Pros: useful apps and integrations plus detailed analytics, data and support. We started right with the training and it was easy to understand, assimilate and apply. 3rd party integrations were our miracle.

Cons: expensive, watch out! really not cheap to adopt but there could be alternatives that could do similar for less.

Pros: Basic reporting is great and gives me the ability to set up a sales funnel and track everything that is most important to my startup.

Cons: There have been a few attempts where I've reached out to customer service and not received a response.

Overall: Ability to clearly measure sales process and create quotas and deliverables across the team.

Pros: Email tracking is a useful tool in prospection process and it is fundamental to priorice time expended over leads.

Cons: It is expensive for a Start up with a low access to USD. The free version haven't the automation tools, one to many, that bring more time to communicate with clients in a B2C business

Overall: In any organizations that use this software, time saved its big to prospection and scoring a lead vs sales qualified lead.

Pros: Very easy to set-up and begin using immediately. The email tracking is one of my favorite features!

Cons: Some of the free features are a bit misleading. I sometimes feel as if I am going down a rabbit hole for a feature that isn't really available in a functional way without upgrading.

I think its a very complete marketing automation solution and the company is always evolving.

Pros: Its an intuitive software and the analytics by channel is impressive. It has a good GUI and reporting on campaigns and programs is very complete. There are a number of APIs to other marcom platforms.

Cons: It does require quite a bit of training initially to get the software running to meet an organization's marketing goals.

Overall: It helped me track marketing campaigns and lead generation programs in a real time manner. It lets you uncover the channels with the best roi and cpa.

Pros: Easy to navigate. It has great features with room to grow as needed. They are always implementing new features.

Cons: It is a little pricier than other tools out there but you get what you pay for. If you grow your customer base, you can be automatically bumped into the next pricing tier.

Pros: I call HubSpot a swiss army knife -- it has everything you would need, all the tools work well, though each tool is not necessarily best in class. After years in enterprise, I am now a consultant and was wondering what I can recommend for small-mid-companies who need marketing automation. Most are using a somewhat scary mix of Mailchimp, spreadsheets, social media posting tools, and Wordpress add-ons. HubSpot is an integrated, blended tool. Best thing about it is that it enforces best practices. If you use it right, you are doing marketing right -- personas, buyer's journey, outbound, inbound, analytics, etc. Implementation teams are awesome. But make sure you are ready -- during the implementation period, you would be wise to put all your attention on this to climb the learning curve as far and fast as possible.

Cons: You need a dedicated person to run this and to manage your marketing programs. Do not think someone can be "the HubSpot guy" as a side job. Watch the costs. You need to manage your lists. Mautic is an open-source alternative -- really great but you need some technical chops in-house.

Pros: It's for free and has quite a lot of features Gmail plugin, letting you monitor contacts/deals from your Gmail mailbox

Cons: No in-app overall mailing tab Could be more user-friendly No automated contact upload sync from mail (available e.g. in Salesflare)

Comments: I would really recommend this CRM tool with my friends, it is easy to use and easy to manage.

Pros: I like the simple interface, you can easily navigate through pages. The best is the dashboard page, you can check and monitor your productivity and your colleagues.

Cons: I don't have any major issues with Hubspot, just encountered minor issue when sometimes you can't open any contacts (might be some minor server issues)

Pros: 1. It is very attractive in a visual way, and you can find anything just taking a look. 2. If tou are a beginner, Hubspot is a software you can use easily.

Cons: 1. It is very basic. 2. Not always you can edit everything you want. 3. It is very expensive if you want to add the Premium account.

Pros: I like how easy it is to use; we use it for customer contact and can assign different tasks along the way to each member of the sales team. It is great to visualize the steps.

Cons: I wish it was a little more straightforward in adding contacts, when you go to start a log, you have to add each individual contact as a new setup, which can take some time.

Pros: Hubspot CRM's website building tool is a huge plus. Most marketing & CRM software packages offer some type of landing page building tool, but Hubspot allows us to have our entire website.

Cons: Out of the box reporting isn't that great - although it's a lot better than it used to be, and Hubspot is continuously working to improve it. There are more advanced reporting options available but they come at a cost, as expected.

Overall: Hubspot allows us to connect all of our marketing and CRM efforts - website, blog, landing pages, CTAs, email, workflow automation, and much more in one system which saves us a ton of time and effort.

Pros: It's a great to marketeers can use for inbound and outboundmarketing, email marketing, lead generation, website management and social media management.

Cons: Hubspot does a lot of updates, which are great. New features and functions are added. Sometimes, not all functions are easy to understand and need a little bit of practice.

Pros: I love having everything in one place - prospects, existing customers, reminders to respond to folks, meeting appointments, etc.

Cons: There are some growing pains. For instance, it is difficult to have someone's Contact info mirror to their Contact or Deal info. There are some different selections for one, but not the others.

Overall: We're able to get all customers in one place. We're still trying to figure out the very best way to get things configured. HubSpot's sales process is quite formal and restrictive - they will definitely only give you the training time you paid for!

Pros: Great, feature-rich CRM. The free version is adequate for most SMEs. With zapier, our workflows are automated to our proposal software, accounting software and project management software. The google web extension makes it easy to get contacts in and categorised effectively. Email tracking is easy (no manual bcc like most CRMs!).

Cons: Growing businesses needing more than what this app offers will get sticker shock from the paid add-ons Hubspot offers. Integrations with other marketing tools are (for obvious reasons) a bit clunky.

Overall: Organised sales pipeline = more closed business.

Pros: As deeper relationships you have with the client, as more he trust you and continue to work with your company and the chance that he can choose some other offers even with better conditions is minimized. So Hubspot can give you a chance to build such relationships through prompt reminds to contact the client in time, you will always see all the information of the certain profile not to forget anything during the communication with the customer to show him that your company really cares about him!

Cons: We had one a bit disappointed occasion with one of our managers. He said that he set the notification to do one important thing for the client, but the system did not remind him about that and eventually, we lost that client. Maybe it was a mistake of that person, but he was very upset too, so I do not think that he lies.

Pros: Free plan has a lot of features and enabled the integrations like Gmail and Chrome extension and multiple other softwares. Easy to use with and ordenad and clean dashboard.

Cons: Is dificult to say one cons because hubspot offer and gives with a transparent way that just do that do. There aren't sudently surprises.

Pros: Hubspot CR is great for a lot of reasons but primarily I found it to be the strongest when it came to assigning tasks, organizing leads and contacts and putting together practical strategies within the CRM for our team. It was also a free to use platform which allowed us to get our feet wet without having a huge commitment

Cons: There is somewhat of a learning curve and it is definitely not has robust as other CRMs that we have used such as SugarCRM or Salesforce. This isn't a bad quality but it is something which we liked less.

Pros: I use this app often and love the integration it has with email to be able to track opens etc on messages. It helps me keep all my communication together for clients and prospects meaning I will not forget a follow up.

Pros: This software is very comprehensive as far as data tracking contacts, keeping organized with what contacts different staff is assigned, and communication methods built-in with the CRM. The ease of use is incredibly well thought out and appreciated.

Cons: My only gripe is that this software doesn't cater more to non-profits. I wish I could track financial data and more "donor-esque" information, but even some of that I am manually able to add fields for. Definitely not for donor tracking, though.

Overall: HubSpot CRM integrates other softwares like Gmail, and keeps communication seemless between staff and leads. The very friendly interface is invaluable - it's hard enough having a lot to do, I'd rather not spend weeks trying to figure out how to use a CRM well - and the software is robust. I can assign team members to leads, create deadlines, and know every interaction that a lead has had with us, all in one location.

Comments: It¿s pretty fun to mess around with but there are much better alternatives such as theofficialpickle

Pros: The ability to easily create user profiles linked to other sites. Ability to export data to other software and interact with emails

Cons: The additional setup charges and hidden features. It¿s all a little bit red taped and over rated. For free this would be brilliant but the company is clearly very limiting.

Pros: What I like most about HubSpot CRM is the ability to capture a lot of information about incoming leads. It's also very simple to use couldn't ask for a better UX. Above all else, it's free!

Cons: Since it's still a relatively new HubSpot feature, it is not as robust as other, more established CRMs on the market currently.

Overall: The ability to capture leads effectively. Great return on investment since it is a free feature.

Pros: As a small company, we have little to no internal marketing. Hubspot has helped us reach large audiences both locally, and over the web.

Pros: I used it to see when people had opened my email but they started limiting the number of alerts you got monthly :(

Pros: The biggest plus is ease of use. Even non-technical people can easily use HubSpot tools. I really like that I can easily teach my assistant and do not spend a lot of time explaining. We like its features and intuitive interface. We also wonder how it can be easily and effectively used when it comes to communicating with our customers

Cons: We work with buyers from different countries, and I do not like that HubSpot does not have a multi-currency, which makes it difficult to work in several countries. In the rest, the service suits me completely.

Pros: HubSpot has been an awesome addition to my e-commerce business. It's been so much easier since adding HubSpot on to increase our analytics tracking to improve lifetime partnerships with our clients.

Cons: The initial adjustment period of getting used to the platform was a bit confusing but the customer support was excellent and helped us make the shift.

Pros: The logging and tracking of emails with ease of use. Many different features that are nice to have and work well for team communications.

Cons: Some features are a little off, and could use adjustments. Adding a task to a note, would be nice to be able to select who the task is for. Having a created date for tasks. More visibility of tasks in records.

Pros: I have been using this software for couple months and it is great so far. it is very easy to import your contact list into this software. I also like that its user friendly and integrated with varying functionalities that allows me keep track of all customer information and communicate directly through the software.

Cons: I really don't have any cons for this software. the design could be a little more cohesive. it can be a little confusing if you don't fully understand the functions it provides.

Comments: It's a good tool for start up company. The fact that Hubspot continuously provide tips and learning information which can help enhance your Marketing strategy.

Pros: The basic free version allows a starting project or SME to kickstart their CRM without having a big budget. It still provides full control over your actions and doesnt miss any features.

Cons: Its a bit complex. The Dashboard is over complicated and can be definitely cleaned up, thus improving onboarding but also usability.

Pros: Hubspot is...well, everything to our business. Not only does it take care of our customer and lead management, but it plays a huge part in our email marketing, content, content marketing and social media campaigns.

Cons: It's darn expensive and you seem to only get real value when you opt in for a higher plan. I'm also not a fan of all the windows that pop-up when trying to use smart content.

Pros: Personalization capabilities are up there with the best of them, letting you see exactly what you want to see about any given contact. Custom fields let you customize even further, as do custom dashboards and views. The HubSpot CRM is all about giving you and your sales team flexibility and insights.

Cons: Difficult to get the views you want by company, which is crucial with the rise of account-based marketing. There are workarounds and the add-ons help, but this should be part of the basic package.

Pros: Hubspot is cheap and pretty simple to use. If you're used to Marketo/sales force type functionality then you will be left feeling very sad.

Cons: Very limited round robin functionality. Very limited CRM features and not helpful customer support. They know what they are not.

Pros: It works well for managing leads and contacts and I use it daily to manage my work flow and connections.

Cons: Non existent customer service. I have been unable to login to my account for two days and it's impossible to get help. In fact it says, " login if you need help". Pretty cynical!

Pros: Hubspot is a versatile tool that comes with the least complex control panel and has some of the outstanding features. Its use for sales is equally profitable, as for marketing. I like the ease of use, even non-technical people can download content and use HubSpot tools. In addition, I like the user interface and step by step instructions that make it easy to use. Now we use HubSpot for everything - although we are still only exploring all the possibilities.

Cons: Landing pages can be better. Also for those who do not have knowledge of the development, it is not easy to work without a developer. Additions to reports should be really free. Our client wants these basic reports to be free, but it's not. Also, their integration with Salesforce isn't the best.

Pros: I like that most of it is free. I've never used the paid version and haven't had the need to yet. I could see reasons for upgrading, but it has everything a small business needs to manage it's sales pipeline and customers.

Cons: There isn't much I don't like. I wish there were more features on the mobile app and I wish my email read notifications were not limited to 200 per month, but you get what you pay for!

The best free forever CRM is Hubspot!

Pros: I've used Hubspot to create customer entries and track the sales for each of them. What I love about it is that you customize the pieces of information that will appear in the contact details and you can integrate your email to the CRM so that you can send emails directly from the CRM. You can also the log the details of your calls for each of your clients and prospects. It also allows you to see the current amount of deals closed so far. Hubspot allows you to track the progress of each prospects and clients. It's a great platform to track whom you should focus your efforts on.

Cons: It's a bit costly to upgrade to the Professional version which has great features for sales and marketing activities.

Pros: Implementing this product was very easy in comparison to other CRM tools. We have an Enterprise account and all of the help that was given to us made the transition painless. Their support team is phenomenal and our account rep is fantastic as well. They're making advancements all of the time to the tool which is making it better and better.

Cons: If comparing to other CRMs that are larger, it's missing a few items. However, they are constantly asking for feedback and then implementing changes to better their product. As a consumer, I like that I can see the company bettering themselves.

Pros: I like that this software provides a decent amount of functionality in its initial, free offering. It allowed us to use the product until our business had grown, before needing paid features.

Cons: This product would benefit from cleaner design in my opinion. It has custom styling synonymous with the brand but it isn't massively to my taste.

Pros: For my sales team, I like the task list and reminders you can create so that leads don't get lost. I like that I can see any contact that has happened, and I can see how a lead came to us, what pages they have been on, etc. It just gives me the visibility I need to hold my sales team accountable and also to really hone in our marketing efforts.

Cons: We don't pay for reporting from Hubspot, so I don't know if that would make some of the reporting easier, but I find it difficult to calculate things like close rates, and other KPIs with out doing a lot of manual work.

Overall: It keeps my sales team organized and accountable!

Pros: The ease of use, the ability to customize my view, snippets and templates under the sales upgrade are helpful too. Decent reporting

Cons: Don't like that you can't assign a task to more than one person, the formatting of the email doesn't work & don't like that you can create customized tags which would allow us to filter results based off the tag

Overall: Ties all of our sales and marketing efforts together. Great for remote teams like WebPunch. We like it but wish it had some small features/improvements.

Pros: I started using this software on the recommendation of some friends. I never imagined how it would help me improve control over the attention I give to my clients. It allows me to keep detailed control of the contacts made, dates, hours, customer data. It helps me send email directly from the application. It has helped me increase my sales and improve the satisfaction of my clients.

Cons: The software depends on a good Internet connection. Requires a URL or website to start the process. But after this step, you can count on the benefits of the system.

Overall: It has helped me improve my sales easily and simply. The software helps me control the sales management of my clients. I have improved the perception of the service of attention to my clients and this has increased my monthly income remarkably.

Pros: It's a big and mature CRM which can do pretty much everything. The UI is much nicer than in Salesforce, though I haven't used Lightning yet.
Auto-enrichment of leads worked mostly fine, though at least once it marked a 5ppl company as 100-500, so we ended up having a weird phone call.

Cons: Per user/month price is quite steep, and if you don't need a full CRM functionality, chances are, you can get away with one of the thousands of smaller niche products.
For example, we were using it primarily for email drip-campaigns, and I have a feeling that something like LeadIQ might've worked better. Not sure though, also the price is compatible.

Overall: We were able to keep track of all our contacts, we made during the marketing research.

Pros: It allows me to individually and personally manage the attention status of each client of my business. Previously I did it through a spreadsheet but it took me a lot of time and effort to keep my client database updated. By using this tool I could easily organize the situation of each client and take control of each one of them daily. Promoting my sales and improving the relationship with my clients. Additionally, it is free.

Cons: I am working hard to identify their weaknesses, but I still can not determine a disadvantage. The set of benefits offered to small and medium enterprises is great. The only thing that could generate problems is a bad Internet connection.

Overall: I am very excited about the incorporation of this tool in my company. It helped me completely change my ability to manage my relationship with my clients. My sales have increased and my clients are better and better served. It is a very versatile tool, it offers me great advantages in terms of the notification of offers, promotions and prices.

Pros: The connection to our email made it really easy to record all incoming and outgoing messages. It was good to have that history on all of our records. Templates and reports were helpful also. Modern design/interface.

Cons: Not much that we didn't like besides the fact that we often ended up with duplicate records (could have been more of an issue on OUR end) and the price was high

Pros: Each contact and company houses all the information (contacts, deals, notes, attachments, etc.) that your team will ever need to know about. Makes it very easy to reignite conversations with stale prospects long after the last touch point by sharing relevant content.

Cons: Some of the reporting features need to be optimized so that you can get a better idea of the last time a lifecycle stage or similar field were changed and not just "modified".

Pros: It's really easy to use. Some other CRMs like Salesforce are much more complex. Being able to easily customize properties and fields is nice. The Deals features are useful and nicely designed.

Cons: The limited reporting functionalities and poorly designed dashboard capabilities. There are inconsistencies, which makes reporting incredibly frustrating.

Overall: Tracking of sales activities, seamless integration with the HubSpot Marketing Automation Platform.

Pros: Hubspots crm is the #1 CRM of choice. We have used both the free and paid version and highly recommend either option! If you need a call option than the paid version will suit your needs.

Cons: The crm is great but you will not receive the best support unless you're a paying customer. Makes sense but we were looking to become a paid customer and they wouldn't answer my questions because I was on the free plan at the time.

Pros: I have been using HubSpot CRM for almost a year, replacing Pipeline Deals. It is the type of feature rich fully developed product you would expect from a company like HubSpot. Easy to add contacts, easy to manage deals. And you can't beat the price, FREE!

Cons: I want to be able to customize the lead lifecycle stage. HubSpot does not allow for a user to customize these fields. It is also quite annoying that the free plan only has 200 notifications per month. Thinking that a user would pay amount for a year for that feature alone is misguided.

Pros: I like it since it is quite intuitive when using it, it takes a really detailed control of the potential buyers and the business opportunities, in turn it has an extension that allows to synchronize the emails with the software and in this way work easily, has reminders that are very useful when you have many contacts, in general terms it is very good and practical.

Cons: The free version is quite limited compared to the pro version, I think it should be a bit more flexible or have more plans.

Overall: The benefit is that you have control of the users and thus effectively attack potential buyers for the product being marketed.

Pros: HubSpot offers everything under the sun for a CRM, and a suite of integrations to help you fill in the gaps where needed.

Cons: It can be a little overwhelming, and expensive for smaller teams. Don't recommend "trying this out" unless you have a clear path and budget on a larger scale.

Pros: Is a very complete and very helpful platform for small businesses, it allows you to control all aspects related to the marketing of your business, register a large number of contacts, send advertising via email, and keep track of all the steps of the marketing campaign until the sale

Pros: I like how you can visually see your transactions and their stages, and also add any information that is necessary for the transaction itself either for the company or in contact. We integrated it with our mail agent and automatically open new contacts directly on Hubspot CRM, which simplifies communication with our customers. Unlike other CRMs which require many clicks, or the creation of complex reports, to get to important data, HubSpot instantly gets you there.

Cons: After our requirements became more clear for the team of services, we were informed that we will need to invest in more expensive versions of the functions and settings of HubSpot CRM for Premium.

Pros: We all know Hubspot but were you aware that they offer a free CRM? This CRM is fully functional and perfect for scheduling tasks, calls, emails and closing the sale.

Cons: While the free version is great, to take advantage of calls within the crm you will need to upgrade.

Pros: I like that Hubspot has a sense of humor, it helps make this easy and fun to use. Snippets and templates and sequences are so helpful! Even when there are issues, your team handles it very quickly and we're back to work in no time!

Cons: You can't see info for your contacts if you're in the deals section. phone connectivity is spotty - it randomly stops working often.

Overall: This has helped me reach out to many clients. the tools help me manage my time much better and work SMARTER, NOT HARDER. I look forward to using this software for my personal side business as well.

Pros: Free tool. Sales people liked using because of all the smoke and mirrors around the data. Sales people apparently liked knowing who opens emails and visits the website.

Cons: Nothing is free. They charge for everything and are limited in what they deliver. Purchases thinking I was going to be able to manage marketing to sales lead generation but ended up needing to manage all their charges instead of the lack of features.

Pros: I bet this product created for such greed people as me. I am not ashamed of this, I like money and I do not like to spend them. But still I understand that working process for sales managers without CRM it is just the big waste of time. Of course they will work and give some results but definitely it will not be as effectively as with CRM. So for me, the best thing here is the fact that it is free of charge. Design is also quite attractive, I bet you will not say that such software can be for free after the first look at it.

Cons: This is not very reasonable to complain on the free product, but if the development team can read my comment I would like them to pay attention to the amount of details of every client-profile. It is actually not enough of them and my team would want to have more.

Pros: A very straightforward program; connects with many other options such as Zapier and Facebook, Google Analytics, etc.

Gives you a lot of insight into what's to be done with your clients, reminds you about relevant tasks when needed and Zapier pretty much made it a household item for many.

Cons: I didn't find the platform very easy to use at first, despite being straightforward.

The learning curve in general isn't long, but still - it takes longer than other CRMs I have used such as AgileCRM.

Overall: Because of Zapier, it really is very easy to use this item and integrations are endless.

Comments: If you need "easy to use" and not a super expensive CRM that does all the basics & some more, HubSpot can be a good choice. Just don't expect something as massive as SalesForce and as user friendly as Pipedrive.

Pros: HubSpot CRM is pretty easy and intuitive to use. The company information also gets pulled automatically, which is a nice touch. Another cool feature is setting up email sequences, which can be customized and scheduled to fit your clients and best open times. You also receive a notification about how many times and when the email was opened by the client.

Cons: HubSpot is pretty popular and might be blacklisted in most spam filters which is why we get bounced emails quite often. The user interface sometimes might feel a little clunky and I've occasionally run into a few glitches. The reporting tool is sometimes difficult to understand and clearly analyze the results of a certain campaign.

Pros: Ease of use is very comfortable. The free version is way enough for simple organizations. Intuitive interface

Pros: Easy integration with Google. Very low price compared to Salesforce. Good support team. Straightforward procedures.

Cons: Performance issue with templates when sending emails from Gmail. Lack of ability to easily schedule sending an email to a huge number of recipients. For instance, we cannot ask the system to have a list of users and send email to them at random time intervals.

I used this for managing special sales projects outside of our company CEM

Pros: I love that it integrates with GMail and that it tracks OPENS and CLICKS within an email message. this is very helpful with this special project

Cons: Not much to hate here. It is probably one of the best CRM packages for the money - especially the free version

Overall: I am able to easily track my clients in this free package much better than with the CRM our company pays a lot of money for

Pros: Hubspot helps me track my leads; interaction with clients, both current and prospective; helps me manage my pipeline, and track all metrics.

Cons: Some difficulty has come up with calling through the tool being disabled for periods of time, information not being properly tracked, etc.

Pros: Ease of use is the best part of this CRM. It was built to be intuitive and in most cases it does not disappoint.

Cons: Reporting could be improved a bit, ideally without having to pay for the additional reporting add-on or the pro version.

Overall: It has helped standardize our sales process and provide helpful transparency.

Comments: Hubspot used to be good but this experience was really bad.

Pros: Usually I can get Customer Service right away. I usually get the happiest and friendliest people from Hubspot help me out.

Cons: Names and emails was not appearing. I was trying to explain to the customer support what I did.

Fantastic CRM that with a little aesthetic update would make all my dreams come true.

Pros: Pretty much everything is integrated and automatically logged when you communicate with your SQLs. It's a highly efficient process, allowing you to spend the right amount of time with people. I love the Task List feature,

Cons: I've been training my team on this for a couple weeks now, and it's been a slow process. It's easy to use, but it's not pretty to look at. Creating contact filters is a pain, and takes a ton of back and forth as you set up your overall system between Sales and Marketing. Be prepared to take a lot of time, but it's worth it.

Even the free version has just what I need to keep track of my leads

Pros: The free version has a ton of value, I can set follow-ups to be email-driven, it's easy to add leads to my email marketing lists, I love how it logs & tracks emails

Cons: Doesn't automatically add LinkedIn contacts/conversations to CRM, but I'm not sure there are any CRMs that can do this

Overall: It's very user-friendly and does not have a steep learning curve on the front end

Hubspot CRM is a great tool with all the basic features you'll need for your customer management.

Pros: You get all in one: contact management, company insights, deals, tasks, email integration, email tracking, lead analysis and tracking.

Pros: Landing page and design manager is great. I really enjoy the hosted environment and the templating features. Also, their support is really incredible. If I ever can't figure something out, I am quick to call them and them eager to help me. HubSpot was used primarily by sales and marketing staff for marketing and CRM purposes. We used HubSpot for managing our website, newsletter, blog, even SEO and keeping track of our prospects' information and activities.

Cons: HubSpot can be very glitchy in IE (and even in the new Microsoft Edge). I avoid running the program in IE as I often have to stop and log in from Firefox or Chrome to complete my task. Customizing your site is not so easy, particularly if you are a beginner.

Comments: Worth giving it a try!

Pros: I like that it's free, and it's free without setting crippling limitations. It lets you actually use the software without paying for the full version. I'm excited to start using the integrations - namely the Proposify and Google Calendar integrations, which both look promising. After about a month of use (and testing probably a dozen CRMs), I definitely see Hubspot sticking around. It's simple, and you can scale up your subscription as you start to need more features. This is well-designed, simple software.

Cons: Honestly, considering I we are using the free plan at work, I don't have any complaints. I would definitely pay for a QuickBooks Online integration, and am hopeful that one is coming eventually.

Pros: We just started using it and WOW can we see a difference! We are able to track things we weren't before, like emails, and I can easily track my teams progress throughout the day

Pros: This program is an excellent customer service manager who perfectly performs this role. The program helps us to effectively and manage our relationships with customers. From the customer, creation profile to contact them by phone and email. The platform is good at drawing up reports since we can immediately see the status or status of our productivity in everyday life. We can quickly send embedded emails and project email without having to re-enter.

Cons: I do not like the fact that this is a system based on connecting to the Internet. We can not contact our customers if there is no internet, and most of the time conversations with customers are interrupted during a phone call due to the intermittent connection.

Pros: I can't say enough positive things about Hubspot. I work in a fast-paced tech company that still operates with the start-up mentality. So resources and time are usually limited. Hubspot levels the playing field through connecting all parts of the buyer's journey to the web experience and allowing for smart, humanized automation. Because of our ability to target and execute smart if/then sequencing, we're able to allow our b2C experience be nearly entirely self-service. The conversion rates have been out of this world!

Cons: I do think it can be a tad expensive at times, especially when we haven't purged our unengaged contacts. However, when compared to the cost of building out a full team to create, manage and monitor the content, journey and user experience, it's still a great value.

Pros: Hubspot CRM makes it easy to upload or create many companies, contacts, or deals quickly. It's easy to use, intuitive, and definitely fit for purpose (sales).

Cons: The Outlook Hubspot CRM Plugin can be buggy at times - it can cause outlook to crash. When it's working it's really useful though.

Pros: The system is user-friendly making your marketing efforts simple to deploy. I especially like having all of our marketing efforts and data housed in one system, from web analytics to CRM. It's all on one place which makes my job easier. Also, it has excellent tutorials and uses cases available. It is mainly used by marketing department - emails, forms, workflows and other function to execute marketing strategy and collect data to plan marketing strategies. It also serves as a basic CRM database to track customer activities.

Cons: There are some areas of the software which require further build out. The other thing to keep in mind is that you will need to pay for add-ons like specific sales tools and reporting, which can be a bit disappointing, but at the price point you're paying, it won't consume your entire budget.

Pros: HubSpot is the go to solution for first time CRM users. It has a free plan which has plenty of basic features and allows unlimited users. Its easy to use and intuitive even for clients that never used CRM before. It has email and calendar integration from Google or Office 365 eliminating all the hassle with manual data entries.

Cons: HubSpot is very good for small businesses as the basic features are free, but as your company grows it can be come pricey and there are better solutions out there. Reports can use some improvement.

Overall: I highly recommend HubSpot CRM for managing customers relationships more efficiently.

Pros: I'll start by saying that my use of Hubspot isn't as frequent as others in my company. It is pretty sales focused and working in operations I generally check it when sales is giving me a new customer. With that said, the notes our sales team is doing now are WAY better than they were in the past thanks to Hubspot! It is easy to find everything I need to know about a new sale and easily pick up where sales left off.

Cons: It took me a while to figure out the ins and outs of the software. I feel like I am still missing some great features, but look forward to learning more!

Pros: There's a ton to like about Hubspot CRM:

1) It's free for small business
2) It's straightforward and easy to use
3) Like any CRM, it helps so much with organization (and coupled with #2, it's easy to get the team on the same page)
4) It's almost guaranteed to integrate with the other software you're using

Cons: There's not much to dislike about Hubspot CRM. It's a really solid platform that does exactly what it was designed to do.

Pros: One can be very regular with the follow-ups as it gives the option to set date and time for next follow up.

Pros: The easy setup, template creations, and of course the tracking email that its my most used feature for sales.

Cons: I think there is no cons in this CRM, but if I have to say something I think its no to accurate the tracking history, because sometimes I really don't know what happen with an email.

Overall: Tracking email its a must in my company, help us to follow almost any action of our workflow (sales, support, invoice, etc)
