Relevance of modules. Thoughtful design of the products. Products are constantly revolving. The software provides with visibility of business apects that are relevant for cost management and assets reliability.

Cons

Customers must sometimes wait for several software versions ahead to get a solution that addresses some of their currently urgent needs. That may force them to look for and spend on other complementary tools elsewhere.

Excellent hospitality, casual vibe, plenty of in-between moments for quick personal questions. Always find new features or workarounds through networking opportunities.

Pros

Great venue. Perfect sized space for the Learning Cafe. Lots of opportunities for personal attention.

Cons

Quieter voices need to hold microphone closer. General transitions between presentations seemed choppy at times.

So far the experience has been excellent and still learning. Tons of information in this system so it takes time to explore.

Pros

The program works great for our company and allows us to track our equipment more affectivly. A lot of information at your fingertips

Cons

Not really a dislike but a bit of a learning curve for many of our locations. Not all locations tech savvy and takes a while to train.

So far the entire experience has been pretty amazing and makes me really happy that I was one of the ones that suggested Cetaris.

Pros

Only in test and implementation phase and I am already living the amount of information stored in this one system.

Cons

The thing I'm liking least about the switch to Cetaris is the field boxes and template titles that map not matching.

Has been good. Need improved support getting to version 11 and improved reporting. Reporting troubleshooting/support group. We have struggled getting the exports from multiple modules and then using power query to combine them.

Pros

We have had improved OEM and parts warranty by switching to Cetaris. We have also really like the handheld device for our technicians.

Cons

Most of our user applications our developed in-house, so not as user friendly compared to other applications. We have learned how to use the software. Would like to see changes made as production changes rather than waiting for big roll out or future enhancement.

They are Visionary company with superior customer service skills that are always concerned about resolving their customers issues to make them more efficient and profitable!

Pros

\* Overview of new fincionality and enhancements coming to us soon in the next version. \* Listening to the successful implementation of Cetaris clients \* The Q/A interaction between Cetaris and their clients and that Cetaris really does care about resolving customer needs for the short and long term.

I personally enjoyed a little bit longer conference as in previous years. But everything was excellent for the time that we spent together!
