However, someone from my company referred us to it. I will need to communicate internally that this was not a good choice. Very poor professionalism so far. **Pros:** They take your money quickly. It's seemed easy enough for them to take our money. **Cons:** Terrible Customer Support. Paid for a subscription in January 24, it's now May 24 and we haven't moved past the onboarding process. Account rep switched 3 times, without notice and the most recent on is 3 hours behind my team's working hours. **Reasons for Choosing BHN Rewards:** I would not recommend using the platform. The time savings versus setting up rewards in-house, sending and resending emails can't even be measured! We'll never go back to delivering rewards that way. **Pros:** BHN easily integrates with our survey platform (Voxco) using one simple redirect link. Campaign set-up is simple and intuitive. Able to offer a greater selection of rewards, especially to OUS respondents. Respondents are redirected to rewards site instantly and automatically. **Cons:** The only feature I'd like to have available is the ability to increase incentives as campaigns proceed (for instances where the reward offer has been increased to speed up response rates or to complete a difficult audience segment).
