Pros: Reliable, powerful and helpful. We have been using HubSpot to help our clients to streamline their online funnels with amazing results. The HubSpot Stack + Problem/Solution content is the right formula to generate demand for your organization.

Cons: Learning curve. If you really want to see the result of inbound marketing and use the tool at full potential you really need to adopt the inbound mentally across the entire organizations. Your team needs to dedicate time to learn.

Pros: It's well thought of and covers most, if not all of my sales needs. And it's free, flexible to upgrade where necessary

Cons: Report customisation can be improved much much more. Missing features for multi city teams (currency)

Pros: You can create email templates and automate responses to leads. Also, the HubSpot Sales Chrome extension is a great tool!

Cons: The free CRM is limited and if you decide to pay, it gets a bit expensive. Also, you have to customize a lot of stuff to meet your business needs.

Pros: This is a solid CRM system. I enjoy the flexibility of property creation, email feature, and tracking information. It is a great way to stay on top of customer correspondence. I also love the integrations with Gmail, Chrome, HubSpot Marketing, and Facebook.

Cons: HubSpot support is underwhelming to say the least. Their chat system is not great, neither is their speed of response or quality of response.

Pros: The bi-directional email integration with G-Suite is the biggest time saver for me. You can send emails from within HubSpot CRM and it goes out directly from your company email and when the email is replied to, it is automatically captured and stored in the contact record. Other great areas include the Deals and Tasks sections.

Cons: The API needs to be enhanced to allow creating and modifying tasks and adding noted to the contact records.

Overall: I am able to accurately track my sales activities and manage tasks and opportunities. I am also able to integrate this via Zapier to my other email marketing, e-signature, and communication tools.

Pros: Simple to setup and use. Integrates with Gmail. Easy to add users to Hubspot from Gmail with additional details. Customisable fields and funnels.

Cons: Emails get linked to a contact and company, not to a project. No recurring revenue. Hard to navigate through bcc forwarded emails.

Overall: Saved 5 hours a week on doing sales. Grew from 2 to 20 clients

Pros: Very easy way to keep track of all leads no matter what business you are involved in. We use HubSpot to completely automate our marketing drip process. Simply put together a couple email templates (the software provides recommendations based on what you type) and build a sequence to put all those templates together into a scheduled drip process. From there you can select any prospect by email and start them in the sequence. They will continue to receive the emails you have built out along the timeline you set, allowing you to focus on other areas of your business rather than typing out multiple emails!

Cons: I wish there was a way for a user to send out a mass email easily to a group of my prospects instead of having to do it one by one. Not a big deal, but just something that would be nice to have for the purposes of prospecting.

Overall: Keep track of leads/customers, track emails to see what is getting the most opens/clicks, completely automate email drip campaigns to drive inbound traffic, etc.

Easy transition over from Salesforce. Very user friendly system.

Pros: Hubspot's support is second to none. They worked with us to customize the CRM to our unique business needs and are always eager to help move projects forward and go above and beyond to ensure all our goals are met.

Cons: The reporting functionalities are limited and not always intuitive. It took our team awhile to create all the reports we needed, and while we are able to run most now it was not a quick or easy process to have these all set up.

Love Hubspot CRM! Its lean and intuitive.

Pros: I like the clean layout of the CRM the most! It makes it easy to use and allows for my contacts to be easy to find and monitored.

Cons: There are times when importing contacts can be an issue if your import spreadsheet isn't formatted just right. But even then- that can be fixed.

Overall: The biggest benefit is having our sales team actually use it. It just confirms that the platform is easy to use.

Comments: The templates and file storage is great. Helps my sales team save valuable time.

Pros: Lots of features with the free version. Tracking email opens is a huge help in knowing which messages are being well received and which aren't getting attention.

Cons: Paid version just had a major price structure change. Can no longer get 1 seat, now have to pay for 5 people regardless of how many are on your team.

Comments: The ability for the user to customize fields and features is what makes this product unique and favorable. I've priced out and completed demos for a few CRMs and the feature is limited in most CRMs

Pros: The CRM is user friendly. The prompts and fields are easy to navigate even as a new user. We also like the ability to customize fields to allow us to track products sold 'deals" as well as the revenue associated with each product.

Cons: We purchased the product right before the price increase. I am not sure this product warrants the price increase

Pros: Ease of use, Easy to connect with other apps/products you use, For some, the cost may be a great selling point

Cons: Not alot of options, no connection for the apps/products I use, in order to connect with products/apps I use I had to use several different programs which I'd have to remember every login/password. (hassle)

Pros: Ease of use, integration with many vendors and solutions, workflow is very beneficial, mobile app is very useful.

Cons: In ability to send email campaigns unless you use the marketing module, sending bulk emails, for example, multiple people in a deal is not possible, price is high, some field properties are not customizable.

Pros: The free version of this product is great! It allowed me to use the basics and ultimately I upgraded because of how much I enjoyed the basic functionality.

Cons: I wish there were a few more ways to customize certain features; as an example, a tool to track prospects to match specifics wants or qualifications.

Pros: Fairly intuitive UI, great integration with their marketing product to give intelligence about prospect activities, fairly full set of tools for dealing with inbound customers/prospects

Cons: Reporting and pipeline management is weak relative to industry (specifically Pipedrive and SFDC) -
lots of work-arounds required to get seemingly standard views (eg. forecast pipeline based on close date instead of stage based). The product is designed more around generating leads/opportunities through marketing-to-inbound then outbound-first prospecting.

So simple and so easy!

Pros: Hubspot CRM is the most underrated Products on the market. It is so simple to use and the customer support is amazing. It doesn't take me much direction to even set up pretty self-explanatory

Cons: Once you create an account cabs but then blows up your email and try to sell you on all their other products

Pros: The layout of the software is my favorite thing about it. It's easy to integrate, import and export the things I need to keep my contacts in order.

Cons: Can be a little buggy sometimes, however I've always been able to reach out to their support team and get helped.

Pros: For a free CRM, you can't complain but I always feel like you needed to purchase their other products to get the most out of the system. We had trouble using it, it just didn't fit our model. I can appreciate that they want to bring people in to utilize the free system but the other systems were very high in price, compared to the competition.

Cons: Maybe create a paid version of this same CRM, with some upgraded features. It wasn't bad by any means, you just need to work with it a bit to get it to work for your organization.

Pros: HubSpot has been really valuable to us when it comes to a great CRM that helps our business data to be in one place. Whether it is existing deals, clients or candidates we can keep track on everything with this software. It is incredibly easy to navigate within and find needed data within seconds. We love having one source for all our activities.

Cons: We have definitely tried a few other CRM's that allow you to do more auto-filling of things than HubSpot CRM does. There is definitely some room for improvement when it comes to that.

Comments: Not at the moment.

Pros: End-to-end sales automation with reminders and custom created email templates. Email templates can be shared with team members, pipeline sync with CRM and tracking.

Cons: Hubspot should create a team that helps new CRM users to keep learning and uses best practices, There must be a team who keep tracking ROI and share with the buyer.

Pros: Amazing. Very very powerful CRM, particularly when combined with HubSpot marketing. Makes sales outreach and management a breeze

Comments: We moved from own-server systems to cloud hosted 1CRM, touted as seamlessly offering everything, but we finally gave up on persevering with half-baked and really unfriendly functionality, and even putting up with the rude and disdainful "support" of paying customers, when we got the big red "your data is not secure" warning. So much for SugarCRM and this 1CRM derivative. We considered Salesforce, where we had been in a previous life, but then we tried HubSpot. Well ... after a few minutes really simple setup, we created a few test situations, and found all the legwork was done for us faster than we could type, intuitively, and surprisingly accurately. Fantastic. This is what software is supposed to do - not give me the runaround then treat me like a fool like 1CRM and support from Visual4 GmbH did, but help me, think for me, and make my life easier. Much, much, easier. Go HubSpot!

Pros: Super intuitive, excellent UX, great to use, simple setup, guides you through all the steps, mega friendly. This was such a relief after our nightmare with 1CRM.

Pros: It's free, for one, and it has a number of great features as a CRM to ensure that your leads are stored and kept up-to-date. Their integration with Zapier makes lead gathering and processing very easy to do. It's great for small teams that don't need a huge set of tools to manage their leads.

Cons: As mentioned in the title, it's clearly geared towards users of the Hubspot Sales and/or Marketing plans. This is clearly a business decision of Hubspot's - drive upsells through a free CRM - which makes perfect sense. However, the issue is that every corner you turn with the software you're faced with huge limitations that are only solved if you upgrade to a paid plan - and they're not cheap!

Pros: This customer relationship management system has everything you need to fill your pipeline with deals, follow up, and close business accounts. Hubspot keeps it very simple to use and has great dashboard to keep you organized.

Cons: Most CRMs have some sort of plugin and integrations with other systems. Hubspot is somewhat limited in this offering as opposed to a salesforce, which has 3rd party apps that really help your workflow.

Overall: Hubspot is a great service to learn about digital marketing. The CRM is free to use at the beginning and it is a great way to dip your toes in the water and learn about using CRMs in your daily work.

Pros: Free and simple, HubSpot CRM is built to be a platform that allows sales teams to get started quickly without making much of a change in their existing workflow. It is a solution ideal for companies that are still starting to recognize the value of CRM and want to try it out or for enterprises that are not using their existing CRM systems to their fullest potential.

Cons: Some advanced features you might find in a tool such as Salesforce or Marketo are not present. As we're using the free version, but once we iron out all the kinks we're 10000% signing up to the plan, so I'd say at the moment the only downside to the service would be the support which is community-based. but its all spot on.

Comments: Hubspot CRM has been a great tool for our company, an upgrade from a previous basic CRM and helping us to keep track of clients, deals, progress, pipeline etc.

Pros: easy to use and customize functions, filter functions, straightforward database records, basic analytics that works for our purpose at this time. Possibility to grow with it and upgrade to Sales/Marketing option. it is great that the basic is free (for more users in the company) and then selectively we can have unlocked upgraded functions for a few roles in the team as needed.

Cons: nothing in particular that would be cons. Some pre-set functions are redundant, but that depends on a user - thankfully it is easy to customize the properties and views.

Pros: Transitioning from an in-house CRM to Hubspot's CRM has opened the door to many more features. Some of my favorite features include email templates, custom views per contact, logging all conversations with the ability to book meeting time directly to your calendar, and the ability to auto-log conversations are extremely valuable as we better refine our customer personas.

Cons: At this time, I don't have many complaints about the software. We will be transitioning to Hubspot's Marketing Automation platform and anticipate any limitations we are currently facing with our in-house technology will be solved.

HubSpot is great! Easy to use, helpful, intuitive, and a great way to keep track of business.

Pros: The dashboard lets you know how productive you and your staff have been that week, the pipeline helps you keep track of where customers are in your workflow, and I really appreciate the HubSpot Academy that allows you to keep learning.

Cons: Sometimes keeping track of emails within the CRM is a challenge and not easily done. It would also be nice if there was a more user-friendly way to sort notes and emails (maybe sorting by date) as opposed to scrolling through them.

Overall: Great way to track business and make sure customers are getting what they need and that the workflow is going smoothly.

Pros: Easy to use interface, lots of different features and functionality, good tools to design templates. The store to purchase additional templates is a nice add-on as well.

Cons: The tracking and automation is just not as robust as we'd like. I have to create 4 workflows for every email send we do to properly track everything. There is no blanket workflow across all actions, each thing has to be done individually.

Pros: We use many hubspot tools, it is great for managing our email campaigns and conversions on our website amongst other things. Any problems/questions we have had have been answered very quickly and to a high standard.

Cons: It can be awkward to customise templates and modules, but there is a marketplace and support to help if you aren't code proficient.

Pros: FREE PRODUCT! It doesn't get better than that. A great CRM, fully functional, for free! The analytical tools that make it absolutely awesome are not free, but totally worth the investment. It's as easy as getting the account and start using it! You can put your business up to speed in no time, and they provide all necessary training and certification to have your staff using the CRM at the maximum of its possibilities.

Cons: The jump from CRM to a fully functional Online Marketing tool is steep in price. However, you immediately notice how powerful the full suite is

Pros: HubSpot offers a variety of tool for everyone. Even if you've never ventured outside of email marketing, HubSpot can guide you through the process of learning other inbound marketing techniques to truly help grow your business.

There support team is the best I've seen in years of CRM software. Our organization used salesforce as a tool for engaging with leads, and there was nothing worse than having to get in touch with their support team. HubSpot is just the opposite. There are friendly people that pick up the phone in just seconds, and can point you in he right direction. Their guidance is clear and they are easy to understand.

Best software ever! We are never going back!

Cons: It takes some time to get to know the ins and outs of the software. But no need to worry because HubSpot offers training sessions for its members to learn the skills they need in order to succeed.

Cons: I AM very disappointed with the customer service, billing, system issues not alerting of payment issues and not respecting customers!

Overall: I liked the ability to track the emails however not very accurate. I have been a loyal client even before becoming big and they have cut my account because apparently have been invoices unpaid. The system is automatic so the payments were taken automatically from the card. I was not aware of payment issues as they haven't sent any email or alert. They cut my account without even being aware of it and when I noticed limits on the emails I found out I was no longer on pro account I was on the free account. When I took the matter to billing they simply ignore me and just say I need to register again on the expensive plan. Nobody wants to help and I get in dead end with both sales and billing. I feel frustrated as I am one of the customer who helped hubspot grow and have invested in them to have to be left and thrown like that. NO SUPPORT WHATSOEVER!

Comments: This product greatly increased my sales volume, being able to see when my email was read, and when links in the email were clicked was really a priceless tool.

Pros: Easily track emails in Microsoft Outlook or Gmail. - customer service responds to your issues, tries to help resolve in a timely matter I remember that I had an issue with their notifications once, where they wouldn't show up on my phone unless I turned my computer off; I submitted a request for them to fix this, explained that I didn't turn my work computer off ever, but still needed to get notifications on my phone, and they fixed the issue within a few weeks from my original request! I was completely shocked that they took care of this for me, all of my co-workers said they were now getting notifications as well!

Cons: There was a short period of time where they didn't have a cell phone app, but that's not the case any longer. There's really not anything not to like if you pay for the service; my work paid for my premium account, and Hubspot quickly resolved any issues I had.

Pros: They make it very simple to use, and do not over complicate things. It is very easy to create reporting dashboards. Easy to work through tasks.

Cons: The sequences could be more customizable. Also it lacks the ability to mass add contacts to a sequence.

Overall: There are other CRM's that are best suited for my role, but this one does the job. My recommendation would vary depending on what is most important to the company I would be referring it to.

Pros: It is so easy to use and extremely intuitive. I have used Greenrope, Infusionsoft, and Act and this is, without a doubt, the best of the bunch for someone who needs a CRM that is not complicated and difficult to use. Best of all, it's free!

Pros: I like how HubSpot can figure out where your visitors are from and it pulls its own data from its own sources. However, it would be useful if you could create negative lists/ignore properties so that contacts would be deleted and never come back. For SaaS use, it works but it isn't perfect.

Cons: Doing certain integrations is a bit difficult as HubSpot has a lot of features we don't necessarily need and doing some simple integration (like doing manual tracking of certain events or tagging certain users as being from a certain location/source) is difficult. The form tracking widget is all-or-nothing type of affair so it tracks forms in our product that we don't want tracked. We can't manually set which forms to track.

Pros: My favorite thing about this software is that it's free. It made choosing a CRM an easy decision, and we have stuck with it since we made it. I like that it's easy to customize just about anything in terms of fields and that there are no limits on doing that.

I also enjoy the templates and email tracking feature, which supposedly has a limit in the free account but I somehow continue to get notifications when people open my emails.

Another favorite aspect that keeps me coming back to it is the Deals area - having a kanban board for deals is immensely helpful, and we use that heavily along with quota and forecasting reports related to it. There isn't a better way to get a snapshot on how your business is doing than to just look a kanban board of all your open deals and where they are in the pipeline.

Cons: Some of the software can seem a bit old and clunky, like a lot of CRMs. I miss the social autofilling options that Prosperworks has, and I don't find there to be anything particularly special about the user interface. Lists of contacts and navigating through a profile doesn't look especially modern, but it does get the job done.

It's hard to be upset with any of those issues though because well, it's free. For free, it does an amazing job.

Overall: The biggest benefit is getting a fleshed out CRM without spending a dime. For a small organization, this is a huge benefit because you can start immediately implementing the CRM and getting into the habit of taking notes and managing customers. Later on you might want to migrate to a different CRM, but in the meantime, this is a no risk situation to get started and actually is better than a lot of paid CRMs out there.

Cons: I dislike the notification tab at the top right, when it says I have 10+ I have to check it, but it is almost always just telling me things that are due today, I have the tasks tab and the email reminders to cover that ;) It's no big deal though, I have learnt to ignore it.

Overall: Visibility. It has allowed to to manage my contacts in the same way I used to but now all in one place and so much easier, it is easy to get a view of what activity is happening across the whole team and with the custom filtering you can pretty much get any sort of information you want to track. It would be close to perfection for me if I could run a filter by call length ie anything over 30 seconds etc

Pros: HubSpot is born out of the inbound methodology, a highly effective approach to lead generation. They have built an end-to-end marketing and sales platform based on that methodology. Nobody else comes close. I trust them immensely to continue to innovate along that mission.

Cons: SMS in the CRM, android CRM app has limited functionality, not a fan of the wait time between product announcements and rollout

Pros: HubSpot has allowed us to transform our web presence in all aspects of the game. We have grown so much over the years and one of the biggest things we have done is tied actual sales to different actions on HubSpot. Our brand recognition has increased, our new contacts to market has significantly increased and our web is sooo much better

Cons: Things change a lot and not all features are available in HS that are available through the original platform. Such as different features when you post on Facebook directly are not available in HS. The customer service has gone down a tad. I used to have regular calls with my account manager who would help with campaigns we would run. She would reach out to me proactively. They switched to a team feel January 1st and I have only heard from the team once and that was an issue we had.

Pros: I like how easy it is to create deals in the interface and also seeing the deal stage in the customer profile.

Cons: We already use a separate CRM tool and we are unable to synch the systems up to see a full user profile.

This system connects to all of our data and analytics; it's the best experience we could ask for.

Pros: When tracking, with hubspot, I can create a really good approach with SQL, it's easy and free. Good product.

Cons: There was a problem with the CRM a few months ago in france because everything was in English. But now I can use it in French.

Overall: Never perfect, there's always room for improvement. But, it is fabulous.

Pros: Easy and free integration of contact management and email. I like that it is a cloud based system with other integrations as well.

Cons: Reporting seems minimal plus the integration with HubSpot marketing software can be frustrating -- feels like 2 separate systems loosely tied together.

Pros: The software comes in a stack and allows different departments to communicate using the same database for different tasks.

Cons: Heat mapping is nearly impossible. It is great for global companies, but if you are trying to segment by region, it is a real nightmare.

Overall: It has significantly increased my earning potential

Pros: The connectivity of all the data. The wealth of data collected and link to contact/company profiles allows for great strategic data mining

Cons: Cannot handle multiple languages well for foreign markets, the global content templates -especially for email footers- cannot be customized per language market. Email laws are different in each country, so now our footers are crazy long to contain all the required info and only in English :-(

Pros: The best part about Hubspot products is they're essentially foolproof. It doesn't take long to navigate tools and find what you need. Everything does exactly what it says on the tin and works well. Seeing a lead's history of interacting with your brand online is pretty mind-blowing and really helps you understand what channels are attributing the most.

Cons: This isn't relevant to the CRM, but I'd like to see a big revamp on the keyword tool. Similar to something like Moz. I Know topic clusters are a focus now, but clients like to see progress in ranking on important keywords. Moz's setup is a go-to for me, but it'd be great to have something similar for Hubspot.
