November 13, 2020 5.0 \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] is my account manager and I could not ask for a better vendor partner. He is quick to answer my questions and isn't afraid to let me know when it might take a beat as he has to track my answer down. I never have to ask for a meeting as he proactively reaches out to me several times a year. If I have an issue, it is handled quickly. Pros The software is fairly easy to use. Our company makes things a little more difficult because of how we pay invoices, but I do not have to be concerned about respondents actually getting what they are promised. It is nice that unclaimed gifts come back into my account. Cons Campaigns aren't immediate. So if you get projects on short notice, then you will have anxiety as you wait for it to process in the system. It has never taken longer than a day. Reason for choosing BHN Rewards \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\], and the fact that the integration with Qualtrics saves me a ton of time and the user experience for our respondents is better with Rybbon than with Tremendous. Switched from [Tremendous](https://www.capterra.com/p/197141/Tremendous-Rewards/) While Tremendous is "cheaper" as you don't pay a fee for each reward, unclaimed rewards are not returned to you. Tremendous also does not allow for an automated process, so you have to actually physically send the emails. They said they had an integration with Qualtrics but I couldn't get it to work and they were not helpful. Review Source BS Ben S. This platform has saved me hours each month. Pros Before Rybbon, we used to send out our gift cards manually to users. That consumed hours of my time per month. Now we have all of our gift card campaigns set up as a workflow in Hubspot and at the end of the workflow the user gets placed into the Rybbon gift card distribution. I then log in to my portal and can approve/disapprove gift cards to users. They have a great reporting feature too that helps with tracking of gift card payments. Best feature yet -- You get a 100% refund on unused gift cards after a specific number of days! Cons Fraud detection is not available. We have a lot of users who attempt to try getting multiple gift cards. I'm able to toss out any duplicate entries in Hubspot by not allowing the same email to enter twice, but there are people who use multiple email addresses. There needs to be a way to determine if a user is likely to be a duplicate (same name + address + similar email address). Alternatives considered [Sendoso](https://www.capterra.com/p/160537/Sendoso/) Reason for choosing BHN Rewards Rybbon (while still expensive in my opinion) was better priced than Sendoso. Sendoso was way more than we were looking for and we liked how simple Rybbon was. The fact that we get a 100% refund on unused gift cards sealed the deal. We also reward our loyal customers and users with the help of Rybbon. Pros Rybbon can be integrated with many platforms including SurveyMonkey which helps us a lot in keeping our workflow fast and convenient. Rybbon has various gift cards to choose from, it has almost all the gift cards from popular brands to gift to our users. Rybbon has really nice and clean user interface which makes the work simple and interesting. Rybbon supports gift cards for almost all the popular countries. The gift cards given by Rybbon are sent immediately right to the recipient's email inbox. Cons Rybbon is way more costlier when compared to other incentive programs. Also, our customers were complaining that the Visa Gift Cards they received from Rybbon weren't easy to be redeemed. Except these two, we never faced any major issue with Rybbon. Once you are set up in the system it is really easy to maintain and access your account and make deployments. Cons Nothing comes to mind, we have used for various projects. Perhaps adding in different cost centers for the account so we could share funds between teams would be a benefit, but not sure we would even adopt this since we all have separate budgets. This made it easy to send a survey and reward respondents for their participation. We couldn't find another product that did what Rybbon does. I would recommend this software for managing incentives for a SurveyMonkey survey. Cons The reports available in Rybbon are a great way to track campaigns. Every aspect of Rybbon's offering is better than previous vendors we worked with. My sales rep has been friendly and helpful. Implementation was easy. The web portal is intuitive and easy to use, the gift options are numerous, and the pricing options are competitive. A huge perk is that the value of unclaimed rewards is credited to our account for re-use if the reward expires before being claimed! I don't know of anyone else who offers that option. They're one of the better companies to deal with. Its unusal these days to see a company that has good customer service and a product that works, but both....astounding. Pros BHN rewards are easy to redeem. I fill out surveys all the time and they use BHN rewards. The ease of just selecting what rewards I would like, and getting it instantly,makes the whole process less complicated. Cons I genuinely dont think there is anything i dont like. Im quick to call out a company on something they could imporove on. But when Ive had problems in the past, their customer servide is excellent. Their rewards selection process is easy. Pros BHN easily integrates with our survey platform (Voxco) using one simple redirect link. Campaign set-up is simple and intuitive. Able to offer a greater selection of rewards, especially to OUS respondents. Respondents are redirected to rewards site instantly and automatically. Cons The only feature I'd like to have available is the ability to increase incentives as campaigns proceed (for instances where the reward offer has been increased to speed up response rates or to complete a difficult audience segment). Cons Terrible Customer Support. Paid for a subscription in January 24, it's now May 24 and we haven't moved past the onboarding process. Director of IT Used the software for: 6-12 months ### "Easy rewarding system to set up with Survey Monkey" March 20, 2018 4.0 Very easy way to reward survey takes through Survey Monkey. We were able to award Visas and Amazon digital gift cards without much effort. Pros We came across a required project which included surveying a large group of alumni. Rybbon made it possible to attain a higher rate of survey responses due to their easy to integrate rewarding system. We set up our survey as usual within Survey Monkey and tied the collector to Rybbon. Upon survey completions, digital gift card rewards were sent survey takers automatically. This took the manual/guess work out of the whole project. Rybbon also provided a simple yet detailed interface that allowed us to keep track of how many rewards had been issued. For any rewards that were not claimed, we simply asked for a refund. Cons The cost seems a little high as a digital platform. However, it did its job. We like to see a more automated way to attain your refund through the web. At the time, a phone call was required to process more of a manual refund than an electronic one such as a return to credit card. Review Source HS Harsh S.
