicated to helping you complete your task, but they're actually a pleasure to talk to.

The Hubspot platform is easy to use, intuitive, and a powerful marketing tool. There is a lot of great functionality, but my personal favorite is the workflow tool. Here, I have been able to create a number of marketing automation and even A/B test treatments to see what works best in delivering my product to my clients. Plus, they just revamped the look of the workflows so they're even easier to use and look so good you could show them to a client and they'll go "Wow!"

My only criticism of Hubspot is that at times the text editor has proved lacking. For instance, it will bold your text easily but won't always bold the accompanying bullets, to do that you have to go in and edit the code. Other minor annoyances include it indicating what size font you're using but not indicating in the same fashion in the drop down menu what font style you're using.

Pros: easy to use and customisable to some extent

Cons: no MRR reporting functionality, not even basic MRR let alone churn and renewal rates, even if you purchase a pricey reporting addon

everything is centred around the contact and if your reps link their email to the tool, which they need to do in order to add their email correspondence to an account, Hubspot will create a tonne of irrelevant contacts that are not connected to a company. Not surprisingly Hubspot charges per contact so of course its in their best interest to suck as many contacts into the CRM

Overall: terrible reporting, dont waste your time with their expensive addon reporting toolo, you are better to export all your data to a data warehouse and then use an alternative reporting tool, the Hubspot tool is virtually worthless to a SaaS business

bad support, they really do not care about their customers

bad account managers, we know more about the platform than their account managers

Someone told me that these guys want to seriously move into the CRM space and compete with the likes of salesforce and so on. Having used salesforce for many years, I can say they have a VERY long way to go

Comments: At Docking Drawer, we offer in-drawer power outlets to both the consumer, specifier, and construction markets. This being an innovative product, one that's created an entirely new product category, we've struggled to accurately measure our sales and marketing efforts, especially through the rapid growth we've experienced in our first 2 years of business. Without the ability to calculate ROI for our on and offline advertising, it was impossible to identify the most effective strategies for our business. After trying several software products, we found our solution with Hubspot, whose CRM, marketing tools, and detailed reporting features not only solved this fundamental problem with measurement but whose platform has become an intricate part of our everyday sales and marketing efforts.

With accurate data, we're able to better serve our customers. The knowledge of which inbound marketing strategies are most effective - and where, when and how visitors are converting on our website - allows us to strike the right balance between educational and sales content and improve the specification process. This, in turn, has resulted in higher conversion rates and an increase in leads.

Pros - Hubspot platform is simple to use yet super powerful. Strong metrics everywhere you turn - Ads, Landing pages, etc. Hubspot employees - You know how most companies have that one rock star who customers love? Well, Hubspot seems to have a 100 rock stars at the company. Everyone is bright, helpful, and most of all is an advocate for your business. My implementation specialist made simple suggestions that have had a huge image on our business. If you ever need help, the Hubspot Academy is great for quick answers and support is fantastic for more detailed questions.

Cons - If you asked me about my previous sales and marketing platform, I could give you a list of cons. With Hubspot, it's hard to find something that drives you crazy or limits your ability to the point that you would want to complain about.

Pros: Great product, always improving, almost on par with Salesforce on functionality. More and more integrations are being added, and you can grow into it by upgrading from free, to starter, to Pro, to Enterprise, fairly easily.

Cons: It's cheap as free if you start, but it can get expensive if you want to use more features and grow as a business. Just be prepared to budget for this.

Overall: Been using it for over 3 years and I can't complain. Use it mainly to supplement our Salesforce CRM instance because I can't get away from that beast. It does great and HubSpot is always improving the product. Great support and a great software overall to maintain your business' sales and leads. Pros: If I typed out all the pros of Hubspot this would be a novel. That being said I believe that Hubspot's biggest advantage is ease of use for the end user. For some reason UI and UX is overlooked when it is not customer facing. When evaluating CRM software upper management seems to place a higher emphasis on analytics and reporting than they do understanding how the software will be used day in and day out. Reporting and analytics is important, but how accurate is all of that information if your employees are cutting corners logging data into the CRM?

Hubspot does an incredible job increasing productivity and taking the tediousness out of using CRM software while providing upper management the reporting capabilities they need to be successful too.

Overall: Increased productivity and clearer insight into my companies sales pipeline.

Hubspot is always coming out with cool new features and constantly partnering with innovative companies. I spend more time exploring new features and integrations than I should.

Hello!

Thank you for taking the time to write such a nice review - we really appreciate your feedback and support!

I'm very happy to hear how happy you have been with the CRM - sounds like it really has helped you in your work!

As far the calling ability being a feature of the paid version, this unfortunately has to be the case in order to keep the CRM free.

Pros: I love that this software is seamlessly integrated with my gmail account. I am able to keep track of leads without opening up another tab. I love using the template feature so that I can quickly send emails to new leads without copying and pasting from other documents. Cons: I wish there were more options to customize the lead funnel a bit more so it's more applicable to different types of businesses.

Comments: HubSpot CRM has a bunch of extra bells and whistles that you can pay to use. For a small company, like mine, I don't need that stuff. The free version gives us all we need.

Pros: The free version has an amazing amount of functionality. The plugins for Chrome and Windows makes it very useful. For instance, when a prospect or client opens an email I sent from my Outlook HubSpot CRM logs it in my contact info for that client/prospect. It also tells me when that email has been opened, which is wonderful- no more wondering if they even looked at my email. There was a time when an Access database for client/prospect management was fine, as I worked alone. Now that I have a team to work with I need the ability to make the information available to everyone. HubSpot CRM does just that. I also really like the flexibility of the software to make it work for our specific needs. It also integrates with MailChimp and Constant Contact.

Cons: I use Outlook for more than one email account. When I installed the HubSpot CRM plugin I found it connects with all the accounts, which includes my personal one. It's easy enough with a click to make sure my personal email contacts don't get listed in the CRM, but I have to do it each time I send an email from my personal account. I wish there was a way to fix that.

Pros: Getting in touch with Inbound Marketing made the mentality of my communication team to be pretty much renewed. HubSpot brings together tools that allow all points of contact with the candidate to join the University where I work, from the first email, to landing pages of specific content we want to show to it, through creating website and workflows. All tools necessary to create a true relationship between the customer and the product we are selling. We made a big leap from the moment we started using HubSpot.

Cons: I live in Brazil and one of the things that most displeased us was the support of the product in English only. However, in the last months until this has improved and now HubSpot offers this service in Portuguese, making it more accessible.

Pros: Hubspot is a versatile tool that comes with the least complex control panel and has some of the outstanding features. Its use for sales is equally profitable, as for marketing. I like the ease of use, even non-technical people can download content and use HubSpot tools. In addition, I like the user interface and step by step instructions that make it easy to use. Now we use HubSpot for everything - although we are still only exploring all the possibilities.

Cons: Landing pages can be better. Also for those who do not have knowledge of the development, it is not easy to work without a developer. Additions to reports should be really free. Our client wants these basic reports to be free, but it's not. Also, their integration with Salesforce isn't the best.

Pros: I call HubSpot a swiss army knife -- it has everything you would need, all the tools work well, though each tool is not necessarily best in class. After years in enterprise, I am now a consultant and was wondering what I can recommend for small-mid-companies who need marketing automation. Most are using a somewhat scary mix of Mailchimp, spreadsheets, social media posting tools, and Wordpress add-ons. HubSpot is an integrated, blended tool. Best thing about it is that it enforces best practices. If you use it right, you are doing marketing right -- personas, buyer's journey, outbound, inbound, analytics, etc. Implementation teams are awesome. But make sure you are ready -- during the implementation period, you would be wise to put all your attention on this to climb the learning curve as far and fast as possible.

Cons: You need a dedicated person to run this and to manage your marketing programs. Do not think someone can be "the HubSpot guy" as a side job. Watch the costs. You need to manage your lists. Mautic is an open-source alternative -- really great but you need some technical chops in-house.

Pros: I love my ability to track when emails have been opened by prospects and when they have downloaded any documents that have been attatched. Shows me how serious they are or not. Also, like the ability to create meetings right from the Inbox.

Cons: I wish it integrated more with other systems. It can integrate with Zapier so that's awesome, but I'd like for it to link up to some of the chrome extensions I have to help me track leads.

Overall: Gained control of setting appointments, I gained the ability to track more accurately my leads through their email features, landing pages, and appointment scheduler. My closing ratio is higher because of Hubspot.

Pros: Track prospects through all stages of the sales funnel with intuitive and simple to use dashboards. The email service is better than SalesForce and others. An inbound marketing software that's super helpful on tracking prospects in the sales funnel.

Cons: I don't like that each user only can use just one email to be tracked. So, if a person has more than one email, it doesn't track the other email.

Overall: The chrome extension helps me to find all the peoples email id via my Gmail. It also helps me to know about my site subscribers. Whenever I got mail from no reply mail, extension helps me to find other mail where I can write them It is very awesome.

Pros: It's just like Hubpost promises, very easy to use it, configuration is easy, usability is very intuitive. A couple of on-line trainings and you can manage it pretty well.Technical set-up takes more business knowledge tan technical skills but putting this CRM to work is great for SMBs with up to 5-10 sales reps. Integration with Gmail or Outlook are also fantastic.

Cons: There are some features that today, are standard in most of the free CRMs, not to mention the paid ones, like weighted forecast, more tan 1 currency and the possibility to get a forecast in both currencies. Drill down menus are not that easy always.

Overall: Great tool, I really recommend this to start-ups and small organizations with Budget constrain. Easy to set-up and understand, the adoption curve is fast.

Pros: The bi-directional email integration with G-Suite is the biggest time saver for me. You can send emails from within HubSpot CRM and it goes out directly from your company email and when the email is replied to, it is automatically captured and stored in the contact record. Other great areas include the Deals and Tasks sections.

Cons: The API needs to be enhanced to allow creating and modifying tasks and adding noted to the contact records.

Overall: I am able to accurately track my sales activities and manage tasks and opportunities. I am also able to integrate this via Zapier to my other email marketing, e-signature, and communication tools.

Comments: The agency I work for uses HubSpot for our full package inbound clients. Having also used, and still use, various (admittedly free versions) other tools for sending emails, managing contacts, scheduling social, blogging etc; HubSpot is more or less as good if not better than anything else I've used. What sets it apart is that all of the features are there in the same package. The other things which put it streets ahead (not that I use the data that much in my own role) is the profile/user tracking and history which is a God send for sales teams. It's also great for analyzing marketing material performance and tweaking things from one campaign to the next.

Pros: Data tracking and presentation is excellent. The Workflow building tool is simple yet allows great depth. The customer support team are great.

Cons: Social management isn't perfect and neither are some of the design features (such as for designing CTAs for example) but they're good enough and are sure to improve.

Recommendations to other buyers: Speak to the support team and any specialist users you know to make sure you get everything out of the software/platform.

Pros: We like the fact that Hubspot allows us to monitor in detail what happens on our website and communications, but also that we can zoom out and find out what average users want and need.

The flexibility Hubspot offers makes it great.

Cons: We would like to have more powerful workflow and persona functionality.

It works, but could use a little bit more. i.e. Having the ability to calculate with properties (adding a year to a subscription and such)

Overall: We love that we've been using Hubspot a long time and as our company grew and shifted, Hubspot also added features absolutely nescessary for us. Also the services team is EXCELLENT!

Pros: I love almost every part of this software! HubSpot is incredibly simple to use! I have used several other software products but none are as easy as HubSpot!

Cons: Honestly, the thing I like least about the software is a good thing. I dislike how I always feel like I am behind on whatever they are putting out next! So they build a new ticketing system and then all the sudden I am like "Wait do I need a ticketing system? How can I use this to help my company?" By constantly updating their system and improving it I am perpetually behind on trends and it forces me to think about the best ways to do things.

Overall: The sales and support teams are 100% amazing. I have never once had a problem that they could not solve or find a workaround for. I use HubSpot daily and tell everyone I know about it!

Pros: Cost (free CRM features that leave little to be desired)

Exceptional FAQs, training materials, and customer support

Intuitive interface

Cons: Some inevitable confusion about what features are included, given the "freemium" pricing on the CRM.

Overall: On both the marketing automation platform and sales CRM side, HubSpot's competitors (Marketo and Salesforce, respectively) often position themselves as being the more "grown up" option for businesses at scale. But in my experience (having used all three systems at four different organizations), HubSpot goes toe to toe in terms of functionality, beats them on price, and is so far ahead on ease of use that I can't even compare in good faith.

HubSpot is an excellent CRM! It integrates with the HubSpot marketing platform and is easy to use.

Pros: SimulTrans moved from SugarCRM to HubSpot CRM to integrate with the HubSpot marketing platform used by our company. It provides centralized intelligence of marketing and sales activities in a unified platform. Our sales team receives more leads, closes more deals, and spends less time on administration. Our company benefits from greater efficiency, lower costs, and increased revenue.

Cons: We have complex commission reporting requirements that the HubSpot reporting add on could not accommodate. We used a connector from cData to access the HubSpot CRM data from our JasperReports Server to calculate commissions.

Overall: HubSpot brings more leads to our sales team and allows us to win more customers. We benefit from greater efficiency, lower costs, and increased revenue.

Comments: I love the platform and have used it personally in my business, and with multiple clients. It's a great tool and it's functionality is a huge plus - if you are at the level where you need this type of support.

Pros: The platform is really large and offers a lot of functionality. The ability to manage social, email, customers, and workflows is incredibly valuable - especially if you have a very large audience (5k ppl on your list or more).

Cons: While it's terrific for large companies, it's a bit large for smaller companies or startups. The price can also be prohibitive if you have a limited budget and small audience.

Comments: I think HubSpot CRM is the way to go especially for smaller companies.

Pros: It's clean, relatively easy to use, and puts almost all of the functions needs for sales and marketing in one spot. It also has measures in place to ensure that the data is as clean and organized as possible. It makes collaboration between sales and marketing teams easy. They also provide in-depth training materials to help get going.

Cons: There are some features that are missing especially on the sales and CRM side. Reporting is not as customizable as Salesforce, but definitely cleaner and easier to set up.
